Dont want to download webstart application onto desktop

Hi all,
I dont want my webstart application to be downloaded on desktop or you can say i dont want shortcut of this application on my machine.
I want to restrict opening of this application from shortcut. I want it can only be opened using explorer.

This is my JNLP. Tell me what else i have to do to stop creating shortcut on desktop. I dont want to shortcut creation automatically.
or if shortcut appears then i dont want application to run from that shortcut.

And now a second newbie question. I have downloaded the additional content and booted up logic for the first time, but the apple loops have not installed and logic is asking me to reinstall the apple loops. But how do I do that? I can see they are in the libray so have downloaded.

Hi I just downloaded three games which is COD 4 MW, COD 2 , Assasin's Creed II. I already download the COD 4 MW but the problem is I cant download Assasin's Creed II and COD 2 in my house, I download the COD 4 MW because I go to app store to download and I dont want to go there every time I have to download from app store or the online games. If you have an issue with the App Store then you need to contact them, this is just a user-to-user forum nothing to do with sales at all.

The only setting I can think of the would effect this would be restrictions for apps rated for too high an age (this would be in Settings>General>Restrictions>Apps). If that's not the case you might try closing the App Store app, followed by resetting your phone: double-tap the home button, navigate to the App Store icon (swiping if necessary), tap and hold until it jiggles, tap the minus sign. Then reset the phone: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), and release.

I have the same problem. It's showing old podcasts that are available for download and I already watched and I don't want to see them again and I don't want them listed in my iTunes. This latest upgrade is a piece of junk so far. It destroyed my itunes podcast listing on my Windows Machine. I have no intentions of upgrading to iOS7 or my Mac until I hear that things are fixed.

Blackberry ID Error Message while want to download paid application from App-World in Playbook.

I am using Blackberry Playbook OS ver. 2.0.1.358 for the last one month, recently I couldn't download paid application from the App-World, playbook responds While download appln.- entering Blackberry ID and PW > Failed Attempt 2/10 The username and password doesn't correspond to the valid Blackberry ID.
I have tried to download again >

Then I closed the application world in my playbook. I had surfed to the Blackberry id web site and used to login. It was successful every time but in the Play book respods error message as mentioned above every time.

If found the workaround on the post Upgrading problem on this forum. Solution is to hit the Refresh List button in app world. Once the refresh completes I was able to update the app.

The problem is that my MacAir SYSTEM PREFERENCES somehow has NOT registered that I changed my Apple ID a year ago, ALTHOUGH I have been using the new one regularly on the same computer!!!
SO, when I go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES to try to sync my two devices, the MacAir will not allow me to use my current Apple ID.
The difficulties with using the old ID are:
1 The email address no longer exists!
2 I forget the password (obviously the prompt is no help since the email address is defunct! )

HT203167 I had 25 tv shows in my itunes library, and 3 movies. Now there all gone, I can access them thru the store but I dont want to download all over again. There was like 50 gb of video. What do I do, Its impossable to contanct apple about it.

I had almost 30 different seasons of tv shows in my library, alot. Now there all gone, my library is blank. Welcome to the Apple Community.
The Apple TV 2 will play all the content in your iTunes library that your Apple TV 1 does. It can no longer sync any of it but can stream it all just as the older model did. Airplay is a different feature that lets you stream from an iPad/iPhone, the Apple TV 2 has Airplay the first didn't.
You can still sort and search content by genre, it still marks content watched and unwatched and mainly still lets you organise much as the Apple TV 1 did, with one exception. It doesn't do nested folders, so the ability to tag a movie as a show (ie James Bond) and have all the associated movies in a James bond folder has gone and it lists all these movies individually.
It has a similar situation with TV shows. It will put all TV shows in a series in a folder as the older one did, but the new one lists each series separately whereas the older model would put all the series in one folder.
Not nesting folders is a bit of a pain with large libraries and whilst I don't like it, it's more or less the only compromise I have to make and of course I get additional features too.
