i have one requirement to add check box for each record in output list in program rwtyopqu.
Also when i choose one record and click push button update, item table will update, how i solve this problem please suggest me.

the necessary changes...

You have to modify below structure, as this structure is providing the field catalog for output display (ALV).
Here you can see there are a lot of include structures, so if you want to add fields in the output display you can add those fileds as an append structure to any of the below mentioned structures (Like ukm_s_account, ukm_s_bp_cms_sgm etc as per your requiremnt and positon at which you need to dispaly your fields.)

Another way is you can go to SE38, and you can create implicit enhancements.One enhancement point is available here in this required area. so create an implementation and add your fileds with data types.This way is also simple.

Here are general questions the SAP payment program. Even partial answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Questions:
What are the type of accounts involved in a payment transaction? In which case a customer account could be involved?
What could "payment proposal run" mean and imply?
What could be done as "editing a proposal run"?
In the "print payment media" step, what does DME stands for?
And in general, what are the diffenrences between a posting and an FI document?
Is the payment run launched automatically?

You will make the payments to vendors and customers accounts. Customer accounts may involve where you would like to make payment for the advance that you have received from customers.
What could "payment proposal run" mean and imply?
Payment proposal is nothing but SAP will give you a simulation showing what are the invoices going to be paid, what are the invoice not going to be paid (exception) due to various reasons.
What could be done as "editing a proposal run"?
In Editing the Payament proposal, you can block a invoice, which you would not like to make the payment. You have to create the payment block specially for the purpose of payment proposal.
In the "print payment media" step, what does DME stands for?
DME - Data Medium Exchange
And in general, what are the diffenrences between a posting and an FI document?
Posting is posting a document into the system.
FI document is a document having debit and credit totalled. To post a document both and debit and credit must be tallied.
Is the payment run launched automatically?
There is no automatic launching of Automatic Payment Program. You can schedule the job in background, but I would not recommend this. I would recommend the user to enter the parameters, run proposal, execute payment run and print the media.

Kindly let me know the best practice for enhancing the Standard WD ABAP from the below 1 or 2.
1) To copy & create a "Z" of the component & make changes in that (or)
2) to enhance directly on the same standard component without making "Z".

If it is a standard component its better we go for enhancing the component rather than copying it into Z component.
If there is any issue with in the standard component , SAP supports it through notes and OSS messages. If it is a Z component, SAP doesn't support it.
If there is any up gradation of business packages, changes will be done to standard , but not the Z components, wherein we could miss it.
Further, since it is a standard component it might have been used at many places, changes that has to done to reflect all changes might be difficult in this case if it is a z component.

I have gone through the forum in trying to understand the standard sap batch program, but still unable to do so.
I have a requirement where I need to use standard sap batch program RFBIBL00
I need to use T.code: F-22 for processing
I have a posting text file to upload. Please explain me how to use the standard sap batch program.
I know there are 3 structures BGR00, BBKPF and BBSEG which needs to be populated before calling the program RFBIBL00
Please explain me in detail.

This is a brief guideline from memory, so you will have to modify it to fit your exact requirements.
1. Initialise the work areas, can be done by
perform init_strukturen_erzeugen(rfbibli0) using '/'
2. Fill your batch structure BGR00 and append to output file data itab
3. Load your data from text file, and loop around it
4. Fill your header structure BBKPF per document, append to output file itab
5. Fill your lines itab BBSEG per document line, append to output file itab
6. Repeat 4 & 5 for each document in text file.
7. Create temporary output file on App server using contents of output file itab
8. Submit rfbibl00 program using output file name
9. Delete the temporary file (good practice)

Copy/create program with logical database

Hi
I need to create a program with the same selection-screen as SAP standard program RPRAPA00.
RPRAPA00 is using a logical database, but even that I have passed in the PNP in the attributes of my own progam, I don't get the selection in the top (buttons, key-date info + selection info).
The rest of my program looks fine.
Any ideas how I get the missing selections into the selection-screen?

Define pernr table under tables statement then and use GET PERNR event.This get event is followed by End-Of-Selection.
Syntax: Tables pernr.
Get pernr.
Try, activate and test. This should solve your problem.

Inbound Plug in standard SAP (create as an interface)

Hi All- I have a standard SAP component that I create an Inbound PLUG at the window level, I'm using that component (standard SAP) in another component (custom) but I don't have access to the inbound plug that I just create in the standard SAP because the check-box for interface is not "CHECKED".
When I try to enhanced the standard SAP the interface check-box disappear, how can I check that check-box interface box?
How I can make my custom inbound plug accessible globally?

You Can not enhance that.( creating interface inbound plug) according to the sap enhancement documentation.

Add Voting buttons in MS Outlook from SAP ABAP program

I have a requirment where SAP ABAP program will send an email.
I need to have the voting buttons (yes/no) in the email. It does not have to be in the content of the email but the typically voting buttons that we can add to the MS Outlook email.
If there is someone who can give me the steps and documentations, greatly appreciate.

Enhancement sections in customised programs

Hi All,
We have copied standard program ( having includes with enhancement sections ) and created customised one.
When we run standard program these enhancement sections of standard program works as defined, but when we run customised program these enhancement sections will not be excecuted properly.
Is there any way to solve this issue?

