Error for send file to print

I have a file that has 2 mb, when I send the file to the printer, the size file showed in the printer queue is 192 mb, do you know this problem ?
Thank you for help.

We need more information as to OS (not that important), printer (very
important) and printer driver (also very important). If you are sending
the pdf to inkjet printer it frequently has to rasterize (convert to
dots) all of the information contained in the file.If it is a 3 or 4
color printer using 24 or 32 bits for each dot on the page and you are
printing at 600 or 1200 dpi much higher you are going to find yourself
with a very very large file.

  • Required Changes in FCC Paramenters for Sender File Adapter.

    Hi
    I am Doing File-File Scenario.I am using FCC in the Sender File Adapter. I have defined the structure as below.
    My Source Structure
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <ns0:MT_Source xmlns:ns0="http://city.net/filecopy">
       <Message>
          <Id>123</Id>
          <Head>
             <Id>123</Id>
             <Filename>test.xml</Filename>
          </Head>
          <Body>Helloworld</Body>
       </Message>
    </ns0:MT_Source_FILE>
    So for the above structure, I have defined the FCC Parameters as
    Document Name: MT_Source (Message Type)
    Document Namespace:http://city.net/filecopy(Namespace)
    Recordset Name: Message (root node)
    Recordset Structure: Message,1,Head,1
    Recordset Sequence: Ascending
    Recordsets per message:1
    Keyfield Type: string
    In the Table Rows I have defined
    Message.fieldFixedLengths: 3,10
    Message.fieldNames: Id, Body
    Message.fieldSeparator: ,
    Message.endSeparator: 'nl'
    Head.fieldFixedLengths: 3,8
    Head.fieldSeparator: ,
    Head.endSeparator: 'nl'
    Head.fieldNames: Id, Filename.
    My Input Text file
    123,Helloworld
    123,text.xml
    I am Getting Output as
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    - <ns:MT_Source xmlns:ns="http://city.net/filecopy">
    - <Message>
    - <Message>
      <Id>123</Id>
      <Body>HelloWorld</Body>
      </Message>
    - <Head>
      <Id>123</Id>
      <Filename>test.xml</Filename>
      </Head>
      </Message>
      </ns:MT_Source>
    I should get Body field after Head Structure as in the Source Structure, So Please what changes do I need to do in the Parameters Specified above to get the desired Output.
    So How should I define the FCC Paramenters For Sender File Adapter ?
    Any Help Would be Appreciated.

    Hi Everyone,
    I could Succeed to some extent.
    I have defined the parameters as follows
    Recordset Structure: Message,*,Head,1
    Key Field Name: KZ
    Key Field Type: integer
    In the table, I defined the Parameters as
    Message.fieldFixedLengths:1,3
    Message.fieldNames:KZ,Id
    Message.keyFieldValue:1
    Message.keyFieldInStructure:ignore
    Message.fieldSeparator:,
    Message.endSeparator:'nl'
    Head.fieldFixedLengths:1,3,8
    Head.fieldNames:KZ,Id,filename
    Head.keyFieldValue:2
    Head.keyFieldInStructure:ignore
    Head.fieldSeparator:,
    Head.endSeparator:'nl'
    Message.fieldFixedLengths:1,11
    Message.fieldNames:KZ,Body
    Message.keyFieldValue:3
    Message.keyFieldInStructure:ignore
    Message.fieldSeparator:,
    Message.endSeparator:'nl'
    My source text file
    1,123
    2,123,test.xml
    3,Hello World
    my output is
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    - <ns:MT_Source xmlns:ns="http://city.net/FileCopy">
    - <Message>
    - <Message>
      <Id>123</Id>
      </Message>
    - <Head>
      <Id>123</Id>
      <Filename>test.xml</Filename>
      </Head>
      </Message>
      </ns:MT_Source>
    I got the output almost correct except I am not getting the value in the Body
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Please correct me If I am wrong.

  • FCC Paramenters for Sender File Adapter

    hi
    I am using FCC in the Sender File Adapter. I have defined the structure as below. Fields ID, Filename, Values will be generated at Runtime as I have defined Used Defined Funtions for Both.
    Only I will Pass the value in Body. i.e "Hello".
    So How should I define the FCC Paramenters For Sender File Adapter ?
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <ns0:MT_Source_FILE xmlns:ns0="http://city.net/FILEtoHTTP">
       <Message>

          </Head>
          <Body>hello</Body>
       </Message>
    </ns0:MT_Source_FILE>
    In the source text file, Do I need to send only "Hello" value because ID and filename will be generated at runtime?

