Enum types importing objects

Hello
We are developing an export/import data process.
We first export objects to xml (partners, items, invoices, ...) and after that xml file is imported in other company with object.Add and object.Update methods.
Objects does not change. but certain fields are problematic, being BoYesNoEnum and BoTransTypeEnum.
Database does not like the 0 or 1 and I have to make things like this and I do not understand why, since BoYesNoEnum.tNO = 0 and BoYesNoEnum.tYES = 1.
If oPresupuesto1.ApplyTaxOnFirstInstallment = 0 Then
   oPresupuesto1.ApplyTaxOnFirstInstallment = BoYesNoEnum.tNO
Else
   oPresupuesto1.ApplyTaxOnFirstInstallment = BoYesNoEnum.tYES
End If
In addition, another problematic field  is OINV.FolioNum (integer) that accept no value (0,1, 2, ... ).
I know it is specific for Mexico and Chile but is there a reason for this?

Mmm, thanks. It seems it works but now I have a couple of new errors that I do not know how to look for:
· Importing Business Parterns: "-10 Another object makes reference to the Contact Person  , 'Offer to a client ' "  ¿?
¿Another object? ¿What object? I only use one object, oBP.Update.
If it is a reference to a document, yes, there is an offer with Jorge Perez as Contact Person but why do I get that message?
· Importing Deliveries: "-5002 A base document has been closed. INV1.BaseEntry[line:1]  ".
That's right, there is an associated order but I do not understand what problem is.