Hi,
Please do the following,
once inside the standard code and required location
Change to modfication mode by using the spiral icon.Now keep the pointer on the line
"Enhancement-point" and rightclick on it
view "Enhancement Implementation" option......
Now you can get an option to change,modify,replace, create
If you are creating you need to create a new spot.
So if you click on create ..a table control will appear..at the bottom there is a "create" icon
Click on it and give the name(enhancement implementation) and description(text) of the point you want...and save..then the new one will be listed in the table control..you need not fill the composite enhancement field..leave it blank
Once you select it in the table control..click on the tick mark..
it will give you a separate enhancement spot in the name you created
if you click on the "spiral icon" you need not use the access key..thats the beauty of the latest enhancement framework

Users are creating programs with accesskey

Suppose if the users are created programs (non z & y) with access key how to get the list of these programs.

go to table ADIRACCESS, where you'll find each object where access key was entered. In table TADIR you can check for these objects if AUTHOR is SAP or someone else (that means a user).

Hi ...Here is the step by step procedure for creating BAPIs.
There are 5 different steps in BAPI.
- Create BAPI Structure
- Create BAPI Function Module or API Method.
- Create BAPI object
- Release BAPI Function Module.
- Release BAPI object.
Step1. Creating BAPI Structure:
- Go to <SE11>.
- Select Data Type & Enter a name.
- Click on Create.
- Note: Always BAPI should be in a development class with request number (Not Local Object).
- Select Structure & hit ENTER.
- Enter the fields from your database. Make sure that the first field is the Primary Key Field.
- Then SAVE & ACTIVATE.
Step 2. Creating BAPI module:
- Enter TR.CODE <SE37>.
- Before entering any thing, from the present screen that you are in, select the menu
Goto -> Function Groups -> Create Group.
Enter a name (Note: This name Must start with ZBAPI)
Let this screen be as it is and open another window and there, enter TR.CODE <SE80).
Click on the Third ICON that says Inactive Objects.
Select the group that you just created and click on Activate.
Notice that the group you created will disappear from the list of inactive objects.
- Go back to ><SE37> screen and enter a name and hit <ENTER>. Then enter the group name that you just created and activated.
NOTE: When you release a function module the respective group will be attached to that particular application. It cannot be used for any other application. NEVER include an already existing group that is attached to another module.
Now click on the first Tab that says [ATTRIBUTES] and select the radio button that says remote-enabled module since we will be accessing this from any external system.
Then click on the second tab that says [IMPORT].
Enter a PARAMETER NAME, TYPE and the structure you created in the first step. Also select the check box Pa. All remotely enabled functional modules MUST be Pa enabled, where Pa means Passed by Value and if you dont select Pa, then that means it will be passed by reference..
Then click on tab that says [EXPORT].
Enter the following as is in the first three fields
RETURN TYPE BAPIRETURN (These 3 field values are always same)
Here also select Pa meaning Pass by value.
Note: BAPIRETURN contains structure with message fields.
Then SAVE and ACTIVATE.
Step 3. Creating BAPI object:
- Enter Tr.Code <SWO1> (Note. It is letter O and not Zero).
- Enter a name and then click on create. Enter details.
NOTE: Make sure that that Object Type and Program name are SAME.
- Enter Application M, if you are using standard table Mara. If you are using your own database then select Z at the bottom.
- Then hit <ENTER>.
- Now we have to add Methods. High light METHODS and then select the following from the menu:
Goto Utilities -> API Methods -> Add Methods.
- Enter function Module name and hit <ENTER>.
- Select the second FORWARD ARROW button (>)to go to next step.
- Check if every thing looks ok and again click on FORWARD ARROW button (>).
- Then select YES and click on <SAVE>.
- Now on a different screen goto TR.CODE <SE37>. Enter Function Module name and select from the top menu Function Module -> Release -> Release.
- Goback to TR.CODE <SWO1>.
Here select the menu combination shown below in the same order.
- Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type Component -> To Implemented.
- Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type Component -> To Released.
- Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type -> To Implemented.
- Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type -> To Released.
- Then click on <SAVE>.
- Then click on Generate Button (4th button from left hand side looks like spinning wheel).
- Then Click on the button that says PROGRAM to see the source code.
To check if this is present in work flow goto TR.CODE <BAPI>.
Here it shows business object repository.
- First click on the middle button and then select ALL and hit ENTER.
- Goto tab [ALPHABETICAL] and look for the object that you created. This shows that the BAPI object has been created successfully

Modification in SAP standard programs.

I am trying to make modification in SAP standard program by using a copy of code from the original program to my program..but facing many errors like the statement BEgin of block syntax is wrong..
i am trying to mdify the foloowing program--RFSSLD00...
Please help me and guide to make changes to this prog..
Also tell me that do we need to again create all the functiongroup and global data declarartion part.

Please note that when you copy a standard Sap Program ,make sure all the objects are copied following your compays naming conventions.
Now RFSSLD00 can be copied without any difficuly.after that compare the new copied program with the standard program. going to version mngmt->remote comparison . doing this you can get the differences
check all the includes.. and type pool declartaion and gui status etc....by going to se80
