Error in loading WebUtil package

Dear all,
i have the following problem,
we have install the application server on one machine
Windows server 2003 Enterprise edition
(both the infra and middle tier on the same machine), and we wanted to configure the webutil package with this installation for runtime usage, we met all the configuration steps, and we met all the platform security privilages(windows privilages),but..
when we try to open the form that uses this package, we found two problems, the form didn't open at all and the following log written to the java console which indicates that there is a problem while loading the webutil beans(last few lines)

change the Data package size from the schduler menu
Now try to load the data again

I have an internal forms tool deployed on Oracle Application Server 10g ver. 10.1.2.3.
Oracle Developer 2000 : 10.1.2.3.
JRE version : 1.5_14
Operating System : Windows XP

When I launch the forms URL I get the following error everytime.
On another system which has JRE 1.5_14 installed, the application launches fine.
My system initially had JRE 1.6_10. I though the error could be because of incompatibility between webutil 10.1.2.3 and JRE 1.6. So I uninstalled JRE 1.6 and went back to an old JRE version:1.5_14

A few questions: Have you applied any patches on top of 10.1.2.3? Does this error also occur, if you apply the recommended patch 7482020? Have you always had this issue? Does the issue occur for one specific FMX, or can you reproduce it in any other FMX using WebUtil?
This really looks like something, you should log on MetaLink and let Support look at.

I had the xercers jars in jdk/jre/lib/endorsed directory.
If I remove these, the ejbql works. I do need these in there for a different reason. Is there any way I can have the xercers jars in jdk/jre/lib/endorsed directory and still the ejbql work on oc4j.

Hi Mahesh,
Usually with loads from BI you don't need conversions, so i'd suggest you delete that reference to conversion file unless you have something in it.
If you put something in the conversion file that verify that this file located at the path you specified in your Transformation file.

I am trying to load Budgets into ORACLE Projects using AMG API's..
I have developed PL/SQL which uses below procedures of pa_budget_pub package.

baseline_budget;
Procedure execute_create_draft_budget fails with following error message.
error message: Please enter a valid product code for this project.
error message: You entered an invalid API parameter.Please enter valid parameter and try again. Parameter Name: Resource List Parameter Value: 1446

Could somebody explain me how to resolve this error message and load the budget lines.

I have set the raw value as 3600 but still its gives the same error only. When I debug the procedure its throwing the error stack in
SYS.htp.prn procedure of the following line of code

i have an error in loading master and i want to know please how can i individuate the data that need to be corrected, i have loaded data in psa and when i click on simulate/cancel update i find an error in data package 19 and data record 6701
i have searched the record in psa but the status result green light and i don't understand what is the problem...Can somebody help me please...thanks

in the record i have many columns that refered to date, i have: Valid-from, Valid-To H, created on, Valid From, Valid To- i don't know where is the specified column to check the required format, in PSA in the data package 19 i have 13755 Records posted and i have checked many records to control these columns but i don't find something that demonstrate me a difference between the format, i don't know why the error signalated is only 6701...but you think is only a problem of format it's not not somthing that i have to signalated to the person who works on R/3 if there is something to correct in the datasource?

Did you try to run only the interface? It might not work.
Try executing your interface from within a package. A previous step should refresh / set the variable.

Error while running SSIS package from Integration service or via Job

Hi All,
I encounter the below error while running SSIS Package from Job or integration service. However on execution completes success fully while running from data tools. The issue occurs after migration to 2012 from 2oo5 dtsx. PFB the error.
SSIS Error Code DTS_E_PRIMEOUTPUTFAILED. The PrimeOutput method on OLE DB Source returned error code 0xC02020C4. The component returned a failure code when the pipeline engine called PrimeOutput(). The meaning of the failure code is defined by
the component, but the error is fatal and the pipeline stopped executing. There may be error messages posted before this with more information about the failure.
A buffer failed while allocating 10485760 bytes.
The system reports 26 percent memory load. There are 206110765056 bytes of physical memory with 150503776256 bytes.
free. There are 2147352576 bytes of virtual memory with 185106432 bytes free. The paging file has 208256339968 bytes with 145642921984 bytes free.
The package also runs successfully from other servers. This happens only in one of our server.seems like issue with some sql configuration.

Are you running using SQL Agent Job and Data tools on same server or different?
If it is executing fine using Data tools and failing with Job it might be User credentials issue.Try
to run Job with your credentials by using proxy .

