Drag and hover double click function isn't working

Hi people, I have been unable to click hold and drag items into folders and use the double click function when it hovers over.
It just seems to have turned itself off. I have looked at settings and everything is as it usually is. Can't seem to get it working. Didn't occur with any particular software update just stopped working.
Can anyone help get this working again?

It might be a mouse issue.
I suggest rebooting, and if that does not help, reset the PRAM

In Yosemite, Magic Mouse double-click function doesn't work

On my iMac running Yosemite 10.10.2, the double-click function on the Magic Mouse no longer works. So to open a folder, or anything for that matter, I must always do click-control ---and that doesn't work for everything. For example, I can't double click on a character in Glyphs, so this renders Glyphs useless. And so on... How to detect only single click and not double-click mouse events in Swing?

Hi,
In my application, I want to implement a functionality only for single click. But problem is on double click, first i can see a single click and then double click.
i.e e.getCount() return 1 and then 2 for double click. I want to avoid this situation.
Shouldn't it be just one event with a clickCount of 2? or any alternative solution?
Please let me know how can i stop this.

If I am speaking to a person, if they hang up then I am back to the phone application. If I'm leaving a message, I am unable to return to the phone screen to end the call, and have to wait until the other phone hangs up. I'm also unable to switch back and forth to look at my calendar if I'm calling someone about scheduling. This has only started happening since the most recent iOs update. I run into situations similar to this about once per day during the work week, as I use my phone is this manner quite often. While not life altering it is quite frustrating. Can anyone here help me figure out a way to avoid this? If it helps, I have noticed a general downgrade in overall performance starting two system updates ago (apps opening more slowly, closing unexpectedly more often, etc.). I have an iPhone 3GS with the latest OS update.

I could be corrupted backup.
You can check the notification settings for message.
Settings>Notification Center>Messages>Alert Style
It should be on Banners or Alerts.
Settings>Messages> Turn on Imessage and send as SMS and below that "Blocked" to check if you have any numbers block might be blocking the message.
You can also do a hard reset by holding power and home till it restarts and release after seeing the apple logo.
Still doesn't work? Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings

Did you make a clean install and restore the library from a backup? No.
Or did you install the new system amd new version on top of the old system? Yes.
What version did you upgrade from? 3.4
Is your Aperture library onyour internal drive or also on an external drive? External
During the update, has your Aperture library been moved in any way? No, its still where it was on the external drive.

I am not a hundred per cent sure but my guess is that you have to sync that pamphlet to an iPhone or iPad to read it just like ebooks

Mouse right-click function doesn't work in Bookmarks (Mac)

I recently switched from PCs to Macs. No problem downloading Firefox and transferring old bookmarks and other settings, with one exception. With the PCs, when I right-clicked a particular bookmark under Bookmarks I got a series of 12 options (from Open, Open in New Window to Delete, Sort by Name, Properties). I used these a lot to delete bookmarks, change names, alphabetize lists, etc. I can now do most of these things under the Manage Bookmarks setting, but when I right click bookmarks now the new bookmark I click on just replaces the one on screen (ie, the right click does exactly what the left click does). I am using two different mice (Apple Mighty Mouse with Leopard, Microsoft Wheel Mouse with Tiger) and the right click function behaves as expected in other programs. Are these mouse right click Bookmark functions supposed to appear with the Firefox for Mac? If so, any ideas how to resolve my problem?

Can someone explain to me why it's possible in Chrome on Mac, but not on Firefox? This is my 2nd biggest complaint about FF on the Mac, only surpassed by missing favicons in bookmarks. Chrome does both very well.

Snapping function isn't working on clips in timeline.

I'm using fcp 7, which I just loaded onto my new iMac and it's behaving differently than it did on my MacBook Pro. The footage (codec apple pro res) looks stuttery, and a few other things are odd, but most bothersome is that the snap function isn't working. No mater how I select, deselect, reselect, it just ain't on. Help?

Either press the Snapping button on the upper right end of the timeline -
or go to the menu View > Snapping to toggle snapping on or off -
or type the letter "n".

IMovie is not letting me drag and drop transitions, music, text boxes. Worked fine all along and now nothing. What happened?

iMovie has always let me "drag and drop" transitions, music, text boxes etc into my Project. This morning it is not allowing me to "drag and drop" anything. This is for a client and I am so frustrated. What happened to make it stop letting me "drag and drop"?

I have only dragged Titles to the project. When I did, it worked best not to drag and release onto the video strip (like with the old version) but just above the strip. When you drag and hover above the strip you get a little pointer to the starting point on the strip. Hope this helps.

To restore the Back button to your Safari Toolbar, you can go to the View menu and select Customize Toolbar. Drag the Back/Forward button to the actual toolbar. See this article -

Nothing. It's nothing to do with PSE; this is a limitation of Photos, as is the loss of being able to use an external editor without exporting copies of your images.

Okay. I got it working again by setting it up as a new phone instead of just syncing. Then I backed up. All is good today.
