Error getting data bank info
When running an OLT Script with a databank in OLT, I received the following error when I clicked on the configure data bank button (under configure parameters of the scenario), The screen pops up
for data bank control and shows the script and the related databank csv file. Unfortunately, when click on the file, a Warning Screen appears and says:
error getting the data bank info.
Exception while retrieving response for request 6252
(message id=response exception). Server returned error to request 6252: Error opening databank for script <ScriptInfo="Avitek New Patient OLT3" workspace ="Avitek New Patient OLT3 repository = "New Repository"/>
(message id = ctl.dbank.openError)
(message id=responseServerError)
Error getting databank source Content
(message id= Error getting databank source Content)
Databank CSV file is not available: /Test Repository/new patient registration.csv
(message id = Databank CSV file is not available: /Test Repository/new patient registration.csv)
I have the new patient registration (databank CSV file in the correct repository, I think), but it seems that it cannot access the content. All of these systems are on the same laptop so I am not have an issue between machines.
Anybody see this issue?
Any help would be great!
All,
I changed the databank to point to the script as opposed to the repository. It seems to work in OLT with no issues.
Thanks,
Dave

Error reading data from Info Provider
Hi Folks,
I am executing a report and am getting the following error message:
Error reading data of Info Provider.
System Error: Whole Number Overflow on Multiplication.
The infoprovider being read is a Virtual Info provider Based on DTP/3.x InfoSource.
Let me know what could be the potential problem here ? How would I fix such issues.

ArjunHello,

CachedRowset Error Getting Date with Time
We are using CachedRowSet and while getting Date from Oracle, it is missing the Time. i.e. It is just returning the Date and not the time.
e.g. If the DB has 26-01-2005 10:00:00 it is returning just 26-01-2005 and not the time. It is all 0:0:0.
What should be done in this case? Is this a bug or what?That's getTimestamp.Even tried that, but still getting time as 2005-02-09
00:00:00.0, and where as in the DB it is 2/9/2005
7:30:00 PMI simply cannot believe this to be true. But if indeed it is, then you have found a bug in Oracle's driver and would suggest you open a case with them to work out. One more thing to try though - what happens if you call getString instead? I don't know for sure if timestamp columns can be retrieved via getString, but if they can, what does it display? Also, are you sure you're getting the right row (correct query) and column versus what you're showing elsewhere (where you claim the DB shows 7:30:00 PM)? Are you getting the column via passing an integer, or a String column name, to the getTimestamp method? If an integer, maybe you're passing the wrong value (and therefor getting the wrong column value). -

Hiding vendor bank info on MIRO/FB60 screen
HI,
In MIRO/FB60 after you enter vendor & other header info, vendor info (address/phone #/bank info) is displayed on the right hand side.
Does anyone know a way to hide vendor bank account number and routing number from MIRO/FB60 screen. Client does not want users to get the banking info while they post vendor invoices.
Best Regards
ShineHello,
I do not see there is any other way around.
I do not think this something contradicting Segregation of Duties. Display access of the vendor master can be given even to the person entering MIRO / FB60. It is only for display. Therefore, the user cannot manipulate anything, unless he is having vendor create or change authorizations.
You will have to convince the Client.
If still they are not satisfied, you can REFER to SAP.

I get the error "unable to load data class info from sync services" and eventully itunes freezes. will this article help me?
Hello there brigidfromca.
Messages can always be pretty daunting when we're not sure where to start. I was able to locate the following Knowledge Base article that discusses the very message you're getting:
iTunes for Windows: "Unable to load data class" or "Unable to load provider data" sync services alert
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2690
It is a pretty thorough document with multiple steps to review, but looks to be great place to start for a resolution for you.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities to reach out to us for answers.

We have ECC 5.0 and EP 7.0. The employees have data in the relevant infotypes so missing the info should not be the problem.
We are trying to use table T7XSSREUSEUISN to reuse country specific services. The table was empty (I donu2019t know if this is or not) and we input some entries here to make the services available four our country grouping (99 in our case). Also we have implemented badi HRXSS_PER_BEGDA.
I understood this should be done as well.
However we are still facing the above error.
Can you give some hints to try to resolve this issue?
Any helps and hints are more then welcome.
Thanks in advance,
EugenHi,

