Error in doing in Commitment item Financial Transaction
Hi
Iam facing a problem while doing GR/IR because GR/IR gl account has been assigned to commitment item category of 60 instead of 40. But most of the PO's iam able to do the GR/IR apart from a handfull.That is confusing me.If its a configuration error then it should not allow all POs .I have searched and posted in the forum regarding the change of commitment item financial transaction change but i been adviced that i cannot change that once been posted into it. Plz guide me on this matter

The reversing is where the problem arises.There are lot many postings happening in an hour and the count is increasing. It will be hard for me to reverse the whole and morover my user is so stubborn that he is not allowing me to create a new commitment item for GR/IR. i got a commitement item which is been assigned to GR /IR item and vendor account of FT 60. i want to change the GR/IR item to FT 40 and not for the Vendor item. I have no other optionleft to create a new commitment item for GR/IR.Thts where iam stuck with. It was a mistake while entering the rule in FM Derive

We use Fund Management and Material Ledger in ECC 6.0.
Posting goods receipt for material with price control S (Standard price) were successful, but whenever we post goods receipt for material with price control V (Moving average price), the following error comes up:

What might be the problem?
The account assignment in MIGO view are already filled with fund center and commitment item number automatically
We already assigned all that can be assigned in FMDERIVE (material to comm item, plant to comm item, gl to comm item, etc)
We also already check OSS notes: 939545, 148967, 1312483, 164077

For example, a commitment item using a financial transaction code of 30 may not be assigned to a parent item that has 60 for a financial transaction code. For this reason, the entry in this field may not be changed using the current system task. The only way to change this field is to attach this commitment item to a parent item that has a different financial transaction code. To attach this commitment item to a different parent item, see system task Change Commitment Item Hierarchy. -
Error when I try to reverse Financial transaction- TBB1/FTR_EDIT
Hi SAP Guru's,
When i try to Reverse a financial transaction using TBB1 or FTR_EDIT, system is issuing an error message -" TPM_TRAC1 113"- "You have no authorization to delete an account assignment ref. allocation"
I can't find any help on service sap for the error message.
Can some body tell what i have to do here.

try to run /NSU53 in command line after you get the mentioned error message to see that kind of authorizations you are missing and provide this info to staff, responsible for authorizations.

Error : Delivery does not contain items to be picked
Hi Exps
I have created Stock Transport Order (STO) and then Delivery Note with VL10g.
In Delivery Output EK00 (Picking list Printing ) gets populated along with EKSU (Picking List EDI output).
But EK00 only turns green and EKSU turns Red saying that "Delivery does not contain items to be picked"
My Conclusions :
1) Picking is happening with EK00 due to which EKSU doesnt get any items to be Picked and it fails in creating Idoc.
I want to make both outputs (EK00 and EKSU) turning green(Successful).
How can I do this. ?
Any setting or any other approach welcome.

First Check whether the Material in delivery are relevant for picking.
If yes, then try chaning the order of the Output in the Output procedure fist EKSU then give EK00
If EK00 is green agreeed , check if any automatic picking is done , becasue once the picking is done then the EDI output is failing. -
Error while doing the Usage Decision in transaction QA32
Hello Friends,
While doing the goods receipt for customer returns from customer, system generated a inspection lot with inspection type 06.
So in QA32 transaction, system is showing that inspection lot, but in same screen, against the column InspPlan: Material, system is not showing any entry.
Later on after analysis, i found that no inspection plan was assinged to the material, Plant for which that inspection lot was created. When i checked that inpection lot in transaction QA03, in Insp. Specifications tab, agaisnt the Assigned Specification section, system was not showing any entry in fields Group, Group Counter, Plant, Usage.
And against that inspection lot,status CRTD, PREQ, CHCR are active.
Because of which, when user is trying to do the UD against this lot system throwing the error message as Status check error.
When i checked again i found that status CRTD is throwing the error message.
Hence friend, i want to do the Usage decision for that inspection lot than how to do?
Now user has assigned the material, plant to the inspection plan in QP02.
Should i go to QA02 transaction, and in Insp. Specification tab, for fields group, group counter, usage, Plant, maintain the values?
Will this allow me to do the usage decision against the inspection lot which got generated when no inspection plan was assingned to that material, plant?

is missing in inspection lot,generally inspection plan for that u run QA02 enter inspection lot no go to specification tab
there a button assigned specification there click on that as u click on button u will find that plan for above material copied to lot and it will show u plan detail line group and group counter no.
then go to next screen Sample if sample management is active and click on sample then system will calculate sample size then save ur lot. it would get Status As REL now ui can enter result or take UD

use transaction SMOD to check SAP enhancement MM06E005 in your system. Screen SAPLXM06 0201 is the contract header subscreen. The system report it missing because the enhancement MM06E005 (Customer fields in purchasing document) was activated in your system, but not implemented. So either disable/delete the enhancement or create a subscreen.

