Email ID in Contract form

Hi,
I am working in adding the new fields in standard Contract form (BBP_CONTRACT). In W_CONTRACTDETAILS window, there is a field call E-mail in text 'TE_CONTACT'. The value for this field is coming from  field &SF_CTR-RESP_EMPLOYEE-E_MAIL&. When I am printing the form through browser, it is displaying that 'email@dummy'. My assumption is that, there is nothing wrong with the standard code. But for each employee's mil id who is creating the contract has to be configured somewhere. Also the fields fax, telephone number, etc... ut I couldnt findout the table. I tried the transaction SU01, there also structure name(SZA5_D0700) is mentioned. So, can anybody tell me who come accross this issue?
Thanks and Regards,
Nowsath

You need to use form fields. See the Acrobat help section and this site: https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/
However, that last part (receiving an automatic response when a form is submitted) has nothing to do with Acrobat, or even with the PDF file. This is something you'll need to set up on your web (or email) server.

  • Send Email from approval task form

In my reusable workflow, I have added an approval action. Everything works perfectly. What I want is - When approver comes to approval form, he should be able to send notification email to the initiator (From that form) that he has started working on that document.
What I have tried - I have added a button clicking on which will submit the form to initiator.
But it fails. possible reason - when I create a data connection in workflow's infopath form to submit form as email, I am getting following warning
"Domain trust form templates cannot be sent as email attachments. to fix this problem, modify the form option to change the security level of form template to restricted".
I also tried to update status field and wait for it to changes in workflow and send an email from sp designer workflow. it didn't work.
Please help or suggest any other possible way to achieve this functionality (Send Email from approval task form to initiator).

    Hi mry,
I could reproduce on my SharePoint 2013 on-premise based on your another
    post.
Based on the the following article, SharePoint workflow cannot use the InfoPath form in restricted mode which doesn't allow the data connection, but as your image warning message shows sending InfoPath form as mail attachments will need restricted level.

You can consider to send a mail to initiator in "Whe a Task Completes" step when you click button approved/rejected, and construct the current task form link format as follow,

  • How do I create an email list sign up form for my iWeb website?

Well that's the question - how do I create an email list sign up form for my iWeb website?
Could someone tell me what's the simplest way using iWeb to create an interactive option
for users to enter their email address and the info be forwarded to me so I can add to an
    email list?
It would be great if, since I'm using a Mac computer & iWeb, there was a way to have the
submitted emails automatically added to a group in my Mac Addressbook.
I got this MacBook Pro in Sept 2010 so I believe that's iWeb '08 I'm using.
Anyway I'm thinking there should be a way to do this with some system involving an HTMK
    Widget and an email account.
By the way this is for hosting through a 'real server', not MobileMe (which I plan to get later
    when I can afford it).
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
    Mark

Website forms require some code in a snippet and a formmail.php script on the server to process the form and send the info to the required email address. You can do all this when you switch to a "real" server.
In the meantime you can use a form  or marketing service or, better still, an application like MailShoot which generates the form, handles the database and sends out the bulk emails.

    Hi all,
I'm trying to print the item texts in the contract forms.
I need to print the item texts when the status is 'N'  and at the same time the status is blank in the same form.
I tried using t165p.I'm unable to print the both the message status with N and blank at the same time.
    Please guide in this regards.
    Thanks and regards,

    Hi Luis,
Thanks yes, now it get captured soon after changed the item accordingly as you said.
so there is no need of creating hidden item for those item (i.e) &P1_DIS_COURSE_NAME. AND &P1_DIS_DATE.
    right??

  • How can I edit the email on a PDF form that's not created by me?

I'm a beginner for Acrobat Pro and there is an email button on the form for user to email to the previous admin, how can I change the email addres to mine? When I try to edit on forms, it asked me to click "save a copy", I really can edit and changed to email address, however when I tested it, it said this is only a data but not a form.

Tools > Content > Edit Document Text
Better yet, edit the original source document, create a new PDF, and replace the old pages with the new: Tools > Pages > Replace

  • How to i get my one line email address from a form to dissapear from my monitor screen?

    Hi,
I have a iMac running OS X Yosemite ver 10.10.1
my iMac is Mid 2011, running 16 BF Ram
I have seen an annoying floating email address from a form showing up on my monitor screen, even though the form was closed.
Even if I move any open windows, the email address is still showing on my screen.
Anyone have any idea on how I may delete this image or whatever it is?  Thanks.  Donna

Try relaunching the Finder,  ➙ Force Quit.
    Otherwise reboot.

  • How to print or email a filled out form?

