Hello,
I am working on EP 6.0 SP9 Patch8.(Stand alone Java Only)
When I am trying to upgrade it SP 16, I am getting following error:
ERROR 2006-08-02 18:24:58
FSL-01006 Unable to add account <#0> to group <#1>. <#2>

MUT-03025 Caught ESyException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined.
Has any one came across this type of error?

Unable to add account to Outlook 2010 for email address under custom domain

I am unable to add a new account in Outlook 2010 for an email account set up under a custom domain.
Can anyone explain why login credentials that work for outlook.com (successful access to email inbox) return an authentication failure (401 error) when used to test connectivity via https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com?
Details:
I set up a custom domain at https://domains.live.com and did the following DNS configuration steps at my web hosting company following instructions from domains.live.com:
Created custom MX record
Created CNAME record [name:] autodiscover.jrergonomics.com [value:] autodiscover.outlook.com.
I created email addresses at domains.live.com > jrergonomics.com > Member accounts and tested by successfully logging in to outlook.com.
When I try to add either account to Outlook 2010, I get a popup box with this information:

The credentials that I use successfully to log in to outlook.com don't work here; I get the popup box 3-4 times and then the Outlook 2010 Add New Account dialog displays an error:

Clicking Next results in an error message:
"Problem Connecting to Server"

Ical errors: unable to add events from email

I'm having trouble with adding ical events that come in emails. When I click the .ics icon in the email, I get the following error message in ical:
Access to “CC2012 & CC2013 Regroup” in “Work” in account “iCloud” is not permitted.

to operation CalDAVWriteEntityQueueableOperation
this happens frequently, but not with any consistency.

I have the same problem, but none of the answers worked for me. When I enable the iCloud calendar, the settings app crashes. I have restarted the iPhone a lot of times but it doesn't work. Probably I will reinstall the IOS to see if it works.

Unable to add AD user or group in app-v 5.0 management console

Hi,
I am doing POC of app-v 5.0 at customer’s environment. I did the testing of app-v 5.0 in my test lab environment and its working fine but at customer environment I am getting below error in app-n management console.
Invalid input was passed.
There was an error on the server. Please view the event logs on the server for more information.
I am getting the above error when I am going to add or giving access to any active directory user or group in app-v console. Below are the snapshots.
So can anyone help me in this?

What does the AD environment look like? Have you confirmed that there are no issues with authentication and name resolution?
Is this a clean server that you're running the Management Server on?

I am unable to add certain people to group messages.

After selecting their name from contacts, the name will show up in red and a note saying they are not registered with message. This did not start happening until I updated my iOS software to the latest version. I can still send individual messages and use groups that existed before my update.

Are you trying to add a non iphone user to an already existing group message?
Looks like you can't do that. I just tested this out myself.

Unable to add accounts on Mail.app

Hey,there for anyone who's reading. I am having trouble adding any accounts whether it maybe gmail yahoo. I have already enabled imap settings for my gmail but when I add my email it tells me to check network settings and the imap.gmail settings. I believe my problem is that where I live which is in Myanmar, Yangon. If I wish to go to any email I HAVE to use https or else it's blocked by my ISP. Is there a way around this problem. Hi, my printer HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Mfp, suddenly didnt work so i remove the printer, and downloaded a new driver http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-LaserJet-Pro-M1536-Multifunction-Printer-series/3974271/model/3974278#Z7_3054ICK0KGTE30AQO5O3KA30R1 once dowloaded, i run it and uninstall the printer, restart my pc, and proceed to installing. but in the process of installing a error occurr, saying that "Unable to add printer, error code 87", and that " HP Toolbox FX has encountered an error and can not recover. once i click ok. it tells me to restart my pc and reinstall it again. i did it for 8x, and still with the same error. please help really need a help right now. as my boss is going to kill me

I understand that you're getting the error 'Unable to add print driver hpfax1, error code 87' when installing your HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer on your Windows 7 computer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this install issue. Thank you for including all of the troubleshooting steps that you have completed prior to reaching out for support. At this time I am going to walk you through some additional software and driver troubleshooting steps. Please follow all of the steps below. If you're using your HP Laserjet through a USB Cable connection, please disconnect that cable now. Step one: Remove Driver: 1. Click on your Start menu 2. Select Control Panel 3. Select Programs and Features 4. When Programs and Features opens a list of programs installed on your computer will populate. Click on the 'Installed ON' tab at the top to change the date so the recently installed items show at the top. This will make it easier to manually locate the three HP Laserjet items you need to uninstall. 5. Next, look for the HP LJ M1530 MFP Series HP Scan, HPLaserJetHelp_LearnCenter, and HP LaserJet Professional M1530 MFP Series. If you see any 3 of these, or all 3 of these items, please click on them and select Uninstall. If you have two-step verification turned on, turn that off, then try it again.

Calendar Server - Unable to add users

When I try to add users to a node I get an error message like:
Working please wait...
unidsattach failed, see /users/unison/log/unidsattach.log, Error Code =
0x13205
Add user [uid=ttesting,o=Airius.com] to node: failed
Add user(s) to node completed.

This means that the Calendar Server is unable to communicate
properly with the Directory Server. There are some Calendar-specific
entries and an ACI that are added to the Directory Server when a node is
created. These are critical to the proper functioning of the Calendar
Server. This error may mean that they are missing.

