I installed the trial version of pro cc primers, project part, although I can put the file there is no image in the monitor source.

I doubt the mac has the power to do real time encoding of HDV like you want - even iMovie uses a time delayed import with a conversion to Apple Intermediate Codec to keep up with capturing. Real time seems terribly unlikely.

Sizing an empty movie clip

Hi There,
I have an instance of an empty movie clip object
(imageLoader) to which I load a .jpg image from an external file,
as per the attached code . . .
But I have a problem in that I do not know the dimmensions of
the .jpg image before I load it and in some cases this results in a
large image covering most of my screen, including some of the text
on the screen, I simply can't have this as it looks crap for a
start!
So, my question is this . . . How do I force the image pulled
in from the external file, and/or the movie clip object, to be no
larger than a certain size (i.e. H: 177 pixels x W: 177 pixels)?

I guess Loader will work fine for you, but you might want to
have a look
at the loadInit method of the MovieClipLoader class. That
will allow you
to do what you want also - you just size your holder clip to
whatever
you like - the trick is that you need to wait until the new
clip is
fully loaded and instantiated - exactly what loadInit does
for you.

Making a loadmovie in an empty movie clip

Hi. I'm making a new as3 file, and there i made an animation, like an intro for my website, in a movie clip. But what i want is, when this animation or this movie clip ends, automatically it charges another swf with my website, without having to press any button. I read some tutorials on internet that i can make this, creating a new empty movie clip, and then writing some code, but it didn`t work me. Please can anybody help me with the exact code i have to write? I will appreciate so much that, because i'm new in this as3 topic. Thanks so much for ur time.

All you need to do is pull the code out of the function...

And you mentioned adding the loaded object to a movieclip, so if you still plan to do that then give the movieclip an instance name and use it's name to add the loader to it instead of what your code does above...
Change: addChild(loader);
To: mcName.addChild(loader);

How do I get past the empty blue screen?

I keep getting the empty blue screen. I have tried starting up in Safe Mode only to wind up with the same blue screen. Tried starting up with iMac install disc only to wind up with the same blue screen. Additionally it has decided to keep the disc. The problem started with a poweer outage and an apparently bad battery in the power back up. Although I have the Apple Care Protectiion Plan, i have not been able to get in touch with them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have wasted the last four hours only to wind up "blue". At the moment the iMac is in the grey apple screen with the gear rotating, the install disc 1 is still in the drive. it has been in the screen for the past 20+ minutes..HELP

yes you can alter SAP Standard screen, this can be achieved via development but taking so much pain to do this is better user select what the reason is.
this is given in standard SAP since there may be more than one reason, your requirement is unique.

Deletion Icon in Goods Movement screen of CO13

Hi experts
In the goods movement screen of CO13, the deletion icon provided is de-activated by default. Is it possible to activate it? If possible - how?
I want to remove the materials from the CO13 transaction, and cancel the confirmation qty only

But my requirement is that I must not reverse the goods movements at all. Thats the reason why I wanted to delete the materials that appear in the Goods movement page.
In some thread, I read that some expert had asked to delete the materials from the goods movements list.
I would like to know how to delete the materials. My deletion icon is inactive.

*If you want to cancel only the confirmation, then after selecting the last operation for cancelling in CO13, hit the "Goods Movement" button, here you delete the line items which is basically to reverse GR & GI along with Confirmation.*
If you need to reverse the goods movement also, then follow the same step in the goods movement overiew scroll to the right side of the screen to find the field "Reason for cancellation", take a drop down and select the reason and save.

During conf-plant field in goods movement screen - to be didplay

During Confirmation of a process order, in the goods movement screen, user can change the plant for a component...As a default it is copying the order header plant.
Since it is a changeable field i.e. value can be changed , user is changing the filed value and system is issuing the material from that plant.
Since the user has authorization in many both plant, hence I cannot restrict by authorization.
I tried in CO86 to change field status, but I am not in the position to get the plant filed in goods movement screen.
I am changing the screen with transaction variant, but I need to change all the training documents which is very big job and train many people.
Is there any other way out?

Not fully sure but i think you can use the BADi ( WORKORDER_CONFIRM) to acheive this.
BADI Details-
Definition - WORKORDER_CONFIRM
Interface - IF_EX_WORKORDER_CONFIRM
Methods = AT_SAVE, BEFORE_UPDATE, IN_UPDATE, AT_CANCEL_CHECK
Within this a system message may be issued only in in these conditions, while saving the confirmation ERROR_WITH_MESSAGE (for AT_SAVE method) or NOT_ALLOWED (for AT_CANCEL_CHECK method) at the same time
Just try this with your ABAP consultant ...
IT'll not make the plant field in display mode..but send an error if doesn't match with the plant in order header

In Production order in operation overview check if control key is correctly maintained or not.
Also in Production order component over view if the back flush is unticked then that material will not be seen in CO11N goods movement.

