Email irritating grrrr

I have a form which I have applied a Send Email trigger to. I keep getting
E-mail couldn't be sent. Error returned: Validation failed for: AIOP ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION. (EMAIL_FAILED)
and cannot work out why.
I can supply the URL for testing or the page code.

ICal 3.0 alarms not occurring

OK. So I have a pretty busy schedule, and I've set each event to send me an email 2 days prior to the event. I noticed I'm not getting emails for my events two days from now. I created a new test event to email me, and it still doesn't work.
I exported my calendar, deleted it, and reimported it, and got a message about unsafe alarms opening other programs, and do I want to keep the "unsafe" alarms. The default is to discard them, but I chose to keep them. Created a new test event, and it still won't email me a reminder. If I change it to "message with sound" I can get an alert, but I can't get an email.
Grrrr! What could be up with this? I have my iPhone, and want to get my email alarms on it. They worked in Tiger, and now have disappeared in Leopard.

Here's what my test event iCal data looks like (that doesn't work). There is that "DTSTAMP" that seems to have 10:49, and "CREATED" has 10:23 in it for some reason, when I created it at 10:11:

Mail "Draft" issue

Hi folks
Each time I start my Macbook Pro and Mail opens their is a "Draft" of the last email I sent before shutting down. This also occurs when waking the Macbook from Sleep. So bizarre! Does anyone else have this issue? And what can be done to correct it?
Note: Mail collects my emails from Gmail account
PS When I cleared my gmail inbox all emails collected by Mail were wiped clear ... I lost all emails! Grrrr.

Can anyone tell me if the apple ID area of the site is having issues? I have tried most of the day to change my apple ID in "manage your account" and it will not accept or allow me to change it. This is irritating since it now requires an email address

Can anyone advise if apple is having issues with the APPLE ID portion of their site? I have been trying all afternnon to update my apple id from "Manage your account". It will not allow a revision with the instructions given. THis is most irritating since with the new update your apple ID must now be your email address which is incredibly old and I would certainly like to change it to my current email address!
You have the option to do that but THAT OPTION is also not working at this time.

I am having the same problems. Firstly found out that I had a duplicate email address on two apple ids so I fixed that but now it wont let me verify the email address. When I click on "verify email address" nothing happens. So frustrating cos cant set up Facetime or iMessage on my iPad.

I am getting a "how to reset your Apple ID" email over 25 times a day. It's been doing this for multiple days, and it's really irritating me. How do I stop it?

This is really irritating, and blocking the email would not help, as I may need to reset my ID.

Sick of Email etc askink for password-irritating

Keep getting POP ups with email,safari etc asking for password-frustrating and irritating !!

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.

Double tap Home button, delete Mail from multitask-bar.
Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)

Irritating "!" in CDOSYS ASP Email

I have a particular online form (using classic ASP) that
users get a confirmation page on which then sends the information
via CDOSYS to our department. Although the confirmation page is
fine I have a strange "!" character that appears in the html
generated email (simple 2 column HTML table) that the staff
receive.
I attempted to systematically comment out sections of code to
trap the error.My frustration is that this often results in the "!"
moving to consistently to another location (sometimes twice or
three in an email!).

The ONLY clue I have is that where ever the "!" shows up
there is 'one space' after it and then text. Any suggestions on
what would even cause this error in CDOSYS emails using ASP?

You need to put the following in your code for
webapplications running on
IIS6, as it will otherwise put an ! after each 991st char:

In my email when I click on a website or link the following message pops up:

Thus, I cannot pull up anything.
When I click on the Firefox browser, I get a message that the entry point is not found.

Missing emails very irritating

I have read that other folks have lost emails for no apparent reason. It had happened over the summer where I lost most of them and now just in the past few days I have nothing left but items from the past two months and some random past dated ones. This is extremely frustrating since I have kept items that were important to me. No, I don't back them up--I shouldn't have to. Its email. If I am not exceeding any storage limits, I should be able to keep whatever I want out there and not worry about it. As a Verizon employee I am ashamed that we are doing this to our customers. Is there any way that my email can be restored?? Make me proud.

Any time mail disappears from the server, there's a pretty good chance there's some device pulling it off. This can happen even without you intending it to. For example, the default Verizon setup for a long time (and possibly still) configured Outlook automatically unless you were paying attention and unchecked the box during the install.
The easiest way to fix it is to change your password. Once the device(s) can no longer authenticate, the disappearances should stop.

Irritating Email Problem

The email address that I use on my BB Curve 8330 is a gmail address. Unfortunately, every time I send an email, whether it is from my Curve or my PC a copy of the email comes to my Blackberry. Is there a way to turn that off? It shows up as a new message, there is not indication that it is a sent message or anything of the sort. I really don't need a copy of every email I send. I just got the device, and can't figure it out.

The item above will fix the problem for any BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) email accounts you have. However, if you're getting sent items that you send from your computer, that account is more likely to be a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Service) account.
If you don't want to see your Sent messages in your Messages list, simply go into Messages, then hit the Menu button (button to the LEFT of the TrackBall) and select Options --> General Options, and set Hide Sent Messages to Yes.
If you go this route, you will still have access to messages you sent on your BlackBerry, whether from the BlackBerry or from your PC, but going into Messages, hitting Menu and selecting View Folder, and selecting the Sent Items folder.
On your BlackBerry, you only get header information on messages you sent from your PC on your BlackBerry. If you open one of these messages, there will be nothing there (this saves space on the device). However, if you realize you need to resend or forward that message, and it's still on the Mail server, you can retrieve the entire message by hitting the Menu button and selecting More All, and then resend or forward it.

IPhone deletes new emails as soon as I click on them

Lately when I've been receiving new emails, as soon as I click on them the iPhone immediately deleted it and opens a prior email instead. The new email that it just deleted is not in my junk or trash folders and when I log into my email account in my computer it is nowhere to be foun as well. Also, when I do a search in my email for certain emails, the email I'm looking for will show up for a brief second and then disappear. Seperate issue but allllmost as irritating as the fact that some of my emails are deleted for no reason!

hello dariaa, unfortunately this sounds like a problem with adware/malware that is active on your system. please perform all these steps:

# afterwards go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.

Exchange emails lost when sent w/o connectivity?

Are others losing messages when composing and sending emails via Exchange ActiveSync and hit "send" only to find out that they are in an area without coverage and it disappears? The message does not appear in drafts, sent folder, or the outbox. Running iPhone 2.0 on a first gen iPhone.

Yes, that has happened repeatedly to me ever since I first got the phone, and not necessarily through ActiveSync.
BUT, in my case, the other people are getting the emails. Still, it's EXTREMELY irritating to have the message "disappear" and not show up in the sent folder.
So, at least for me, this isn't a new issue and I haven't noticed it happening more now that I have my Exchange synced to my iphone.
But I went to Montana last week, where there is no AT&T presence (you hook up to a "partner") and what you described happened over and over again, but mostly with my non-Exchange accounts.
