Encoding on the server

Question

How can I receive a 1.5Mbit stream from Flash Media Live Encoder and then re-encode it to 2 different streams?
It's much like what Ustream is doing. They receive one high-quality feed, and then re-encode to a couple of different qualities in realtime.
I want to do it this way because it's much more bandwidth-efficient.

this is a windows batch file that will have to be modified pretty heavily to do what you want but it is the idea you want to use. This script was found on the Internet so there are probably more I also have this as a shell script on linux but i didn't include it here because my linux box is in the closet but like the windows version I found it on the internet.
