Drag & drop item within Tree not working

Hi,
I want to be able to drag & drop items within a tree but
items cannot move accross branches
It can only be moved within its branch.
For this I have a condition in dragDrop(event) handler.
When i drag item it does not move accross branches which is
intended but when i drop within its branch
on a different location,
the item does
not get dropped
Though i have dragMoveEnabled set to true.
my code looks like this:

but i have handled all tree events like dragEnter and
dragDrop as described in the flex doc.

Hi All,
I am working on a project,in which it has the requirement of dragging the files
from a JList present inside a JFrame to the desktop.
First I tried to get a solution using dnd API but could not. Then i googled and i got an application which is
working perfectly in both Windows and MAC Operating systems, after I made few minor changes to suit my requirements.

With the information you provided and through some information found on google i coded an application. This application is able to do the drag and drop of an item from the Desktop to Java application on Linux Platform, but i am unble to do the viceversa by this application.

Drag-drop video into iphone not working

All my music and video all of a sudden disappeared off my iphone (the video podcast still were there though). I was updating and poking around, but I really don't think I delete them accidentally. I've always just dragged and dropped videos from the finder directly onto the iPhone via iTunes and never had problems before. Now after the mysterious missing music and video, I can't drag and drop any more. These are h.264 video files that have worked in the past. If I re-compress the videos in QT pro using Export>Movie to iPhone I can drag and drop. If I choose Export>movie to Quicktime Movie I can't (even though it's worked before and the settings fall within spec... h.264, etc ). ARRRG!
The only thing I haven't done yet is restore the iPhone. I was worried that my camera roll would disappear. Any thoughts? Help!

Photos in your iPhone's Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup, which is updated if needed as the first step during the sync process - if any of the data on your iPhone that is included with the backup has changed since the last sync. But you shouldn't depend on your iPhone's backup alone for these photos. These photos should be imported by an app on your computer as with any other digital camera.
If you use iPhoto on your Mac for photo storage, you can use iPhoto for the import. If not, you can use the Image Capture app located in your Applications folder.
Assuming you are syncing your iPhone with iTunes for other content, your iPhone's backup should be updated as the first step during the sync process if any of the data included with your iPhone's backup has changed since the last sync - which is usually 100% of the time.
If you restore your iPhone from your iPhone's backup, any photos that were in your iPhone's Camera Roll should be restored with your iPhone's backup, but as already provided, you shouldn't depend on your iPhone's backup alone for these photos. I do download the photos to iTunes, so there is that backup as well.
You don't download any photos to iTunes - not from your iPhone or from anywhere else for that matter. iTunes does not handle the import of photos from the iPhone's Camera Roll or from any digital camera. This must be done with a separate application such as with iPhoto or the Image Capture application on a Mac.
You can transfer photos from your computer to your iPhone via the iTunes sync process - selected under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences, but iTunes does not have anything to do with photos in your iPhone's Camera Roll except for including these photos along with other data for your iPhone's backup.

Item level security not working when placed in a portlet page

I have three page links linking to separate pages and have two of them with item level security turned on for specific groups with view privilges. I have the access for those groups with view privilges in the page level as well. I have published that as portlet and placed the portlet in another page which has view priviliges for the groups specified in item level as well.
But I notice that when i place the portlet in a page, the item level security is not working.

Would you please clarify for me? Is the problem that unauthorized people can see the portlet, or that unauthorized people can see the links?

Tom at the Genius Bar told me that Option Delete would work. It does not.
I had to upgrade to iTunes 11.1.(I26) because it is required with OS7 on my iPod Touch (5th Gen). I have tried shutting down iTunes, then shutting down the entire system. This is the first in many visits that the Genius Bar gave me a solution that did not work.
This is a big awkward computer locked to my desk. I would rather not unlock it and then carry it through a shopping center to the Genius Bar if i can avoid oit.
When I installed iTunes 11.1, I discovered that Ihad to resubscribe to virtually all of the podcasts that I had previously been subscribed to. That was a surprise.

I did not read the rather long post. If you wish to reinstall OS X 10.4, use your software install DVD. Backup is essential. To minimize your risk, I would use an archive and install:

In that way, you will have a fresh copy of OS X and your current settings will be preserved.
Incidentally, I do not agree that the printer problem is best solved by reinstalling OS X. I have had HP printers for sometime and, on one occasion, had difficulty after an upgrade. HP technical support walked me through uninstalling all traces of the HP driver and then reinstalling.

I found that Add shopping cart item functionality is not working in Purchase order.
We are raising the Purchase order in SRM and i am trying to use the Add shopping cart item functionality to add the shopping carts line item in to purchase order.
Once I will click on start search, it will give me a list of Approved shopping cat and when I am trying to add any shopping cart in PO line item, nothing is happening and It is not allowing me to add the shopping cart line items in to this PO and also there is no error message.
Please suggest us how i can fix this issue.

Customizing TREE UIBB configuretion in Item Hierarchy View not work

Hi TM experts,
We are working for customers TM system in TM9.1 SP03. When I set my own TREE UIBB in hierarchy type for Rail Freight Order, it does not work at all. The standard UIBB /SCMTMS/WDCC_TOR_OVW_GEN is called all the time. I checked all the other hierarchy type in the system ad find none of the customizing UIBB configuration is called in this system. I do the same in SAP internal C2T system, and it works fine. I am thinking is there anything missed here? Or it is a bug for the new SP03? Since that system has issue on raising a ticket right now, I raie a question here for help.

