Does the CrystalReportViewer support AJAX

Hi,
(I apologies that my previous post was lengthy, so I will keep it short)
Does the CrystalReportViewer support AJAX within a Java servlet enviroment?
I have seen a number of posts on the ASP.NET with the following comments:
Crystal report not workes with Ajax, because it modifies the response, and cause
System.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException.
Many thanks
Matthew

The CR4E 2.0 Java CrystalReportViewer DHTML viewer uses AJAX-type callbacks to the CrystalReportViewerServlet for much of its UI functionality.
It's not meant to be operated within a different AJAX framework.
That's what you're seeing in the CR.NET side - Microsoft's ASP.NET AJAX framework has a control container, where compliant ASP.NET component embedded within the container become AJAX-y, i.e., updates via client-side JavaScript callbacks rather than frame update.   The CR.NET CrystalReportViewer isn't compliant with that framework.
But you wouldn't be embedding the Java CrystalReportViewer in such a container.
So I'm assuming whether the Java CrystalReportViewer JavaScripts will conflict with AJAX JavaScript you're already using.
The answer to that is - it depends on the framework you're using.
Note that the viewer isn't validated to work with any specific AJAX framework, so you'd have to try it yourself.
Sincerely,
Ted Ueda

  • Does the iphone support the use of a wildcard certificate?

Does the iphone support the use of a wildcard certificate?
Our exchange infrastructure utilises a wildcard (*.companyname certificate) from Godaddy.
    - Connects fine and authenticates
    - Can manually sync and pull emails
    - Can Send and Delete emails
However server is not establishing the activesync connection and ping so mail can be pushed to the device.
My guess is its a problem with the wildcard certificate that is used, WM5.0 devices didnt work with it, does anyone one know if the iPhone supports this?
    - I can get to OWA fine which uses the same wildcard cert.
    - WM6.0 devices push mail fine.
    Thanks.

    kfc01,
The iPhone Deployment Guide (linked from http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/enterprise) says it does for VPN.
    Hope this helps,

  • Does the iPhone support "Disk Use"

Does the iPhone support "Disk Use" like the iPod?

You can purchase a Mac Mini for $600. Connect your existing monitor, keyboard, and mouse to it and you have a Mac that includes a CD/DVD drive.
If not, once you factor in the same hardware doing a side by side comparison with a PC box assembler, a Mac is not as expensive or more expensive as you might think. Take out needing to purchase anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-adware software and the associated annual renewal cost, along with access to software included on a Mac that probably requires an additional purchase with a PC such as iLife, and the cost difference is decreased.
That and the ability to run Windows natively on a Mac if needed or wanted, and you basically have two computers for the price of one. The cost comes down even more with this factored in.

  • Does the Ipad2 support .epub (ebook) files?

Does the Ipad2 support .epub (ebook) files?
And: does it support websites built with flash?

Epub boooks are supported. There are a number of different ebook apps, and generally books are locked (due to digital rights management systems) to the app/retailer that they were bought from e.g. iBooks (Apple), Kindle (Amazon), Barns & Noble, Nook - so won't be able, for example, buy a book from Amazon and read it it iBooks, you'll have to use the Kindle app.
Flash is not supported on any iOS device (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch). Some apps claim to (e.g. Skyfire) but judging from the reviews the results are varied. More info on why it's not supported here http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/

  • Does the iPad support flash player yet?

Does the iPad support flash player yet?

As has been said here many times now, Adobe has ceased development on all versions of their mobile Flash player, and since the chances are vanishingly small that Apple will ever develop their own, iOS devices will probably never natively support Flash content or apps. If Flash capability is criticial to your needs, you'll probably want to choose another device, though even Android and Windows phone and tablet devices are less and less capable of Flash support.

How does the ADF support romote call method between two managed server ?

You would usually use this as a WebService through the WSDL that is exposed.
JDeveloper can help you create a Java Proxy to call the Web service if you point it to the WSDL file that was generated for your AM.

Does the 4s support wireless emergency alerts or do I need an app if so what app?

