Error executing transaction: org/apache/xpath/XPathAPI

I have imported one transaction from 12.0.5 MII verstion to 12.1 version and got the following error while running. I think this error is related to some java class. Could you please tell me where to pu the jar for solving this error.
In case this error comes due to some other problem please let me know
Transaction Complete.
Error executing transaction: org/apache/xpath/XPathAPI

Hi,
        Now I understood the problem and it is related to the dependency jar files.  For running my custom actions I have the
dependency of 2 jar files . One is sqljdbc.jar and second is xalan.jar.  sqljdbc.jar I have added in the following way. Can anyone tell me how can I add the xalan.jar in catalog.xml file
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<ComponentCatalog >
     <Category Name="My Functions" Description="My Custom Objects">
          <Component Type="Action" Name="XAController12" Description="" Label="XA Controller" ClassName="com.my.xacute.actions.XAController12" AssemblyName="my.jar" Dependencies="sqljdbc.jar"/>
     </Category>
</ComponentCatalog>
Thanks
Shaji

    What is there inside your jxl.jar.
    Apache POI library name is poi-3.0.2-FINAL-20080204.jar in the last release available on [http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/poi/]. Check your classpath, IMHO it doesn't contain any POI class.

  • Org.apache.xpath.DOM2Helper.getNamespaceOfNode

    Hi, there;
    I am trying to do an example by calling
    transformer.transform(source, result);
    It can be compiled, an exception occured when running:
    java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
         at org.apache.xpath.DOM2Helper.getNamespaceOfNode(DOM2Helper.java:348)
    I am using jaxp.jar, parser.jar, xalan.jar xerces.jar and last 2 jars are from winter release.
    any suggestion?
    Thanks!

    That means that the classes in your classpath when you run that code are not the same as the classes in your classpath when you compiled it.

  • Error in executing transaction

    Hi all,
            I created a transaction. While I am trying to executing the transaction, I got the error message as " org.apache.xerces.dom.TextImpl  " - Action failed. ( I got this error in normalization action).
    What has to be done to rectify this error?
    Thanks & Regards,
    P.S.Kishore kumar

    Hi Kishore,
                In normalize action block, your input is a XML variable with multiple rowsets having a common column name. And it should also contain the same number of rows in each rowset.
                I hope this will help to solve your problem.
    Thanks,
    Rajesh

    Hi all,

    We have copied the relevant JCo sapJCo 2.1.8 files in relevant directories, still the error persist.
    Please advise.
    Regards.

    Hi Ingo,
    Yes, it's tomcat running on Oracle.
    However, the issue is now resolved after installing oracle patch. However, it took us re-installation of oracle since previous oracle installation didn't support the (x86) path, subsequently BOE was also reinstalled along with SAP IK. The issue disappeared this time.
    Regards.

  • Org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Read timed out

    We have web service client generated from wsdl2jave of axis2-1.4.1, we are getting an error on calling webservice operation,  i have manually set timeout at one of the operation invocation, that looks fine now, but we have call so many places, do i need to set time all place same, I am not sure code i have used to set time is correct.
    please advice how to over come the issue, web service has been deployed on WAS, client application started giving this error, after we have installed a patch to address security issue, can we address the issue from code level.
    here is the code added to set timeout
    int timeOutInMilliSeconds = 3 * 60 * 1000; // Two minutes
      stub._getServiceClient().getOptions().setProperty(HTTPConstants.SO_TIMEOUT, new Integer(timeOutInMilliSeconds));
      stub._getServiceClient().getOptions().setProperty(HTTPConstants.CONNECTION_TIMEOUT, new Integer(timeOutInMilliSeconds));
      //end here
      GetPermittedTypesResponse response = stub.getPermittedTypes(get);
         permittedTypes = response.getReturn();

    it with javac. But I have this error and the header
    of the file linda.jsp is like this
    <jsp:useBean id="abc" scope="application" class="linda.PqSpIn"/> In the usebean tag you are using linda.PqSpIn however your webapp structure contains a class file/PqSpIn.class. Try changing the usebean tag to
    <jsp:useBean id="abc" scope="application" class="file.PqSpIn"/>
    This should do the trick.

  • Org.apache.axis.types.URI$MalformedURIException: No scheme found in URI

    Hi,
    We are running PI 7.11 and we installed Axis libraries icluding addressing-1.1.1.jar. The following refers to Receiver SOAP adapter with Axis protocol.
    Before we had the addressing capabilities, we used the handler type "java:com.sap.aii.axis.soap.HeaderInsertionHandler" to include the <wsa:Action> and <wsa:To> tags on the header of the web service call, and it was working fine. Now, with the addressing libraries, we are using handler type "java:org.apache.axis.message.addressing.handler.AddressingHandler" so that those tags can be inserted automatically, but we get the error:
    Axis: error in invocation: org.apache.axis.types.URI$MalformedURIException: No scheme found in URI.
    It seems that this handler is not inserting the correct URL. Or is it something else? Do we need to add any more lines to the Module Configuration, or the handler type for the Addressing Handler should be enough?
    Thanks for your help,
    Miguel

    Hi Yza,
    Thanks for the response. Actually I didn't think it could be the soap action. The soap action is simply GetFile, that's what I have on the communicatoin channel configuration when I get the error . And when I use the Header Insertion Handler instead of the Addressing Handler, this is what I insert on the module configuration:
    <wsa:Action xmlns:wsa="http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing">GetFile</wsa:Action>
    And this works.
    What do you mean by valid URI value? Isn't GetFile a valid URI value? What should I put on the SOAP action field of the communication channel configuration, then, if this is the SOAP action that comes in the WSDL?
    Another question: Where can I get the stack trace?
    Thanks,
    Miguel

  • Exception :Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl not found

    Hi All,
    I run my application on Redhat Linux 2.4.9-e.27smp using java appname. I'm using JDK1.4.2 and am not using any app server. The app seems to run just fine for a few hours and then I start getting Exception :Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl not found exception out of blue. I run the app with following parameters -
    java -server -XX:+UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xverify:none -Xms512m -Xmx512m -XX:+UseParallelGC -XX:ParallelGCThreads=4
    I suspect this has to do with garbage collection and can't replicate this on will. I wonder if anyone has come across similar issue and is able to point me to the right direction.
    Thanks for any help,
    Vishal Bhasin

    Quick question. I am receiving the following error too:
    Provider org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl not found
    I am getting this error intermitently. Do you have any idea why this would happen. I am using an add on to a program.
    Thanks,
    Joe