It's unclear what you want.
Chances are, you can do what you want in a query. If you need a view or a materialized view, the same query could be used in the CREATE statement.
Whenever you have a problem, please post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only) from all tables involved, so that the people who want to help you can re-create the problem and test their ideas.
Also post the results you want from that data, and an explanation of how you get those results from that data, with specific examples.
Simplify the problem as much as possible. Remove all tables and columns that play no role in this problem.
Always say which version of Oracle you're using (for example, 11.2.0.2.0). This is especially imporant with CONNECT BY problems.

Are you saying that the table shows row X on level 2, and row Y on level 5, and that you want to ignore the rows on levels 3 and 4 in between them, and display Y as if it were a child of X? Yes, you can do that. Exactly how depends on your data, your requirements, and your version.

Drag only leaves of Tree, not branches

Hello
I extended a Tree component, made a little private method
that populates the tree from an xml using httpService.
now I want to drag the items in the tree that don't have
children of their own. so just the leaves, not the branches.
(if I use dragEnabled="true" and dragMoveEnabled="false" I
serve half my purpose .. I can drag the items from the tree without
moving them, BUT I can drag ALL items... which I do not want).
how can I do that? drag just the leaves?

My Drop Down Menus Do Not Work Properly in IE

Hey. I'm really stuck and have been for over a week. Let me preface this by telling you I didn't build our website and have little knowledge of spry and spry assets. I can't the get the gentleman that built our site to help and I'm desperate!
The site - www.ncsoccer.org , has drop down menus. They work fine in Chrome, FF and Live Preview (DW CS4). But in IE8, they do not.
I had to revise the drop downs (changing names and removing some drop downs - I've done this with no problem before). When I uploaded the index page and the template pages, the error started.
In addition, the people in my office that use Contribute to update their sections, cannot access anything but our index page and I don't know what (if anything) I've done wrong, as everything worked fine before the menu revision.
I'm including the 'sprymenubarhorizontal.css" code below. Maybe you can see something that isn't right.
Thanks for any insight or suggestions. Remember, asking me to create to create sprys or widgets or something like that may be over my head! Try to dumb it down for me!

Move tool issue : Command key + mouse dragging for moving any layer not working in PS CC

I'm trying to move a layer within the document by holding command key and mouse dragging (mouse cursor not above the layer) is not working at all while using move tool. Suddenly this functionality stopped working. Now I have to place my cursor on layer to be move and drag with mouse. Also pressing command key changing auto select option from layer to group.
Please help.

Usually when a tool is not working as expected, a Reset of that tool might be the answer.
Select the move tool in the toolbox,
Go to the move tool icon on the top left of the screen (just above the toolbox in its' Option bar) and Ctrl-click on it to get the Reset menu.
Click on Reset Tool.

I made this very simple example of Drag&Drop in Edge: http://www.terredainventare.it/simpledrag/simpledrag.html using Jquery Ui http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Draggable.
I try to use the JQueryUi "handle" property that makes you drag an object restricting drag click on only one element but it doesn't work.
Here's the code I've put in Edge onCompositionReady:
sym.$("drag").draggable({ handle:"handler" });
Of course my two Div-elements are called "drag" and "handler". Now the drag works only on the "wrong" element and not on the "handle".....

Resizing images within Mail not working in Snow Leopard

Hi,
I recently upgraded to Snow Leopard on both my desktop (iMAC Quad Core) and my MacBook Pro. I'm now experiencing an issue when I attach images within the Mail application.
In the past, if I attached an image I could resize it by selecting the option at the lower right of the window and it would scale the image accordingly. Now if I select "large" it resizes the image as if I selected small. It's tiny, like 30KB. I tried it on both machines and I get the same thing.
This was never an issue before upgrading to Snow Leopard. In the past if I selected "large" it would scale my image down to roughly 4X6 300dpi.
Has anyone else found a fix for this issue?

But i have now a Problem!
iPhoto 09 itself can send max. 10 pics in one mail. When i drag & drop more photos to mail as attachement, mail can´t resize photos with greater than 150dpi correctly.
I have many photos greater than 150 dpi
With new iPhoto 09 i can not send:
1. more than 10 photos
2. without "zipping"
with mail i can send more than 10 photos at one time but i cant resize these images!
Allso whe i use this way:

The only way to send more than 10 photos with resizing the images is:
1. export these photos from iphoto to a folder with resizing function
2. drag or attach these photos to a mail
3. send mail
4. delete the created folder with images
5. empty trash
iPhoto 8 can send many photos at one time including resizing and display the estimated size of mail (e.g. Megabytes).

Drag/Drop option in TREE

is there any drag and drop option in TREE at runtime.

If you try to do it with the normal "mouse held down during drag" functionality it is going to be difficult if not impossible to discover which node was being pointed at when the mouse-up occurs. However if you compromise and use seperate clicks to signify the start and finish it becomes much easier. You can also change the cursor style to indicate a "drag" is happening.
