Is it possible to find a driver for the 3510 for Mac OS 10.4.11?

I understand you're wanting to use your Deskjet 3510 printer with your Mac that has the 10.4.11 operating system. I will certainly do my best to guide you in this.
I did quite a bit of research to see if there was any way to make the Deskjet 3510 work with 10.4 and in the end I have concluded that the two are not compatible with one another. There is no HP software available for the Deskjet 3510 for anything below Mac 10.6 and the Apple Update software would be much too new for your 10.4 system and won't work that way either.
At this point you would either need to upgrade your Mac operating system to 10.6 or higher, or do your best in finding an older printer that would work with 10.4 (such as the Officejet 4500).

Recommendations for printer/all in one for use with 10.9+? Help!

Does anyone have recommendations for a printer/all-in-one that will work with Mavericks? Monochrome (b&w) laser printer/all-in-one preferred. This is for a small office (5-8 people). Frequent pdf printing and 30+ page documents.
Right now I'm looking at Brother MFC-7860DW (might need something with a larger capacity), Brother MFC-8710DW, Epson WorkForce WF-M1030 (again, may need something w/ larger capacity), and Canon Laser imageCLASS MF4770n or Canon Laser imageCLASS MF4890dw. Also have looked at Canon imageCLASS MF6160dw but reviews are iffy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

You can download the full feature software and driver, and only install the basic driver. In the installation you should see the option for custom software. Here is the link to download the software; rw2_021_w02_enu.exe

I wasn't clear on my question. I know the system requirements. Terminology in describing devices is making it difficult for me to find the correct machine. My wife's Surface allows me to use her stylus to sketch directly on the screen in Photoshop. No other tools or attachments required. I simply open up photoshop and I can write on the canvas with the stylus. Terms like touchscreen and digitized screen are used so loosely that I can't figure out what other devices, still portable like the Surface but with a larger screen, will actually work the same way. I realize that nothing like I'm describing would be suitable for a brilliant artist but I can't even draw a stick figure on the Dell XPS 18; it ignores the existence of the stylus though Paint pics it up just fine; of course Paint is extremely crude and will not open my Photoshop projects. Nothing about system requirements helps me to figure this out. The system requirements just reveal the minimum requirements needed to run the software. I've turned to this forum because the only solution I can think of is to lean on someone with experience. I can't go out and buy every device out there until one works; eventually the stores would quit letting me return them...

As far as I can tell, the only software items available, are the ones you already mentioned. The HP Print and Scan Doctor, and the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows. So if you are looking to install your printer, I would suggest trying the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows. I bought an epson xp650 a couple of months ago and cannot fault it. It does everything I require and it is the wifi model so I can print directly from my ipad/iphone. Not sure if you are asking about the colour of the unit or just to be able to print black and white, Obviously all printers will print black and white but just to give you a little more info the printer I bought is the white version and it looks really nice sat next to my imac 27''

If that's a problem with your cable company, change the company.
If your cable company is not able to provide you with a cable modem which gets you full performance for their service why would you bother with that company or try to make it better than them?
If you subscribe to a 100 Mbit/s service they must be able to provide you with a modem that does 100 Mbit/s and be able to demonstrate you 100 Mbit/s on your cable.
If they are unable to provide you with a modem which does 100 Mbit/s and thus cannot demonstrate that the service they have installed in fact can do 100 Mbit/s but only give you a 50 Mbit/s because that's the best they have, why bother buying yourself a better modem to find out whether or not their service does what it promises or not??
In addition, an integrated device won't get you better performance. On the contrary, consumer devices are generally single CPU (and core) devices. It's usually running some Linux or similar. If a single process gets overloaded it can drag down the performance of the whole device. For instance, let's say there is a bug in the print server software of the router. You print something and it hangs and the print server process on the router runs wild. Now the CPU is fully loaded and the routing performance will go down. If there is a bug in the routing software it will bring down the whole device and you can't even print.
You'll get the best performance if you use dedicated devices because then one device cannot overload another. Get a modem. Get a wireless ethernet router. Get a printer with integrated print server. That's far better.
It's like the all-purpose audio device compared to components...

You can set up different iCloud accounts on each device using different Apple IDs (to keep your mail, calendars, contacts, etc. separated), and still share the same iTunes account (in Settings>Store on your device). There is no requirement that you use the same Apple ID for purchases and for iCloud.

2 Mail apps. One for my wife and one for myself

Im trying to create two seperate mail account apps under one "family" username on my powerbook. One for my wife and one for myself. I don't want to have to create a seperate user for her to login to.
My goal is to keep our multiple email accounts (gmail, yahoo mail etc...) that I have going to our one Mail app segragated. I want one mail app for her and one for me. Is this possible? If so... How do I do it.

Simple answer, no, or at least not without a greater inconvenience than creating a separate user account.
Mail stores all the messages and folders under HD/Users/~/Library/Mail and account settings in HD/Users/~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist.
In order to do what you want, you'd need to create copies for that folder and file for both of you in some other location. Then whenever you wanted to switch, say from your wife's accounts to your own, you'd need to copy your personal copy from its other location into the default location, making sure to make a copy of your wife's before doing so.
It's possible, but a WHOLE LOT easier to use Fast User Switching and allow your wife to just jump into her own account to check her mail.

Just create a new AppleID for your work.
As Allan suggested, items purchased on one iTunes account cannot be moved to the other account.
However, you can put items purchased on on account onto the other iPhone.

You would have to sign out of the store with that AppleID and sign in with the alternate AppleID.
Settings -> iTunes & App Stores -> tap the Apple ID showing, logout, then login.
Beware thought that you can only change a device's AppleID association once every 90 days.