I have opened a form in adobe reader and filled out the form fields.  But when I email or print the form it does not contain any of the data I filled in. How do I get the form and the data I filled in to print or be included in the email?

When you open a PDF email attachment, would you make sure to open it in Adobe Reader for iOS?
When you receive and open an email with a PDF attachment, Apple Mail (the default mail app on iPad/iPhone) uses its own preview feature to display the PDF attachment.  However, Apple Mail for iOS does not render or print form fields or comments in the preview.
Please take a look at the Mail section of the following FAQ documents to open a PDF email attachment in Adobe Reader for iOS.
For iPad, see How to get PDF documents into Adobe Reader for iOS (iPad on iOS 7 version)
For iPhone, see How to get PDF documents into Adobe Reader for iOS (iPhone on iOS 7 version)

  • Font size issue with the email functionality of infopath form

    Hi,
We have a SharePoint list created and customised the form to send the form via email using email functionality in infopath form.
We have made the font size of the form fields( rich text box) to 11. But it is showing as 10 in email. Also for a text box we set the font size to 14. But it is 13.5 in the email.
Could anyone please let me know how to fix this issue?

Yes, this is normal. Forms Services has to convert the form to an aspx page, and things get lost in translation when this gets submitted via email.  My workaround has always been to set static widths to columns/controls, but you said that didn't work
for you?  It's always worked for me.

  • How do I embed an email address in a form?

How do I embed an email address in a form?

In the Design tab add a formatted text field to your form.  In the formatted text field select the text you want to create a link with.  Go to menu Insert-> Link...  In the Insert Link dialog you will add an email address to the bottom field (URL or Email) and click on the Insert button.  The email address should be in the form of [email protected]

  • How to send an email confirmation after a form is submitted

    Hi,
I would like to send an email confirmation to the person who fills out a form besides the html page confirmation that they receive.  Is there a way to write in some script to pull their email out of the form and send this confirmation to them?  The form is here: http://tinyurl.com/klej69
The form action is the webformmailer.php on the godaddy site.
Thanks so much for your help.
    Cheers,
    Janell

Contact Tech Support and ask them if you can modify their script or run a 3rd party formmailer script that will do what you want.  I don't think they allow you to use other scripts for security reasons but it won't hurt to ask.
If you decide to change hosts,  Formmailer.php from DB Masters will do exactly what you need.

  • Maintain email functionality when submitting forms

I have created several forms to be used internally at my company.  The forms provide information about a job and what is required to be worked on.  I have the forms set up to include a submit button and once pressed the form is attached to an email as a PDF. A new email is populated with the attachment and my return email address, my problem is that once this new email is populated the end-user is unable to access there other emails to pull attachments or information from.  Is there a way to allow the end-user to maintain complete functionality with thier inbox while composing the email with the attached form?

That depends entirely on what email client application you're using. Once the Email submit button is pressed Acrobat hands over the pdf with any other content to the operating system which then turns around and finds your default email client and hands it over to it. So unfortunately to answer your question would require a knowledge of your email client and not so much Designer/Acrobat.

  • Send email message without attaching form

Below is a sample click event javascript for a button.  This will generate an email including form information of your choosing without attaching the actual form (PDF) itself.
This would benefit people in situations that have the form auto saving to a predetermined location, but would still like an email notification that the form has been submitted.
         var cMyMsg = "Your Text\n\n";
              cMyMsg += "Your Text " + Fieldname1.rawValue + "\n";
              cMyMsg += "Your Text " + Fieldname2.rawValue + "\n";
         app.mailMsg({
              bUI: false,
              cTo: "To EmailAddress",
              cCc: "CC EmailAddress",
              cSubject: "Your Subject Text",
              cMsg: cMyMsg
    Enjoy!

  • Default email subject for Adobe Form from Netweaver Guided Procedure

    Hi everyone.
When we generate an Adobe form from a Netweaver Guided Procedure, a default subject of "Interactive Form {xxxxxxxx}" is used where xxxxxxxx is the Process ID of the Guided Procedure.  Is this default subject configurable?  Where can I change it?
If we define a custom email template for the form,  the subject of the email becomes our custom subject concatenated with the Process ID.  Where is it defined that the Process ID must be included in the email subject?
    Thanks,
    .. Craig

    Hello,
I have no experience regarding the table of pictures, but you could try a workaround if you don´t insist of displaying the images. You could attach the pictures as attachments (you know, the little attachments icon on the left in your Reader). The ABAP coding for this can be found in SE38 FP_* and when you check the descriptions you should be able to find the one working with the attachments.
Would be better than nothing I guess,
    Otto