Powerpivot Error on Refresh -- "We couldn't get data from the data model..."
I'm using Excel 2013 and Windows 8.1. I have a spreadsheet I've been using for over a year, and I've just started getting this error message when I try to refresh the data.
"We couldn't get data from the Data Model. Here's the error message we got:
The 'attributeRelationship' with 'AttributeID' - 'PuttDistCat9' doesn't exist in the collection"
Any idea how I can fix this problem? I haven't changed anything related to that particular attribute. All the data is contained in separate sheets in the workbook, so there are no external sources of data.
Thanks.
JeanThanks for all the suggestions.
I found a slightly older version of the spreadsheet that still refreshes properly, so I don't think I have any issues with the version of Excel or Power Query. (I've had this same error before, and I believe I applied the hotfix at that time.)
I think this problem started after I updated a number of the date filters in the pivot tables. I haven't made any changes to the data model, and the only updates I've made were to add data (which I do all the time), and to change the date filters on
the pivot tables.
As suggested, I added a new pivot table querying one table (the table with the attribute that shows up in the error message), and it worked fine. I can also refresh this pivot table.
Then I tried adding a pivot table which went against several tables in the data model (including the table in question). The pivot table seemed to return that data properly. However, when I tried to refresh it, I got the same error message ("we
couldn't get data from the data model...").
Dany also suggested running the queries one at a time to see which one is in error. Without checking all the pivot tables, it appears that any which use the table "HolePlayedStrokes" generate the error (this is the table with the attribute
mentioned in the error message). Pivot Tables without that particular table seem to refresh OK. Unfortunately, that is the main table in my data model, so most of the pivot tables use it.
Any other suggestions? I'd be happy to send a copy of the spreadsheet.
Thanks for all the help.

Using this javascript in one of my forms to timestamp it, (just a simple protected text field.)
form1.MainPage.DateTimeStamp::docReady - (JavaScript, client)
if (form1.MainPage.DateTimeStamp.rawValue == null) {
var now = new Date();
form1.MainPage.DateTimeStamp.rawValue = nowtoDateString() + now.toTimeString();
This timestamps the form as it should. The problem is on another form I'm building I'm using the identical script, (with different absolute paths of course,) and I keep getting a javascript error about date not being a constructor. I've type the script in ten bajillion times and I'm at a loss for what is causing this.
All I want is a simpel javascrip where I can display the time/date from the users system in a text field.Hi,
You are missing a . inbetween "now" and "toDateString()"
Also you can simplify the script as it is in the docReady of the textfield:
if (this.rawValue == null)
var now = new Date();
this.rawValue = now.toDateString() + " " + now.toTimeString();
Hope tht helps,
Niall

Error converting data type varchar to numeric.Please follow basic Netiquette and post the DDL we need to answer this. Follow industry and ANSI/ISO standards in your data. You should follow ISO-11179 rules for naming data elements. You should follow ISO-8601 rules for displaying temporal data. We need
to know the data types, keys and constraints on the table. Avoid dialect in favor of ANSI/ISO Standard SQL. And you need to read and download the PDF for:
https://www.simple-talk.com/books/sql-books/119-sql-code-smells/
>> I need to select from a dynamic column name and save the result in a variable, but seem to be having trouble with the values being fed to sp_executesql <<
This is so very, very wrong! A column is an attribute of an entity. The idea that you are so screwed up that you have no idea if you want
the shoe size, the phone number or something else at run time of this entity.
In Software Engineering we have a principle called cohesion that says a model should do one and only one task, have one and only one entry point, and one and only one exit point.
Hey, on a scale from 1 to 10, what color is your favorite letter of the alphabet? Yes, your mindset is that level of sillyity and absurdity.
Do you know that SQL is a declarative language? This family of languages does not use local variables!
Now think about “month_val” and what it means. A month is a temporal unit of measurement, so this is as silly as saying “liter_val” in your code. Why did you use “sp_” on a procedure? It has special meaning in T-SQL.
Think about how silly this is:
SET @month_val = 'Month' + CAST(@month_nbr AS VARCHAR(2));
We do not do display formatting in a query. This is a violation of at the tiered architecture principle. We have a presentation layer. But more than that, the INTERVAL temporal data type is a {year-month} and never just a month. This is fundamental.
We need to see the DDL so we can re-write this mess. Want to fix it or not?

Why do I get "Error 1 occured at Config Data Registry.vi(get data) invalid object 0" when starting my application created in LabVIEW 7.1? I am starting the application in a PXI rack running Windows XP. I have an executable written in LabVIEW 7.0 that runs without this error. After clicking the Continue button in the error, the application seems to continue happily.
Is there something I need to include when I make the executable?
I would like to understand and eliminate this start up error.
Thanks in advance.
BobNorthHi Bob,
I looked through the program and I figured out where the error is coming from, and potentially what is causing it. In a lot of the cases of the program you are searching a 1-D array for the name of the case, and if you don't find it then it skips the function and gives "Error 1 occurred at Config Data Registry.vi(CASENAME) invalid object 0". I attached a screenshot that shows what I mean. The Search 1-D Array.vi is returning a -1 which means it didn't find the case. The reason I believe this is happening is because the shift register for that array is not initialized. While the other cases "reset" and "register" interact with the array shift registers and most likely create the array you need, if the program defaults to the "get data" case then it will try to run that before registering and won't have an array to search. This would also explain why it only has this problem at first and seems to run just fine after that. To fix this you should either make an initial array and wire it into the shift register or make the "reset" case the default as opposed to the "get data" case.
Regards,
Peter W.
