I want to download output of tcode F110(Automatic Payment Transaction) in XLS sheet . How to do this one .

I am creating an excel sheet and storing it in application server which runs on HP-UNIX OS. I want to download that excel sheet using jsp page. With the following code snippet i m able to access the jsp page, but i m not able to download xls sheet. its giving "the page cannot be found "error. Is there any other way to download the excel sheet from jsp page.

How to down load the output of smart form into .XLS(spreadsheet) File.

We have one requirement like we need to down load the output of smart form into .XLS(spreadsheet) File.
This output is related to Shipment(VT03N) in the output we are not displaying the any logo.

After execution of your Smartforms in that layout Menu bar Do below navigation.
GoTo => ListDisplay after that
System => List
=> Save
=> Local File
=> Spread Sheet.

Multiple line item display for PAYMENT ADVISE form(script) using F110 tcode
Dear All,
I am currently working on PAYMENT ADVISE script ( form ) - for which i have copied the
form F110_IN_AVIS to zform.
I am executing the form for output through executing Tcode - F110.
The output works for single line item entry of vendor line items - but doesnot support
for muliple line items.
I have checked the standard program - RFFOUS_C - which has include - RFFORI06 for remittance advice -which supports for single line item display.
Kindly advise me for the soultion of the same.

I am sandipan. I am very new in this field. My requirement is a report is showing total sales report. Fields are kunag, vbeln, name1, netwr and many more fields are there and it executing in background schdule . After executing In background it shows the output sm37 and i have to download this report in different excel sheet from application tool bar in sm37 . report will download according to kunag inr different excel sheet. for example- suppose there are 100 kunag. so there will be 100 excel sheet and the name of the excel sheet according to customer id means diff. customer id so different excel sheet . how is it possible ? please guide me with your valuable suggestion.

Nokia x6 quickoffice not opening xls sheet
hello all this is my first post
i really need a solution for my quickoffice(which is preinstalled) as it is not opening the xls sheet created in ms office 2007(please dont advice to use ms office 2003)
earlier in my nokia 5800 i downloaded the quickoffice version 6.2(document viewer) and it worked fine so i tried to do the same with my x6 but it says "update error" whenever i try to install an updated version
i cant understand why such a new phone in the market cant open xls sheet and with such an old version of quickoffice(4.2)

ALV Report out put not down loading in XLS sheet

I am trying to down load ALV report output in XLS sheet . I am selecting LIST ->SPREADSHEET->TABLE
I am getting the fallowing message . Even though I have 18 columns .
An XXL list object is exported with
8 lines and 1 columns.
But no data has been exported in the XLS sheet.
Will you please any body solve my problem.

Case yes, the problem really would be with the composition of the field catalog. You can search for another one where the exportation works and compare to know.
Try to open your ALV using the office integration to test (button that opens your output inside excel).

You will assign output types using Transaction NACE.
Do the follow steps to assign output type
1)Select Application Type V2 which will have description Shipping.
2)Click on Output types button.
3)Go to change mode by pressing Ctrl+F4.
4)Select one output type which already exists
5)Do Copy As(F6)
6)Give your output type against Output Type field.
7)Under General data Tab, Give Program and Form routine and Save the data.
i think it a work of functional guy but at senior level i think it is not a big deal for abaper.

In NACE t-codewe have the application for each one. based on the application output type can be defined, based on output type script and print progrma can be defined.
If suppose data can be read from EDI then we should go for condition records.
So whenever we execute the script first composer checks the output type and then execute the program. in program whenever opn form FM will be populate then script will open first. After that again program till another FM will populate if it then script will populate........like it is cycle proces. Composer does all these things and at last it will submit that output to spool.
Go to the Transaction NACE.
choose the related sub module.. like billing or shipping
doubel click on Output Types
Choose the Output Type for which whcih you wanted your script to trigger
Then select the Output Type and double click on Processing Routine
Then go to create new entries--> Select the Medium (1- print output), then enter your Script and Print Program detls --> Save and come out
Now go to the Transaction (for which you have created the output type)... Issue output--> Select the output type --> Print....

