Eclispe/IntelliJ/JCreator crashes while compiling project !!!

I have just installed fresh new windowsXP with SP2. Then Java JDK 1.5_01. Next 3 IDE's Eclipse 3.1M4, IntalliJ 4.5, JCreator 3. I have very simple project with about 10-20 classes using JConnector(MySql JDBC). When i press compile button in each ide - ide crashes with no error message. Is there any bug in Java or rather WindowsXP_SP2? I try to find any solution on www but with no result. Please help...

Java 1.5_01 and Eclipse 3.1M4 work for me on XP Pro SP1 just fine.
Either SP2, a bad install, hardware, or a configuration parameter is the problem.
If it only crashes when you try to compile, I'd suspect configuration errors.

    Hi,
Reports Builder 6i Crashes while compiling .rdf file which has output format as pdf. Does anyone knows how to fix this.
    Thanks,

Hi, you may look at your report builder version because a lot of them are bugged out and do need to be upgraded to a higher level...I saw a lots of crashing when opening reports and also compiling reports that ended being an old report builder version full of bugs.

Your original post mentions issues with jsp:useBean and jsp:setProperty, now you're talking about tag libraries and directives. Can you be more specific about what you're trying to do? Are you having problems getting JDev to recognize a tag library or are you having problems with the tag library when running the app? What directive are you trying to use that causes the termination error?

  • Report Builder 6i crashes while compiling

I have report builder 6.0.8.11.3, running on Windows XP SP2.
I am connecting to a 10g database and compiling a custom report.
This report was running fine in the database, i just copied to my folder and compiling from local system (connecting to the 10g server). So this is not a code issue.
After compiling 50%, the report builder crashes with this message: Report Builder has encountered a problem and needs to close. In more information, the error signature is given as AppName:rwbld60.exe AppVer3.0.0.0 ModName ora805.dll ModVer 0.0.0.0 Offset 00046d68.
We have re-installed Report Builder/Windows/Oracle client from scratch many times but not able to solve this issue.
Please let me know of any pointers in this regard.
    Thanks
    Manu

dude dude we get the same error hell of times ..its a bug in report builder ..it suddenly crashes in unexpected situations and oracle is no longer supporting 6i builders ..i think its time for you to migrate to 10g developer suite.
or else recreate the layout and try ..i have done that for many reports becuase for some reasons layout gets corrupted.
    All the best

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 Crashing while loading project...

When trying to open Premiere project the program opens and looks like it will load and then crashes.
If I create a new project Premiere opens and I can import footage but as soon as I try to play footage in the preview window or drop it in the timeline the program crashes as well.
I am working on a Windows 7, 64-bit, i7, 8GB ram, 1TB multiple partitioned hard drive. My Graphics card is, Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 - Driver Version: 9.18.10.3204

I can't figure out what the faulting module is.
I just installed CC 2014.2 3 days ago. It all worked fine until yesterday when Premiere started crashing. I restarted the system - same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere2014.2 - same issue. Premiere seems to be the only faulting application. Everything else (Ps, Ae, Lr, Id, Au, Ai) appears to still be working.
My version of CS6 (Purchased before getting a creative cloud membership not downloaded through CC) is also still working properly.
    Thanks for the help.

Update: I updated my Graphics Card Driver to a more recent version. Restarted computer and reopened Premiere and similar crash happened. I went through to get some more crashes and had different crash reports. The faulty module is not always the same.

Both of those are different from the original posted report.
I did have some success following these instructions.
Premiere Pro CC 2014.1 has stopped working - Win 7 64 bit
It appears I do not have a graphics card that is compatible with the mercury engine. I have had three successful tests and one crash since I selected Renderer: "Software only"
I plan to upgrade to a Nvidia card or the supported Intel Iris Card.
This seams to be the issue but I am hesitant to use CC 2014.2 for the time being because I don't know if it will crash randomly and CS6 is working fine. The second error code with "Fault Module Name: OpenCL.dll_unloaded" seems to be directly related to the graphics card and rendering processes. I will update as I learn more.
Please comment with any suggestions or resolutions you have had.

  • Logic Pro X crash while opening project

    Hello all,
Using Logic since 9 came out. Saw that X was released so I figured I'd do it right...new SSD OS X drive, clean install of Mountain Lion 10.8, maxed out my 12 core Mac Pro with 64 GB ram, downloaded the new Logic Pro X, re-installed my Native Instruments Komplete 8 bundle. I've been using it trouble-free now for about a week, and loving the update. Until now.
One of my projects crashed and now it won't re-open.
    I tried re-booting.
I trashed my preference files and restarted.
I can open Logic Pro, and other project files OK. I opened the Audio Units Manager and disabled ALL plugins, Quit Logic and restarted. Still crashes when opening this project file.
If it's not the plugins, and Logic is working fine otherwise, it must be something to do with a particular audio file within the bin. So I moved the Audio Files folder to my desktop and Skipped the locate files option. Still crashes.
All software is up to date. Any suggestions? Here's the most recent crash report, after disabling all plugins and moving the audio files:

Hi, it looks like a Project file corruption from what you are writing.
Let's try one more thing before going any further!
We will disable the Audio Drivers:
Hold down Control immediately (NOT TOGETHER) after clicking Logic in your Dock.
    A dialog will open :

