Je viens d'acheter PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 13 à la FNAC/Strasbourg sous forme d'une carte de téléchargement du logiciel. La caissière m'a assuré l'avoir "activé", conformément aux consignes figurant sur l'emballage.
Ce soir, j'ouvre le site Adobe prévu, j'entre soigneusement le code apparaissant sur ma carte après grattage. Hélas, seul un message d'erreur apparaît :

If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.
Reset Safari to remove cookies and other stored data.

Have a look at your settings in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.

Peut-être que vous avez obtenu un "numéro de série" d'Amazon (ou similaire). Ce n'est pas un numéro de série, seul un code avec lequel vous pouvez demander un numéro de série à partir d'Adobe. Ici, vous devez passer par "Adobe Store", et recherchez le bouton "Serial Demande de numéro". Remplissez le formulaire et, après un certain temps, vous obtiendrez un numéro de série "réel".

Note: The LabVIEW 8.0.1 and 8.2.1 run-time engines can co-exist
together with the LabVIEW 8.5 (and newer) run-time engine. You still
need to install the run-time engine's listed below to use VIPM, even if
you have a newer version of LabVIEW installed.

You cannot. If it is in recovery mode, the data is already gone.