The Adobe updater fails to work for me.

Sorry can't provide a direct link, it was just a dumb 'You need … please click install' dialog.
I think the 10.9 java updater is installing version 7.

Empty grey screen on startup, no Apple logo

I have an iBook G4 late 2003 running OS 10.3.9- On startup all I get is an empty grey screen, no Apple logo, no whirling gear. I immediately zapped the PRAM and reset the PMU with no change: the empty grey screen remained. I then restarted pressing the option key and I got a circular arrow for restart and an arrow pointing to the right, but no icons above them, meaning neither the Macintosh Hard Disk or the Tech Tool eDrive partition was recognized. I then tried to start the computer from the installation disk. The first time, I got the Apple logo, but that was followed by a kernel panic. I tried restarting again from the installation disk and got the Apple logo and the whirling gear, but that went on spinning ad infinitum leading nowhere. I gave up and turned it off. I suspect my iBook is ready for a funeral of some sort. If there is any way to revive it, I would be grateful to hear how from someone more expert than myself.

Does your iBook still have the original hard drive? I only ask because I had similar problems recently with the original drive on my iBook G3. After much testing and then finally replacing the hard drive corrected the problem, not that your issue is necessarily the same.
Are you able to start it up in Target Disc Mode? If so. and you have another Firewire enabled Mac to connect to, you could run Disk Utility or DiskWarrior, if you have it, on that drive to evaluate it.
If your hard drive is at fault and the Startup Manager isn't letting you select the drive, I suspect that Target mode will not work either, but give it a try.
Someone else may have a different take on this, so stay tuned.

I have create a production order with Auto GI &GR.When i going to confirm it,in Good Movement Screen storage location entry field is not found thats why i can't enter Sto.Location.
Can any Expert tell me the solution for this issue?

1080i video looks good on iMac but not on small movie screen

I have a 1080i video that I exported as a default 1440 x 1080 @ 59.94 fps. If I play the video on my iMac, which is 1920x1080, it looks good, but when I play it on a smaller movie screen you can really see the interlacing. I tried highlighting all my film on the primary timeline, going to Info --> Settings View from the dropdown box at the bottom, and then setting:
Roles: Video & Dialogue
Timecode Display: Drop Frame
Alpha Handling: None/Ignore Alpha
Field Dominance Override: Lower First
When I export and play that it looks pretty much the same, if not worse. I'm thinking that Drop Frame probably isn't good, but it still has the interlaced look.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just imported it from the camera. Again, I messed up earlier as it originally imported at 29.97.
How'd you do that? What format is your media exactly? Codec and complete specs.
Codecs: H.264, Linear PCM
Frame Size: 1440 × 1080
Video Frame Rate: 29.97
Video Field Dominance: Upper
Well, that's interesting. I didn't realize it told me what the Field Dominance is. Now I know not to use Lower.
Why should I not change the Field Dominance? Also, I was reading another post where a guy tried copying his videos from one project, 1080i, to another project, 1080p, and he was not successful. Have you tried this or heard of anyone being successful doing this? Thanks.

Empty Movie Clips - Navigation Issue

I'm pretty new to site building so bare with me.
I'm building a site with empty movie clips on each page to
provide navigation to other pages. I'm testing linkage between two
pages, (home page and news page) When I load the home page,
everything works fine, I click the link to my news page, and it
loads in fine, BUT when I click back to home from the news page,
the home page starts playing nested movie clips that should NOT be
auto-playing.
So basically, I have nested movie clips that decide to play
when I click to my home page from another page. If I load the home
page by itself however, it functions properly. Why are these nested
clips playing?
Here is the action script for the nested movie clips as an
example:
_root.rightChair.onEnterFrame = function() {
if (mouse_over_rightChair) {
_root.rightChair.nextFrame();
} else {
_root.rightChair.prevFrame();
Basically they should not be playing unless a mouse rolls
over them.
Thoughts anyone?

I've never had a problem with itunes until now, which is why this is my first post!
I just updated to the most recent version of itunes 8.2, and after doing so it seems the Itunes store is the only thing functioning! When I go to my music library or previous playlists that I've created I have only an empty black screen within the traditional itunes window. The screen is also black when I plug in my itouch.
I've rebooted my computer several times, and repaired the install twice for both itunes and quicktime. What else can I do? And I'm a pretty simple when it comes to computers so if you have a suggestion you may have to really spell it out for me. Please and thank you!
Edit: It is also taking MUCH longer than normal for Itunes to launch after clicking it from the desktop.

ok. I do have a time capsule but if I move itunes on to it how do I sync my ipods and iphone? Or can I have my Itunes account on both and just move my movies to the time capsule?
