Doubt with Services ESS

Question

Dear Experts.
I created a service using the t.code PTARQ . This service must call an URL.
This URL is different for each client in the portal. for example
In the client DEV the URL is:
URL of Resource Object:
http://ucmcapacitacion/capture/WebCapture.Asp
In the client QAS the URL is:
URL of Resource Object
http://172.30.224.168/capture/WebCapture.Asp
And in the client PRD is other URL.
My question is: How can solve this issue?

I would suggest to create either Web Dynpro Java or Web Dynpro ABAP application which will call URL.
And within the code you can write the logic to open the link in respective clients.
Here is a sample code for Web Dynpro Java application:
String serverName = "";
serverName = WDProtocolAdapter.getProtocolAdapter().getRequestObject().getServerName();
int portNumber = WDProtocolAdapter.getProtocolAdapter().getRequestObject().getServerPort();
url = url.concat(serverName + ":" + portNumber);
keep a if condition to check the current URL with your current portal url and open the window
  IWDWindow window = wdComponentAPI.getWindowManager().createNonModalExternalWindow();