    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
    It seems there is something wrong with your code, from your code the account and key are the same, because their appsetting name are the same.
    string account = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["StorageAccountName"];
    //string account = CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting("StorageAccountName");
    //string key = CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting("StorageAccountAccessKey");
    string key = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["StorageAccountName"];
    string connectionString = String.Format("DefaultEndpointsProtocol=https;AccountName={0};AccountKey={1}", account, key);
    return CloudStorageAccount.Parse(connectionString);
    If you use CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting, please consider set azure project as the startup project, if not, this value will be null, this resulted in solution being started as a web project that didn't run inside the Azure emulator. Since CloudConfigurationManager.GetSetting
    tries to get setting by contacting Azure (or Azure emulator in this case), and it is not running, it returns null.

  • Archive file with errors in sender file adapter not working! please help!

    Hi Experts,
       I have a file to RFC scenario. the input is a XML file. I have setup the flag in sender file adapter channel for archiving the input files with errors. But it is not working.
    For testing I have used an invalid xML file for example without the main XML tag. I have also tested with a MSWORD file saved with.xml extension. But in both the cases the files are not getting archived.
    My archive location permissions are fine and in fact normal archive operation is happening. That is, if I select the processing mode as "Archive" and gave the Archive directory then files are getting archived. The problem is only with the "Archive faulty source files" option.
    What am I missing? DO I need to do some more configurations?
    What are the prerequisites if any for this option?
    How to test this?
    Please help me! I will be greatfull to you all!

  • Query on FCC for Sender  File adapter

    Hi All,
    Our sender file is like below:
    0191011            2005100007098240081117812600811178126 3            0
    10001011110112000004389      EUR C000000000224397 EUR9DE   294000945681
    1000102MARTINSWERK GMBH                   KOELNER STRASSE 110
    9000008000001000000000224397
    Hence we have created the sender datatype as follows:
    Header (1..1))
    Data1(0..1)
    Data2(0..1)
    Data3(0..1)
    Trailer(1..1)
    During the sender FCC comm channel configuraiton we have provided the recordset as Header,1,Data1,1,Data2,1,Data3,1,Trailer,1
    But since the Data fields are optional it is erroring our in Sender CC stating that XML validation is wrong.
    Can anyone please help us on this
    Thanks
    Suganya,

    hI,
    well... ok.
    other solution: "Header,1,Data1,1,Data2,1,Data3,*,Trailer,1", but that it's only if you always have data1+ Data2 only once (Occurence 1..1), and you have sometime Data3 pour not evereytime (so occurenc 0..N).
    other solution: return to your solution wiih "1" and nt "*" and use the option "keyField to distinguish the different structures.
    - for header, keyField = 0
    - for footer, keyKey = 9
    - and as Data1, Data2 have the same first field = 1, you cannot use it as a KeyField, you shoud use another field like the digit which is just after "100010" (for instance), so "1" for Data1 and "2" for Data2
    Decaclare a KeyField name like "MyKey" for instance, and under under "fieldNames" use the term "MyKey" in the corresponding field. See [sap help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/44/682bcd7f2a6d12e10000000a1553f6/content.htm] for more details.

  • System error when send file with Sender File Adapter

    Hi all,
    I have configured a "File To ABAP Proxy" scenario. After configuring, i executed a "Test Configuration" in Integration Directory and it's all OK. But this file unable to reach into ABAP Proxy Target. In the Runtime WorkBench\Message Monitoring,  I get an error message in below:
    Engine: Adapter Engine
    Status: *System Error     *
    Start: 15.08.2008 14:04:01
    End: 15.08.2008 14:19:01
    Sender Service: BS_XI_SERVER
    Interface Servic: urn://FILE_TO_PROXY
    MI_EMPLOYEE_OB
    In this case, I don't know why my Sender File Adapter is error and why status is "System Error" and why it can't reach into Target System. Can it concern a role user?
    ( For more clearly: I configured the source file and the path correctly. And i used the xml file with the content and the document name correctly. In general, the Sender Adapter File don't convert the sender file and its content is same as the Payload in the "Test Configuration", i think it is all OK.)
    Could anyone please help me to resolve this problem, anyone can explain this error, how can i resolve this error?
    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Vinh Vo

    Hi Chirag,
    1.I source structure is very simple as below:
    <ns0:MT_MATERIAL xmlns:ns0="urn://FILE_TO_PROXY">
       <MATERIAL>
          <WERKS>1000</WERKS>
          <MATNR>MAT00001</MATNR>
          <MAKTX>Chemical Material</MAKTX>
       </MATERIAL>
    </ns0:MT_MATERIAL>
    2. the Communication Channel Monitoring in Runtim WorkBench\Adapter Engine is OK for my Sender File Communication Channel, it's in Blue Light.
    However, i don't know what's FCC?
    Thanks and best regards,

  • Cluster node (1 out of 6) is in error for a file channel - SAP XI

    Hi,
    In one of a sender file channel for an interface, one java node out of 6 configured ones failed. The error message says "Login Incorrect" while the other cluster nodes are polling properly. I have tried to update the password in the channel's configuration in Integration Directory and activated it. This doesnt help. Please advice!
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards,

    Hello Kumaran,
    The status of the file adapter is not reflected properly but this should not have an impact. No message might have arrived at that node yet. Once it receives a message for processing, the status will be changed.

