Download trouble with Firefox

Question

I implemented download in apex application with PL/SQL process (process point On Load - Before Header). Anonymous block:

While this works great on IE8, IE9 and Google Chrome, there is problem with Firefox. Firefox downloads BLOB as "Firefox HTML Document" and not as TEXT. Download of static files from internet works OK. I assume Firefox has problems with MIME header produced by PL/SQL code.

Feel free to experiment.This is just because of your browsers preferences and may be it is not defined in your browser how to open a text file(.txt extension) in firefox.
To do that > When you are prompted open with > just go to drop down and select other and select appropriate tool (example notepad)
So from now it should prompt you with open with notepad
