Entire Result of MRP in one screen

Hi,
We need to see the entire result of MRP (Purchase Requisition, Planned Order, etc.) with Material no. after carrying out MRP for whole plant in MD01.
Can any one suggest how to check this?

The result of the MRP-run will be visible in SAP as planned purchase-requisitions, planned production-orders and action-messages in T-code MD06. For larger organizations it will be inefficient (and rather unusual) to have their MRP-results in a one-screen overview. Through their relation with a material-record, the planned purchase requistions, planned production-orders and the exception-report-messages will also be tagged with the MRP-controller code (The MRP-controller is the responsible for the follow-up actions on the outcome of the MRP-run for a group of materials).
The MD06 exception-report shows traffic lights and "exception group-codes" per mrp-group/plant/material/mrp-controller/vendor to indicate which action need to be taken (other selection-restrictions are also available in MD06). A drill-down on the materialnumber will bring the information of MD04 and will give access to stock-information / purchase-requisitions / open purchase-orders / planned orders / production-orders. T-code MD06 provides an action-list for the MRP-controllers / procurement-officers / production-planners. The MRP-Controller will decide to release the planned requisitions (for purchase-items)/ release planned production orders (for production-items) and will take action upon the information in T-code MD06 to expedite, postpone, change or cancel material-requirements. SAP allows an individual release of planned purchase-requisitions with T-code MD14; T-codes ME54N and ME55 support collective releases of the purchase-requisitions.
The release of individual planned production-orders can be done in T-code CO02 (or as a drill-down from report CO26 to CO02 )
A collective planned production-order release can be made with T-codes COHV and COOIS.

Moving app from one screen to another fails very often

I'm using the feature to manually move apps from one screen to another on iPhones. It works very smooth without any problem on these devices.
On my iPad 3 I've some trouble with that feature. 1 out of 20 tries works. It makes no difference if moved slow, fast or concentrated - it fails too often.
Spoken with other people using iPad leads to the results the problem also exists on iPad 2. So what happens? You switch to edit mode by holding the "Home" button and wait until the apps are vibrating. Now you put a finger over an app, hold them and move them to the right or left display border. Instead of switching to the next screen the icon jumps back to it's original position. Different people tried it on my iPad and all of them failed in the given rate.
Workaround is to use the shortcut bar on the bottom or to use iTunes from Mac or PC. I've also noticed that most of the time a "close" request of an application (by hitting the "-" sign on an app icon) failed if the app is on the border of the display. This happens randomly and you feel you missed the "-" sign so repeating the operation. But if you concentrate on it you will notice it doesn't respond properly.
As a result my impression is the touchscreen functionality is not as good as on iPhone. Where I have no problem at all with both operations. As other people also suffer from this issues it must be related to the iPad screen.

Yes by restoring the iPhone from the backup of the Pod. The app has to be in the iTunes library of the computer on which you do the restore.

How to get the entire result into an XMLDocument??

I would like to get the result of a DB Query as XMLDocument. Here's the code I use:

Document doc = poxml.getDOM();
The problem is, that I can only get a XMLDocument per table row, but not an XMLDocument of the entire result.

I got the answer myself:
In the xsql-query, use the xmlagg() function to group the all records into one record.
Use the same Java code.

Can't share one screen at a time

I'm unable to share one screen from a machine with multiple displays. When I select just one, screen sharing goes black. Can only see all three (tiny) at the same time. This is a 10.8.3 Macbook Pro trying to view displays on a 10.6.8 Mac Pro.
In the attached screenshots, notice the state of the display selection buttons under the Help Menu.

Since 1987 and the Mac-II "the Macintosh way" has been Extended desktop. It is baked into the Operating system at a low level. It is not at all surprising that you get this result from Screen Sharing. The extended desktop is shown below in blue, and that is what I expect would be Shared.
The way to share just one is to turn the others off.

CP5.5 - Is it possible to create a quiz summary screen with all questions reviewed on one screen?

I was wondering if it is possible, rather than having a quiz review where you review the quiz questions one screen at a time, if it is possible to create a quiz summary screen, which will provide a summary of which questions were answered incorrectly/correctly (without actually giving the user the correct answers)?
An example of what I'd like to achieve is below:
Is this possible in CP5.5? Perhaps with Advanced Actions/variables?

Hello Loraine,
This is possible using Advanced Actions and variables. After every question, On Success you can set a variable to 1 and create a custom screen where you can show/hide the tick mark graphic based on the variable value set.
For Ex:
- For question 1, on success, set x=1
- On the results screen, correct tick mark graphic is hidden. If x=1, then show the correct tick mark.
Like this you can do for all the questions. Will wait for others also to comment for any quicker solution.

Entire result set built?

Given a table with 500,000 rows, if the following sequence occurs:
1. a cursor is opened which does a table scan
(just a simple select, no sorting)
2. one row is fetched
3. the cursor is left open without fetching any more rows
Is the entire result set built by oracle? Is the whole table read into the data cache? Or does oracle at some point suspend the table scan until an additional fetch request is made?
In other words, if a number of users execute this code, will oracle actually complete the table scan for each of them, even though none of them fetched more than one row?

I think the table is read in to the data cache, although blocks read in as a result of a full table scan are automatically marked as Least Recently Used, and are therfore pretty cache friendly.
I suppose Oracle has to maintain a read lock on the table as well.

Just think of dynpros as windows into the global memory of your program... so if you want the value of a field on dynpro 1234 to appear on dynpro 2345, then just pop the value into a global variable (i.e. one defined in your top include), and you will be able to see it in your second dynpro (assuming you make the field formats etc the same on both screens!).

SRM 7.0. Approval Note in Shopping one screen.

In the Shopping one screen, I need populated text "approval note" when add an item.
But, this text is only populated when we press "save" button or "order" button.
but, after this, we Edit the Shopping Cart, this text is delete, and text box is editable again.
A conclusion may be that when the box is in edit mode does not display the message, and when it is disabled if you do. but I not sure.
In implementing the BAPI "BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI" We're filling the table "CT_LONGTEXT" with the text to need appear.
We need this custom text is displayed when adding an Item and this text box was disabled.
Maybe it's something SAP or have to play some customizing or something on the Web Dynpro.
But I can not identify either to do or where ...
Does anyone could help where to look or what to do?

In my current project I have a requirement which includes to validate the user default values on shop on one screen functionality, my question is, how can I access to this information? In web dynpro there's no reference to this information and in addition is not stored in the database as is only "available" during the current Shopping Cart creation.

i just have to see whether there is any standard report in SAP which pulls to shows all receipts and disbursements in one screen for intercompany and trade, if there is no standard report then they asked me to build a func spec to develop this kind of report.
so i am trying to find out with the SAP community here, whether we have any standard report on this or not. if no, then how to proceed on this func spec.

In one screen all the Maintenance Process Option

Hi Friends
The Customer required the maintenance Process like thier Logbook , whcih has Employess, shift , Timings, Operationos, Consumables, Breakdown, Next communications in One screen.
Looking into this i could go for notifications for technical issues (IW21), IW31 for Order and IW42 for completion. Out of these there is no HR management to record the employees data.Let me know how could i combine these all t codes in one screen.
Thier log book visualising the total consumables and its cost..With out the BW module iam not able to provide the reports of breakdown in analysis(graphs) . I cant do the SMS after notification without the Workflow. Is SMS possible by ABAP programme+s014 t code? another thing is without HR management how could i work for employees data what the way charecteristics help? The option of making shift is huge task. We tried and added thro exit at Order screen. But its not pretty