The iPhone doesn't suport video input, only output. And HML seems to be for Android...
You can use various screen mirroring apps to wirelessly display things on the phone.
Otherwise, use Airplay or some other screen sharing method to display things on the HDTV

    Does the Airport support Airprint?
I have severa IOS Devices and wuld like to use an existing Printer (HP USB) from these devices.
Would it be possible to access this Printer via Airprint if i Buy an Airport Extreme and connect the Printer to the USB Port?

Sorry, but just connecting a non-AirPrint printer to the USB port of an AirPort base station will not make it AirPrint capable. Yes there are a number of Apps available to print from iOS devices.

  • Does the mobo support Z68A-GD65 (B3) was removed?

Does the mobo support Z68A-GD65 (B3) was removed?. Currently not find BIOS updates and Virtu does not work with the Core i5 3570K.

Well, that is highly irregular! One day it's not found on the Websites, and now it is. That was not on the Global site yesterday, because I looked. And a (G3) UEFI/BIOS at that.
You are mostly on your own on this one. The 'key' or 'certification' has obviously been removed from hardware/firmware or whatever it is on the board that handles that aspect. How you get it back depends on what you decide to do. If it is that important to you, the mainboard may have to be restored to it's former glory of Sandy only UEFI/BIOS's. Use the link in one of my previous replies and contact MSI Technical about all this. They are the only ones that can help you possibly get the Virtu problem resolved. What have you really gained using an Ivy CPU on a Z68 (B3)? Good luck!

  • Does the wrt350n support jumbo frames?

Does the wrt350n support jumbo frames? Maybe in an upcoming firmware? thanks in advance

"Jumbo Frames" is a basic requirement of the Gigabit Ethernet specification. What you are saying is that the WRT350N does not actually function as a gigabit device. Sure enough it connects as one but does not transfer data at its native gigabit speed.
10Mbit connections can transfer up to around 1.2Mbytes per second.
100Mbit can transfer at around 12Mbytes per second
1000Mbit/Gigabit is supposed too transfer at up to 120Mbytes per second but cannot achieve this unless jumbo frames are active.
I beleive this gives me grounds to get a refund for a mis-sold product.
So, I guess the question needs to be re-asked.
Will the firmware ever be updated to support actual Gigabit speeds ?

  • Does the S10 support BIOS tracking such as Computrace (lojack for laptops)

Computrace apparently has partners with many manufacturers, including Lenovo.  Does the S10 support BIOS installation, or will I be limited to a software only install?

Ah yea, now I see where it could have been confusing.  Computrace is also known as "lowjackforlaptops' and is the same company as the link you posted, absolute.com.  Actually, I think computrace is its previous name.  After some research, I think it may be one of the best solutions.  Only issue is, I think that for the PC version, all it really does is log IP addresses, which can be accomplished with some free software, such as "Locate PC".  I suppose 1 good advantage to computrade/absolute.com is that they handle all the investigation and warrant requests, which is a nice touch.
Back to "Locate PC".  It's free, runs silently, and emails you (via smtp server) each time the IP changes on the computer that it is installed on.  I installed it last night and it has successfully emailed me each of the 3 times I relocated to a new location (new IP address).  I am not sure absolute.com does much more than this.

  • Does the NetWeaver04Sr1 support JAX-RPC101 and JSR109 Standards?

Does the NetWeaver04Sr1 support JAX-RPC101 and JSR109 Standards of Web Services???
    thank you very much?

    Hi Frank,
I think this is only partially true.
This enhancement only affects the condition editor (i.e. the namespaces within xpathes). For External Definitions the restriction persists. However, there is a simple workaround.
When having defined your External Definition you will see a correct WSDL on the WSDL-tab. This WSDL contains the required message definitions. Unfortunately these message definitions are not displayed on the messages-tab because the target namespace of the WSDL is too long.
Here is what you can do in this situation: Download the WSDL to your local file system. Edit this WSDL with notepad. Thereby simply replace the target namespace of the WSDL (not of the XSDs in the types-section!) by a shorter one. Upload this WSDL as another External Definition (category WSDL). You may worl with this External Definition now.
This works because the target namespace of the WSDL has no influence on the structure of the message.
    Greetings