Definition
The device type indicates the type of printer to be addressed. When you define an output device, choose the name of the device type that was defined in the SAP System for your printer model, such as Post2 for a PostScript printer. In the case of frontend printing under Microsoft Windows, you can also use the generic (device-independent) device type SWIN.
The system uses the information in the device type to convert a document from the internal SAP character representation (spool request in OTF or in text format) to a device-specific, print-ready data stream (output request). Since a device type specifies attributes that apply to all devices of a certain model, it can be shared among device definitions. How do I choose the correct device type?
In most cases, the SAP System already provides the appropriate device type for the printer type for the printer model that you want to use.
These standard device types are completely defined and need no modification or extension before you use them in device definitions.
You can also download missing device types from the sapserv server. For a current list of the supported device types, see SAP Note 8928 in the SAP Service Marketplace.
Most printers can be controlled using a generic format, such as PostScript. They can be switched to a mode that is compatible with one of the standard printers for which an SAP device type is available. In this case, a supported model is emulated.
Almost all printers are delivered with Microsoft Windows printer drivers. The system can control these printers with the generic (device-independent) device type SWIN. The Microsoft Windows spool system then performs the processing of the print data.
If the specified device types are not available, and generic device types cannot be used, you must create your own device type or edit a copy of an existing device type. We recommend that only those with specialist knowledge of the SAP Spool System and printer driver code do this. For more information, see Defining a New Device Type .
Attributes of a Device Type
A device type is distinguished by the attributes listed below. If you change an existing device type or create a new device type, you must change at least some of these attributes.
Character set: A character set specifies the codes with which characters must be represented in the print-ready output stream (output request). This code replaces the generic SAP characters set that is used internally by the SAP spool system (spool request).
Printer driver: You can specify different printer drivers for printing SAPscript documents and ABAP lists.
Print controls: Print controls represent printer operations, such as boldface or changing the font size. These print control are replaced by printer-specific commands during the creation of the output request from a spool request.
Formats: Formats specify the format supported by the SAP system. The system differentiates between SAPScript formats (DINA4 and LETTER) and ABAP list formats (X_65_132 = 65 rows/132 columns).
Page format: A page format is the interface between a format and SAPscript. It specifies the paper dimensions with which SAPScript can calculate the row and column lengths.
Actions: Actions are output device-specific commands that are required for the implementation of a format. The action printer initialization, for example, can contain a printer command with which the number of rows on a page is defined. There is a set of actions for every format supported by a device type.

Hello, I have a problem to appropriate down payment for AuC using F110 tcode:
We work with CJ20N> Project Builder> WBS Element> Network> activity> Purchase Requisition.
With the transaction ME21N> creation of the Purchase Order with reference to the Purchase Requisition.
With the purchase order placed, we are committed to the project equal to the value of the purchase order.
With the F-47 created a request for "down payment" and the F-48 or F110 consolidated the "down payment " and does not change the value committed in the "WBS element ". That's right..
The Value of the down payment is appropriate when the WBS element is filled in the field "WBS Element" (F-47 Tcode) and execute the F-48 tcode with reference to the doc's F-47.
In F110 tcode (created as a reference to the doc's new F-47) do not have field to fill the WBS element, which carries an appropriation of the down payment to "Network Object" which is assigned to the Purchase Order.
When the CJ88 is executed (if the F-48 is used), the costs of down payment is appropriate to the AUC correctly.
If the CJ88 is performed (when the F110 is used) can not appropriate the value of down payment to the AUC.
We need the same functionality as the F-48 T Code in F110 once the scenario where our clients do not want to use the F-48 but the F110 Tcode.

Here you have to give sp. GL indicator which you have used in your F-47 screen for your AUC accounts.

I am trying to export a datagrid to an excel in Flex using com.as3xls.xls.Sheet class. But the contents of the cells in the excel are overlapping so I need to wordwrap the cells and also change the width of the cells. How can I do that in flex?
You can use flexspreadsheet for this purpose.
The excel file exported from Flexspreadsheet is well formatted and wordwrap supported than as3xls.

Large dataset insertion into xls sheet ?
Hi to all Forum members,
Currently iam working with huge set of data and java heap problem, as long as i insert data into xls sheet coz my fetched dataset contains more than 50K rows. Therefore i thought perhaps i can spare lil bit heap space by adding few more task into database query.

Question : how can i insert dataset more than 50K rows into xls sheet. So far i know two methods
1 - extend java heap size on both JRE and Tomcat
2- use streams to continously transfer the data.
As far as i know first method is sounds good if an only if there is solo player. But i am allocating 128k to each application user. Therfore it cant be good choice.
2nd method, i never used and dont know whether it is a better choice. Although i have over internet read it works.
If you know any better method would you please furnish me with your kind ideas.

If for some strange reason you really want to do this, yo might try writing you data as a CSV file and then letting Excel handle the conversion. Should require very little memory as since you only have to store one row of the data at a time.

Unfortunately you can't add these fileds using with Settings>Layouts>Current header rows, you can only add the field Open items as on date.
