How to download the all applicant address to excel sheet

Hi Geeks,
I want to download all the applicant address in excel sheet as one record .in table address are stored as different records ex :present address,permanent ,emergencey .i want this to be downloaded to excel as one record.

All this should be in one record but in the database it is storing different records for present address and permanent address ..
My select statement is :

    (perhaps four fields per second on a 900 MHz machine - almost 30 seconds
    for a short example).
    To get the data on properties and methods - there is a bit of smoke and mirrors
    going on here; they are EXCEL properties and methods, not sap ones - so you need
    to look at excel help to determine how a particular function is structured. then
    build the block in sap, as shown in the example.
    If you only want to transfer the data to Excel like when you transfer the data from
    ALV to Excel simply use the Function Modules:

    If you want more modifications when you transfer it to Excel use:
    XXL_FULL_API

    For saving the report you can goto System -> List -> Save -> Local File -> Location where you want to save in your presentation server.
    You can also give a option in your selection screen to save the file to Presentation server using FM GUI_DOWNLOAD.

After  executing In background it shows the output  sm37  and i have to download this report in different excel sheet from application tool bar  in  sm37  . report will download according to kunag inr different excel sheet. for example- suppose there are 100 kunag. so there will be 100 excel sheet and the name of the  excel sheet according to customer id  means diff. customer id so different excel sheet . how is it  possible ?  please guide me with your valuable suggestion.

    You shouldn't use DataAttributeInfo as it is an internal object, if I'm correct.
    Use IWDAttributeInfo instead of DataAttributeInfo and it should work

    I am trying to convert an excel sheet to a tab limited file.
    I am using HSSF and unable to track how do i know if the cell encountered is a last filled cell in excel sheet
    Some of the cells in the sheet can be blank. In that case i am just using inputting a '\t' for that cell and read the next one. But coz of this when i get the last cell, a tab is included for that too.
    Can someone let me know how can i rectify this?
    it seems like HSSFCell does not have any methos like lastCell or so

  • How to export the data as integer into excel sheet?

         I am working on export to excel functionality and using JEXCEL API to create it.  When I export the data to excel sheet, the data are stored in text format in the excel sheet.  If I click on summation button on excel sheet,  it is not summing up the column values since it is stored as the text format. 
    I am writing the following code:

    Is there any other option to change it as integer value while exporting to excel sheet.

    And also I cannot use integer.parseInt(colval)  because new Label()  will accept only the int,int,string as parameters.

    Currently we only support export to csv file. The code below might help you traverse a crosstab. It is from a demo system, when a user clicks on a data cell it finds where the user clicks and updates a linked graph. So this code gets a query and traverses a particular dimension. It should hopefully point you in the correct direction.

    As per my knowledge, it is not possible to download into Excel , but we can store as PDF or faxing or mail with PDF attachement is possible.

    When  you get an email ids from the third party vendor and you are loading into CRM BP master data.  how to delete the duplicate email address already exits in the system.  In CRM you can create the same BP with different id.   I would like to know how to delete the email address during importing email addresses from the third party tool.
    During the campaign you are sending email to all your customers, when the customer want to unsubscibe the email address from your list, how to unsubcribe the email address and how to updat the BP master data. 
    If you are sending the email to customer, you are using html or simple text, if the customer wants only html or simple text, how you to specify in the system?

    1. I think you should clear the data with duplicate E-Mail adresses in the external tool.
    2. Unsubscription could be done by a Marketing Attribute which could be set by using a Target Group which is created by Campaign Automation. Have a look at this Toppic. There is also a Best Practice avaliable at http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv340/CRM_DE/index.htm.
    3. Also HTML or Simple text can be mained in a Marketing Attribute. You have to use different Mail Forms to which are sent to different Target groups.

    There is no such functionality provided by SAP to download ALV Tree Hierarichal Tree into excel sheet .
    If you had this kind of senario then i can propose one solution create two radio buttons one is to display in ALV Tree Format and the other is classical report which you can download it for futher process