You can also check the access log file of the Directory server to see what
the problem may be. If you see entries like:

alxitemid=15000:00001)"
[27/Jan/1999:07:39:47 -0500] conn=1 op=2 RESULT err=0 tag=101 nentries=0
This indicates that 0 entries were returned for the search on the SYSOP
Calendar user.

If you have recently imported data into your Directory Server, it is likely
that these entries no longer exist. An import to a Directory Server does
not append data; it replaces the current directory with the data in the
LDIF file being loaded. You will need to recreate this Calendar information.
Export your directory to an LDIF file and review the output to see if these
entries exist.

Here is a boilerplate that may be useful if you don't have a backup copy
of the original LDIF. Try replacing the baseDN (o=Airius.com) and the node
id (15000) to match your Calendar configuration. The password is "password".

Exception: Unable to add a URI or prefix string to dictionary

I'm getting the "Unable to add a URI or prefix string to dictionary" exception when I was trying to import a 570MB XML document to the container. The exception goes away if I delete my indexes in the container and import the document again. I wonder if the exception implies that I'm out of space for the indexes? Does anyone have any suggestion for this problem if I don't want to remove the indexes? The queries are running too slow if I remove the indexes.

That's a bug in DB XML, which may be masking another error. To find out what the other error is, can you make a small change to DB XML, recompile and try to load the document again? In dbxml/src/dbxml/nodeStore/NsDoc.cpp can you find this function:

I can't add hotmail(Outlook) account to iPhone 5s (Unable to verify account information)

I can't add hotmail account on my iPhone 5S. I recieved error "Unable to verify account information'
I follow these step to set up my e-mail account
-setting Mail, Contacts, Calendars
-add new mail account
-selected Outlook.com
-entered my outlook.com address (hotmail) and my password.
-after that I recieved error "Unable to verify account information"
But when I follow these step I can get e-mail on iPhone 5S
-setting Mail, Contacts, Calendars
-add new e-mail account
-selected other
-entered e-mail address and password
-enter IMAP hostname
Please let me know hoe to resolve this problem

Download Helper, even with paid converter upgrade, gives "Invalid Capture File" errors and will not record audio, with "File Creation Error - Unable to rename/copy audio file" Error.

Download Helper Screen Capture worked to capture video if the default "no audio" option is active. But, no audio. The "speakers" or "microphone" audio options are confusing....the audio to be captured is from the video, so what do you choose? With either "speakers" or "microphone" selected, the captured file has poor audio and no video. Re-capture efforts (speakers) get "Invalid capture file error" and "File Creation error- Unable to rename/copy audio file"
The paid upgrade of "Converter" doesn't work.
Instructive documentation - not very good.
Suggestions - Need time delay between initiation of "Record" and starting the video to be recorded.
Could use timer tracking of the record process.
Are there operating system limitations? (Have Windows XP Pro)

Flash Player Auto Upgrade ver 14, Won't Install: Error- Unable to Register

The Flash Player Upgrade attempted to install but stopped and gave me an error: Unable to Register. I have been all through the forums and I believe I have tried everything suggested. These have been my attemptsOS - Windows XP Pro, latest updates loaded.
1- I read a suggestion to attempt a "clean install" . I watched the YOUTUBE video that was on the page and followed it exactly. Attempted to re-install ver 14, and recieved the same error. this is the link to the page I followed: Can not install Adobe Flash Player. Error messages are "Failed to - Microsoft Community
2- I also downloaded the SubInACL file and the reset_fp10.zip file, followed the instructions and ran the file. Attempted to re-install ver 14 and got the same error, unable/failed to register.
3- I have attempted this numerous ways, rebooting the computer in between each change, re-booting after I did all, and nothing seems to work.
4- Downloaded Mozilla Firefox at someones suggestion, attempted to download and install, still the same error.
5- When I open AOL, it attempts to install Flash Runtime and the same thing happens. Error, Failed to Register.
6- Purchased a Registry Editor/Cleaner. Ran this cleaner and it did speed up my computer. Did clean uninstall of Flash Player making sure no files were on my computer. Same error.
7- Finally, contacted Adobe by phone. The tell me they can help and try to fix the problem, but it will cost me $39.95 per instance. And, I didn't get any warm feeling that there was a gaurantee that they could fix it. In fact, i could hardly understand the indian speaking tech support.
8- I also was told that after 1pm EDT, the new Adobe help page would be up and there would be a fix on it. Now, 3:20 EDT, and the page is still not up.
Anyone have any suggestions to fix this. I want to avoud the "F" word ,,, Format and re-install from scratch just to get this fixed.

I'm using WinXP (Home Edition) with Service Pack 3, and IE ver 8. When I tried the auto upgrade to Ver 14, I got the same results as you -- "failed to register". What tickes me off the most is that the auto upgrade deleted the previous version of FlashPlayer that worked fine. Now I get no flash content using IE8,
Like you, I tried to install a previous version of FlashPlayer and got the idotic response "you need to install the latest version, Ver 14" which caused all the problems.
Maybe the brainworks at Adobe can develop a fix soon.
If not, I will never install another Adobe product on my newer Win8 computer.