  • FlasCC clang++ crash while compiling boost/asio/ssl.hpp

    Hi all,
I guess the title's quite descriptive.
I have Crossbridge_1.1.0.devbuild.fdb5425, and boost_1_54_0, and I'm trying to compile an otherwise empty c++ file that just has an #include <boost/asio/ssl.hpp> at the top. I invoke clang++ as follows on the file:

I just upgraded to Studio 2 and am trying to open a project that was made with the latest FCP before Studio 2. However when it asks if I would like to update the project, and I click yes within a minute or so the system crashes.
Can anyone help with this particular problem?
*BTW it is only with this particular project that I'm having trouble. I have been able to open other FCP projects (saved on the latest FCP before Studio 2) with FCP 6.0.1 no problem.*

    Problem solved!
I ran the frmbld.exe from DeveloperHome\BIN and then I could use File->Open normally. I figured out that it opens in the same folder for the first time (DeveloperHome\BIN). Before that, I used a shortcut to run forms builder. That shortcut didn't have the working directory set to anything. So, it seems that the open dialog wanted to open in the working directory (as it was the first time to open any file) (and this maybe the case also when the latest directory to open from was deleted or moved). So the solution was simple, just add the working directory to the shortcut..

  • LabVIEW Crashes While Loading Project

    Hey All,
I have an interesting issue here where I try to load a large project, and somewhere near the end LabVIEW just disappears.
I'm running the latest version of LabVIEW 2010 (Just Updated) on Windows 7 Professional 64.\
The project has RT and FPGA components.

I had the same problem with modified xcontrols and typedefs with control references.
Try to open the project vi's/classes/libs separately, fixing broken arrows and then saving them
When you are done with all files, try opening the project again.

  • Premiere crashes while opening project

    Hello Adobe Premiere community,
My project (which I was about to picture-lock) cannot be opened. After opening Adobe Premiere (or simply double-clicking on the project icon) the normal loading bar appears:
The loading speed is as fast as it was previously. Sadly, when the loading is completed a error prompt appears (without any error numbers etc.).
    ***TRANSLATION:
***Adobe Premiere Pro CC stopped working.
***Windows is searching for a solution to resolve the problem.
and then sadly no solution is found:
    ***TRANSLATION:
***Adobe Premiere Pro CC stopped working.
***The program stopped working because a problem appeared. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
Yesterday the program and project were working perfectly fine (using adobe premiere was the last thing done on this laptop).
Although my laptop is not extremely fast (i5; 8gb RAM) I doubt that is the problem because it worked fine before.
Do you have any suggestion about how to resolve this situation? Can it be linked with having only 2,3GB left on the main system hard drive?
    Please help, thank you.
    Sincerely,
    Aleksander

My Windows computer had several Microsoft updates yesterday... did you have updates this week?
If yes, it MAY be that some Microsoft change had made your graphics adapter driver to out of date
•What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
•What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
•Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
•For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
•-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
    •ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
    •nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Does your laptop have dual graphics adapters?
Go to the Windows Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then select Device Manager... In Device manager you click the + sign to the left of Display Adapters... and see if 2 are listed

  • Critical Error while compiling / exporting *.ipa with AIR16

    Hey,
my application crashed while compiling with AIR16. (Flex 4.13.0-AIR 16.0) With AIR15 it works well.
First I thought, the reason might be the included ANE, but it isn't. The ANE works fine with another project. In fact other projects also work with AIR16.

  • Crash at compilation/Intermediate files generation LV FPGA module

    Hi.
I'm in desperate need of assistance.
I have been using LabVIEW 8.6 with FPGA module running at Win XP for som time now and I have never encountered any crash while compiling before.
I get one of those Error messages where I just can send an error report to Microsoft.
I use the FPGA target RIO0, PCI-7833R and have designed a FPGA interface-VI including a number of functions. When I right-click at the VI and choose Compile, generation of Intermediate files begins. Now I never get further than the before LV crashes. Each and every time.
I have no problems opening the project file or my FPGA VI, updating them or saving them.
    Grateful for help. Thanks!
    /Henrik

    Hi!
Thanks again for good ideas. Unfortunately it didn't help repairing. I tried with both FPGA Module and the FPGA compile server (even though the compilation process never reaches that far) without success. I even tried to repair the whole LabView 8.6 but with the same result.
Even before repairing I have been able to make another small VI work its way through the whole compilation without crashing. But when I replace the small VI with the previously "failing" VI, it crashes again. I have also tried to cut away most of the functions of the VI but it still crashes.
Is it possible that I have some kind of bad reference, some missmatch when instanciating and mapping any of the VHDL nodes or something like that that causes the crash? Still one would think that this should generate an error in LabView rather than generating a "windows crash", but maybe something can cause the file generator to fail completely. It has been working before and I did a very small change when the crashes started, but something is obviously wrong, so...
Since its crashing even before connecting to the compile server, do you think I can rule out any damage/failing on any of the HW (e.g. the National specific HW and my external board and the on-board FPGA? Since I'm running out of ideas myself I guess I could look into that as well, but I can't see that that's the problem.
    BR