Error while loading application

Hi,
I'm not sure this is the right forum, but I try anyway.
I'm trying to use a 3rd party Java application Unico (just use it, I don't develop anything of that) that after working for weeks, suddenly refuses to load at startup, and returns an error like "Error while loading application" (no error code number no other hint about the problem).
The tests that did not work: 1. I installed the Unico again, 2. I created a new login and installed Unico in that login, 3. I started in safe mode (pressing shift at startup) - I always had the same message and loading aborted.
The only workaround I found is to use an external startup disk, that I fortunately had available to face cases like this: when starting the system up from that disk Unico WORKS, not only, but I can even use the same application in my internal disk that does not load otherwise.
My first conclusion is that something wrong happened to my system on the startup disk that prevents loading a Java application. The user Library seems to make no difference.
So my questions to the Java experts are:
- what in the system could suddenly block the loading of a Java application ? where should I look in the system (I can use the terminal and know something about UNIX) to fix this ? could this be caused by a permission problem ? (it looks a lot alike, but repairing permissions in Disk Utility didn't help) if so where are the Java support files stored in the Library and System Library to check and compare between the good and the bad system ?
- is there a better workaround to this problem, other than starting up from a different disk ?
Some additional info:
- the application Unico is freely provided by the Italian tax organization, so there is basically no support to use it...
- Unico requires Java 1.3.1: my system is constantly updated/upgraded and it runs the most recent release that is 1.4.0 (I guess...) and anyway worked very well till a week ago.
- since the last time the application had worked I installed two (non Apple) packages: the TomTom (GPS navigator) setup application, and new Epson printer drivers for my new printer.
- in all cases I repaired permissions and I also verified the disk with the disk utility
- Unico does not uses printers (it creates pdf files instead) and does not use USB, which in turn is used by both the Epson driver and the TomTom app.
So I cannot connect the Unico malfunctioning to this new SW except for the fact that I cannot find any other answer...

I made some research: it seems to me that most (if not all) the Java machine is in the /System/Library/Framework/JavaVM.framework folder: but I found no evident difference in the file permissions between the good and the bad system (see my previous posts).
There are other locations where there are java related files: eg in Javaconfig.plist (in /System/Library/Java) that seems to name the locations for all components of the java machine. I checked some files in /usr/bin referenced in the .plist: again no difference.
Something "could" be a clue; just before the crashing point the Unico (java) program causes a message in the Console:
"[JavaAppLauncher Warning] Specifying a specific version for JVMVersion 1.3.1 is deprecated. Use the more general 1.3* instead."
This would be a clue... except that this message appears also when the program loads without problem (in the "good" system where it works). So it is more a warning.
Another clue is the message that appears in the console in the "good" system when the Unico loads correctly; and this seems really an error message (whateve it means):
"Index 1 for 'pxm#' 2062 out of range (must be between 0 and 0)
Attempted to read past end of 'pxm#'(2062) resource"
The funny thing is that when this message appears, Unico loads with no probem, while in the "bad" system it doesn't even get to this point.
So in my opinion both messages are irrilevant to identify the problem.
Or not ?
And again my main question is: what in the system could suddenly block the loading of a Java application ?

While booting linux VM getting error "error while loading shared libraries

Hi Expert,
while booting Oracle linux Virtual Machine getting error "error while loading shared libraries: libpopt.so.0 cannot open shared object file" no such file or directory
Now i am unable to boot linux, any help appreciated.
Note: Its Oracle Linux 5.8 x86_64 under Oracle VirtualBox

Without knowing what you have installed or what modifications you have done it is not possible to say what goes wrong. Like I previously mentioned, you may have installed an incompatible version of a core system library. Sorry, I'm not going to read any installation manual to find out what you might have done wrong. You may need to reinstall the complete system or just the popt installation package.
Based on my experience people sometimes seem to misunderstanding the concept of software version requirements, which are always minimum version requirements and does not mean, for instance, software made for gcc 4.1.10 does not work under 4.1.12. You cannot simply upgrade or downgrade core system libraries without affecting the installed system. Using YUM to install software will check this and prevent you from breaking your system. RPM does not check any dependencies and hence can break your system beyond repair.

Error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0

Am trying to install Rockbox installer. After running the app, I get the following error:
error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I have already installed libpng12 earlier this month for another application through AUR and that worked fine.
Where do I start?

RockBox is an aur package? Does the aur package compile it from source? If it does, you should just be able to recompile. If its doing something funny and trying to download a prebuilt binary you may be out of luck on that one. The libpng12 package from AUR is installed on your system?