This looks like some one is playing around with screen exits. Open the FM EXIT_SAPLEINM_013 in se37. Double click on include
ZXM06U35 and check the status of this include. I hope this is in Inactive status because of some syntax error.
If above is correct, then check and correct the syntax errors.
Also can you see what is the main program SAPLXM06 status. If not active, try to activate it in SE80.

Assignment of Commitment items to G/L Accounts
Hi to All,
My name is samad farooq , currently we are have upgrade our system from version 4.6C to ECC 6.0.
In 4.6C, we maintained assignment of G/L Accounts to Commitment Item via transaction code FS00.
Now same has been maintained in ECC6.0 but it gives error no commitment item found for processing.
We can maintain using the derivation strategy (FMDERIVE), but as we have upgraded, is there any way to automatically system derive the commitment without mention all the data again by using the derivation strategy.

commitment items are essential for the update into the Project Cash Management as the financial transaction which is maintained for the commitment items is used to identify the type of the posting (e.g. invoice, payment, etc). Further informations about the correct customizing of commitment items can be found in note 144169.
The assignment of commitment items to the value categories is similar to the assignment of cost elements or cost element groups to value categories and is needed for the proper update of the data from the Project Cash Management into the Project Information Database (table RPSCO). The Project Information Database is the basis for hierarchy reports. So in case that this customizing isn't done, values from the Project Cash Management might not be shown or might be shown incorrectly in the hierarchy reports (e.g. 31CASH, 31FIM, 31FIMA, 31FIMB).
Assigning one commitment item to all value categories can be done. It is depending how detailed your reporting should be, but from point of the reporting it won't make sense to mix for example commitment items for outgoing payments with commitment items for incoming payments.

Hi All,
While doing the GR, we are getting the error message as:
No Commitment item entered in item 0002 NFCL 10013
But the GL has been created as a Commitment item.
All other line items are getting posted to this account 10013 except this particular line item in the PO.
What cud be the missing link?? Kindly advise

You should first be sure that your issue is not related to an incorrect derivation rule.
To be sure, you can activate the trace according to the instructions in consulting note
666322.
For this do the following:
a. Enter in FMDERIVE and activate the Trace
b. Test again your issue starting to create the GR again. (create a new example).
c. You will receive FMDERIVE trace screen with the values of account assignments, including commitment item. Probably you will receive more than one time this screen. If you see that the value is correct go to the next step clicking on button "X".
Whenever you find that the value is incorrect, please do the following:
d. In the FMDERIVE pop-up screen click on button "Display Log". When you click there you will see another screen.
e. There, Go to Menu Goto -> Display Print Template
f. Click on both folders to open the tree.
In the first one you will see the Values after and Before.
In the second one (Steps), you are able to see WHERE exactly was the change, what was happening during the execution of derivation rules, the RULES that it is in use in that step.
All the derivation rules which are in use during the process will be marked with yellow line.
If you check the trace log and the 'value after' is not correct, you should adjust your existing derivation rule.
Please let me know the results of the trace and your comments.

This message issues when system needs Commitment item in FI document.
Commitment item can be:
- entered manually by user
- automatic assigned by: a) Standard derivation from G/L account master data. If Commitment item field ( Table SKB1- Field FIPOS) is informed into G/L account master data system will automatically assign it in FI documents (Tr. FS00). Or b) Funds Management derivation tool (Tr. FMDERIVE)

You can select the field status for your commitment item in transaction OME9.
- Go to TCode OME9
- Select the account assignment category that you are using
- here you can do the SDRO (Suppress,display,required,optional) settings for your account assignment elements.

Commitment Item missing in SPL splitting
When posting a FI document using doc type SB for a cost transfer, I post Dr 6100.EOR LOA1 and Cr 6100.EOR LOA2 to correct the Line of Accounting. In SPL, I get Dr. 6100.EOR LOA1/ Cr. 6100.EOR LOA2/ Dr. 1010.9000 LOA2/ Cr 1010.9000 LOA1, but the 1010.9000 postings did not have the commitment items filled, they are blank.
When I do a reversal via FB08 on the SB document, I get the error msg: "Budget object commitment item is blank. posting not allowed."
Am I missing something in config? How do I get the additional lines in SPL with the CI populated?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

We are trying to create a special report for our client,whenever we try
to insert the budget data we cannot match some fields included in
diferent tables. We have found fields:"VERSION"(VERSN),"AMOUNT"(VAL0)