  • Photosmart plus b209-a passes all diagnostics, sends files to printer- but never prints them

    I have a photosmart plus b209-a set up on our wireless network.  we love it when it works.  But the problem is that even though it will pass all diagnostics- whether tools installed on the computer or using the online tests- it still won't print.  I've gone through the network utilities and the printer diagnostics and they both say all clear, but both times when I tell it to print a test page nothing comes out.
    I have opened the document que when sending files to the printer, and the file will pop up for about half a second then disappear, and it won't print.  I have turned the printer on and off with no change.
    Now the really confusing thing- this only happens about 60% of the time. As I write this post, I have been trying to print from my computer on the network without success.  My wife just tried on her computer, and it is printing for her.  Sometimes it's the other way around and mine will print and hers won't.  It's not an ink thing or that my computer isn't on the network- as I've said the diagnostic utility shows the printer online and ready to use, it just won't print the thing.

    good questions-
    nothing between my computers and the router, they and the printer are about 15 feet from the router.
    Neither computers are upgrades of vista- one is XP sp3, the other is win7 home.
    All utilities ran say the signal strength is good, and both computers will sometimes print and sometimes not, then after a reboot of the printer it will be a new situation with each one- changes all the time.
    Thanks for looking into this with me- I appreciate the help!

  • Error in sender file adapter: source directory does not exist

    Hi,
    The PI system is 7.11
    I've created sender file adapter with following details:
    Transport Protocol : File System
    Source directory: /interfaces/In
    I checked in AL11 that this path really exists and it does. (I can even see the .txt file that should be processed.)
    But still i get in Communication Channel Monitoring the following error:
    "Configured Source directory "/interfaces/In" does not exist.
    (i also tried to give the source directory as "interfaces/In" and as "//interfaces/In" but still the same error.
    Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
    kr
    Robert

    Actually, Need to use forward slash (/) to separate directory names in accordance with the Java specification.
    But wanted to try if that works..
    Also check directory name , path again as this is case sensitive...

  • Could not load file/URL (file not found) error for JNLP file

    Error: could not load file/URL specified: C:\Users\tom\AppData\Local\Temp\javaws2

    at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source)
    at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source)
    at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)I have Googled around this forum and elsewhere, and have seen reports that this error is IE-specific, and seems to have something to do with no-cache headers being sent, or with the client browser's cache being full or turned off (which is not my case). I saw the information in the JavaWS FAQ, which recommended turning off security constraints for the JNLP's URI. I tried that, and it didn't help. One of the very baffling things is that I have created several variations of the JNLP file, with varying combinations of jars and property resources, and some combinations always work while other combinations never work. Here's an example:
    <jnlp spec="1.0+" codebase="$$codebase">
       <information>
          <title>demo app</title>
          <description>illustrates weird bug</description>
       </information>
       <resources>
          <j2se version="1.5+"/>
          <jar href="randomFile.jar"/>
          <property name="xxx" value="xxxx"/>
          <property name="swing.metalTheme" value="steel"/>
       </resources>
    </jnlp>The above file always fails with the error shown at the top of this message. However, if I remove either of the two properties, it works fine. And I have created other variations with lots of properties, some of which work. All of these variations are in the same directory in the war file, served by the exact same servlet (a slightly modified version of the jnlp.sample.servlet.JnlpDownloadServlet provided with JDK 1.6.0_3). Assuming that a no-cache header is the problem, what on earth could be causing some JNLP files to always be served with a no-cache header, while others are never served with a no-cache header?
    On a related note, any recommended debugging techniques for seeing what headers are being transmitted? I tried adding a simple check for a "debug=true" parameter in the servlet that causes it to set the content type to "text/plain" instead of JNLP, and that allows me to see (rather than execute) the JNLP XML that's being returned, but it doesn't show me the HTTP headers that are being sent back. If any caching headers are being set, I think it must be being set by the servlet container itself, as it's nothing being set in the servlet code that I can see. So I don't see any way on the server side Java code to output or log the actual HTTP response (or is there?). Any tips in that regard much appreciated.
    Edited by: TomC125468 on Aug 19, 2009 1:35 PM

    Hi Luca-Sanna,
    Thanks for the response. Re browsers, yes, it fails in IE but it succeeds in Firefox. The info on the JavaWS FAQ and other places all seem to indicate that it's an IE issue concerning handling of the cache-control headers.
    I should check in my webserver forum (Sun WebServer 7) to see about logging options. Sniffing on the client side is not possible, as my app is required to use HTTPS exclusively, and unfortunately that also precludes a telnet GET request.
