Error in-app purchase

I cannot buy any in app stuff anymore!!
It is from yesterday.
I have tried anything!
I can buy from the app store but not from apps?
What can i do, and how can i solve it?
Did:
Iphone on/off
Reset
Log in log on account?
New password on account!
Everything, what can i do more?

This is also working because when i turn it off the app will give me a message please turn on

    they both downloaded ninja fishing which is a free app.
    They want to buy the dynamite sword, (in app purchase) and it gives me the above error.

    the error says
    App purchased by different apple id, to buy with this ID purchase the app.
    both kids have downloaded the ninja fishing game to their ipod (they have seperate apple id accounts)
    both kids ipods give me the same message when i tru to buy the sword for them.
    so its a free game, they both have it, seperate id's and i get that message
    thanks for any help figuring this out - i took 2 hours this arvo downloading new games with them and trying to set up another couple things which didnt work - this is so frustrating\\\\

  • Error reading when trying to make in app purchase

    I have the "isingworship" app and it will not let me purchase songs within the app... I made sure my in app purchase is turned on. 2 error messages come up when I try to purchase a song 1. We cannot connect to the iTunes store, and 2. please contact apple.come/support. The only reason I purchased and Ipad was to use this this app at our church and now it wont even work. Someone please help!

    Hello everyone,
    i'm trying to implement In-App-Purchase for my game.
    The Store opens fine, but when i click on install the following error is given:
    SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
    Marketplace isn't available at the moment.
    Please check back in a bit.
    Error code: 805a01f4.
    I've already waited some days but nothing changes.
    I'm doing this in XNA, by following the tutorial for store wrapper IAP of taptitude:

    I've created a Beta App and the needed Beta Product by following the microsoft steps:

    I am facing same issue. I have published beta app with beta in-app product. But when trying to purchase in-app products,
    "SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE
    The Store isn't available at the moment.

  • In-app purchase: Error message when adding a test storekit user

    Hi, I'm running into the "The email address you entered already belongs to an existing Apple account. Please try again." when I try to add a test user for in-app purchases. I used an email associated with an existing Apple-id.
    I'm running into "Could not convert Apple ID account to iTunes store account." when trying to add a test user with an email-id that doesn't have an Apple-id with it.
    I have enabled "in app" purchases and added an in-app-purchasable product id using itunesconnect.
    Using the programmer-portal, I've also configured the app-id of the app to enable store kit in-app purchases
    I'm assuming that I need to signin with the test-user account for the code to receive the storekit productsRequest:disReceiveResponse callback. However, I haven't been able to create the test user
    Does anyone know why both scenarios (described on top) are resulting in an error message ?

    If I try to login from Settings->Store, it asks for my credit info which I'm sure is not necessary.
    Apple had this to say about that on 8.28.09:
    "Setting up Test Accounts for Testing In App Purchase
    Before testing In App Purchase in your application, you need to create an In App Test User in iTunes Connect—you should not use other accounts as doing so will result in prompts to enter your credit card number and other information.
    Here is how to properly set up your test user for testing In App Purchase..."

  • In app purchase Error

    So for the past three days I've had an in-app purchase error. One morning I tried to purchase an item in my app and it said "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again."
    I thought it was strange so I went to change my password (attempt #1). I changed it and logged into my itunes and icloud and all that good stuff. Everythign was fine. Checked my credit card info and everything was correct. Went back to the app and tried to purchase in-app again and still the same message. I thought it needed an hour or two to sync with my new password so I just waited for the day to go by. Tried again in the afternoon. Same message. So I thought my Apple ID was bugged or something so I created a new Apple ID and tried again. Same message. By now I'm ready to throw my iPhone across the room and yell a big F U. I called apple support yesterday and thought maybe they could help. No. Nothing at all. Couldn't do anything. I even contacted the app company and they can't do anything.
    This is what the message looks like. Desperate for help. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, I've reset passwords 4 times and created two additional Apple IDs. So I think I've tried majority of the stuff.

    Same is happening to me brother. Apple is sounding incompetent on the issue as I have had to re itereate myself three times to them and they are just going in circles with the issue.
    My issue lies within the game Clash of Clans. I've got over $400 invested into the game and can no longer put anymore in as I am getting the same issue as you. Here is the latest email I sent to them regarding my issue:
    "It's not the iTunes store that I am having an issue with. I've clearly stated my issue to you and have yet been able to receive an intelligible response in regards to my said problem with Apple.
    Again, please let me re iterate the issue.
    When trying to purchase gems in the app "Clash of Clans", I receive a message saying "The apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again."
    FACTS surrounding this issue:
    1. My Apple ID is showing up correctly in the app as '[email protected]'.
    2. I've verified my Apple password by logging successfully into my account in iTunes.
    3. I've entered my Apple password into the app when trying to make another $99.99 purchase with repeat messages saying, "The apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again."
    4. The app I am trying to make the purchase in is updated to the latest version. There are no available updates for the game currently.
    I expect a resolution soon. I do not want to repeat myself in a third email message."
    I have yet to get a response and doubt they will be able to fix this issue any time soon as they are SLOW in responding. Too bad they couldn't give any of the people in China jobs to answer phones rather than work in the sweatshops over 15 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    I am running the latest iTunes 10.7.0.21 for Windows 7.
    This error occurs if I try to either update the app or if I delete it and attempt to redownload.
    I have an iPhone and an iPad.  I am unable to update the apps or install the apps from within the App Store on iOS.
    I do not have an AOL ID, as is a common issue with this type of error.
    From what I can tell, my Apple ID account seems fine.  I logged in, changed some information, and ensured my credit card is valid and updated.
    I can download new apps just fine.  I am unable to update or install apps I have purchased in the past.

    After 30 minutes this morning, no resolution. Then another tech support call this afternoon, 15 minutes in, was escalated to a Tier 2 (Senior) advisor. He said something similar to the above ("this is one of the strangest things I've seen"). He was chatted with iTunes guys and took all my info into the case and was escalating it over to engineering. Said they would be in touch.
    So, no solution...yet.
    Just to clarify:
    iTunes on Windows7: trying to update an existing app, or re-download a prior app, gives the (11111) error. Downloading a new (free) app worked fine.
    App Store on iPhone5, iOS 6.0.1: click on UPDATE, switches to INSTALLING...for a second, then switches back to UPDATE. No error message (and nothing in Diagnostic data).
    App Store on iPad 3, iOS 6.0.1: same as iPhone 5.
    Definitely account related.
    I have cleared the store cache, signed out and back in, deleted the credit card data, and re-added, rebooting PC and iPhone...nothing works.
    Will post if I hear anything back from Apple.

    As frequent customer buying iTunes Gift Card, I would appreciate your kind clarification on below points, for my best reference:
    - I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

    Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

    Are you running modified software on your phone?  This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

    Here is an update and more information:  I actually have two MBP's.  One is a mid-2009 model and one is a new, mid-2012.  I transferred files from the mid-2009 to the mid-2012, but I use both computers frequently.  This problem only occurs on the mid-2009 and not on the mid-2012.  I have authorized both computers.

    Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.
