Estimados:
Alguien me puede recomendar un editor de estilos CSS?, tengo
uno
que se llama TopStyle Pro 3, no se si es el mejor pero no lo
entiendo mucho,
encima esta en inglés. Alguno en castellano?, cual es el
mejor?

External editor used for CSS but not for PHP or HTML - why?

I've successfully configured Dreamweaver CS6 (trial) Mac to launch Sublime Text 2 when I double-click .css, js or .txt files in the Files panel. However, Dreamweaver refuses to open my .php or .html files in Sublime Text 2 - it always opens them within Dreamweaver.
Any thoughts how to overcome this? It's very frustrating.

I currently am on a Mac using Interarchy and BBEdit. In my new job they use Dreamweaver on PCs. I've tried Dreamweaver's code editor and it is clunky and dated. I won't be able to use BBEdit on the PC and by all accounts Sublime Text 2 looks like a good alternative and it is also available for Mac so I can have a consistent editing environment when working from home.
I have already tried what you recommended but it did not work. I will set back to the original settings and try again. I might try uninstalling/reinstalling.

Using a rich text editor to style a Flash text field

I've been trying to build a user interface that would allow someone to change the content of a dynamic field (loaded from a text file) using a rich text editor. However the editor inserts inline css style tags like <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> which Flash aparently can't understand. If the editor were instead to insert the following: <span class="ul"> where the stylesheet defined it as:

display: inline;
then everything would be fine. But it doesn't and I can't change it.
I am currently using a rich text editor that I access as follows:

The editor above is "applied" to a textarea within an html form. Then the text is saved to a text field with the embeded styles.

Does anyone know of a richtext editor that uses just html tags (not css like <span style="text-decoration: underline;">) or that uses css styling that Flash as3 can understand?

I have an index page that does not correctly load css, but css works on all other pages in the site.

I am guessing that there is something wrong in the css, I inherited this site and have gone over the css but can't find a issue that would cause this to occur.

That page is saved as UTF-16 (Content-Type: text/html (BOM UTF-16, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is send as ISO-8859-1. Firefox likes to see all files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and thus use that CSS file. You will have to re-save that page as ISO-8859-1 and upload that corrected version.

Estoy probando esta nueva herramienta, me parece fantástica. Lo único malo es que cuando subo al servidor la web,
el menú se desmonta como si no reconociese los estilos css asignados. ¿Es un problema del programa, o es que hago algo mal?
Cuando lo previsualizo en local se ve perfecto tal y como lo he diseñado en Adobe Muse, pero en cuanto lo subo a la ftp se desmonta, se mueve de lugar.

Tal vez ser�a un poquito mas facil si hicieras una
imagen con el tipo de
layout que quieres. Porque ya revise el codigo y en si eso de
que este
expandida es muy general. Que este expandida a lo ancho a lo
largo, en fin
mejor verlo graficamente para asi poder ayudar.

He adquirido dreamweaver cs3.
Al abrir las páginas que tengo hecha de la versión
anterior , con esta otra
cs3, me salen sin estilos css en la vista diseño.
Que ha podido ocurrir?

Including an stylesheet in a jspx

Greetings, i have made an include of a style sheet on my jpx, the thing is that in IExplorer 6 or higher does not show anything, i see a blank page while in Chromme and FireFox the page is showed correctly
if a move the include sentence inside de <f:view> tag or the <af:form> tag, the page is showed in every browser, including IExplorer, but the problem is that the displayed area is small, scrolled and in the left upper corner of the browsers, does any body know how can i fix this?, even if a set the line:

to a .css archive that does not exist, the shrinking of the area happens.

I am very happy when the Firefox browser suggests me sites I have already visited, when I just type one letter in the address bar, but I don't like that this letter gets highlighted in all the suggested urls,
I'd like Firefox always to offer me these suggestions, but if possible without highlighting the letter I type, and I don't know if I can (or how to if I can) change the settings of my browser to be so,

How do I expand the top bar to show more of my theme?

I found a lot of themes that I would like to use but they look dumb when I put them on because the toolbar isn't big enough. I would just like to know if there is any way to fix this.

My Firefox bookmarks just changed dramatically overnight after I upgraded to Snow Leopard OS 10.6.8. I don't want the icons which take up space

I used to be able to keep about 45 frequently used bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar which was simply one line when I had OS 10.5.8 (Leopard). Now there are colorful icons and boxes and spaces between each bookmark and I can barely get 20 on the tool bar. This really is annoying. I like just having small text and a space between the bookmarks. Is there any way of simply going back to the old way of displaying them so I can access more of them and not get distracted by all the extra added icons? I don't need a multicolored pocket book next to the Ebay bookmark! Please help me. Progress sometimes isn't always good.

Let me help explain what tags we have presently that provides details about webapp A and B. It seems you might be slightly confused on the purpose of some of these tags and what they intend to output.

I want to set a maximum size for pictures when FF shows websites. How can i do that? NO I DONT MEAN "HOW TO ZOOM".

I have FF 34 but this problem has been there for a lot of earlier versions. On many webpages there are pictures that cover my whole screen, and I want to set maximum size for showing images on webpages.
I ONLY wanr to change the maximum size of the images, AND IAM NOT asking about how to zoom the webpage.

Do you want to hide large images or merely make them smaller by setting a max-width and max-height?
You would probably have to use JavaScript (bookmarklet) to achieve this reliably.
There are bookmarklets to make large images fit in the window to avoid a horizontal scroll bar

Force font in a specific domain...

I prefer a specific font across most sites.
However, with 'Allow pages to use their own fonts...' unchecked, is it possible to force a single domain to use its'
own fonts with css?

Bookmark toolbar will not display icons only

downloaded the app to retain old look. In settings icons only is the default but still have the text.
