Error in Publish Project services

Hi,
We have recently checked the logs contained in P6WebAccess.html files and we have found several entries like that

We are suffering some issues when trying to publish projects(using ASAP method). Do you know how to fix/remove above mentioned error?
Thanks,

Directory Services is controlled through a service that runs a process called slapd.exe which builds an LDAP style database. The replication between LDAPs is controlled by slurpd.exe. Look in the logs and see if you can find the reason replication is failing. Maybe edit the INI files and set the log level to DEBUG and try stopping it with PostInstall.exe, which removes it, and adding it again. Look at the debugs.
Regards,
Geoff

  • Error while publishing a service with WSPUBLISH: Error publishing Endpoint

    Hallo,
I've a problem while publishing a service which a had created via proxy. I configured the service and one endpoint (binding) in SOAMANAGER. When I publish the service in WSPUBLISH I get the error:
    'Error publishing Endpoint for SD : <Proxy>, Service : <Service>, EP : <Endpoint>.
    with details:
'10160A save request exceeded the quantity limits for a given structure type .#Number of BusinessEntities exceeds your limit of 1 (2)'
In the Service Registry I can find the service but without endpoints.
Does anybody know what happend ?
We use a SAP NetWeaver 7.10 with SP05 (SAPKB71005) but the same error happens if I publish a service from a CRM 5.0 with SP15 (SAPKB70015) to the Service Registry of the 7.10
    Christoph

This is my steps to publish ES to SR:
    1. Create RFC destination in SM59
    2. Create ES Parameter in WSPARAM
    3. Create logical port for SR in LPCONFIG
    4. Release Web Service for SOA Runtime in WSCONFIG
    5. Publish ES in WSPUBLISH.
When i was using SOAMANAGER to manually create the endpoint, the endpoint in the SR doesnt works though.
eg,  Business Administration -> WS Administration -> Search for CRM_BPBASICDATABYIDQR -> Apply selection -> Configuration -> Create Service -> enter new service name and new binding name -> user id/password  for HTTP Authentication -> save.
It works after i released it in WSCONFIG (ya, i know it's old way) and re-publish.

  • Error when Publishing Project on PS2013 - Blocking correlation 78%

    Hello,
I have a strange error on a Project Server 2013 Platform. Certain projects refuse to be published, and the task finishes as an blocking job, with an achievement level of 78%. The error is Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.BusinessLayer.QueueMsg.SynchronizeTaskListInManagedModeMessage.
I put the complete error message at the end of this post. The ULS doesn't provide me more détails.
To get more infos in ULS, I switched the log mode to verbose, and I got an interesting message:
Node   Consistency Message: Assignment Save.   Uid=35d15af1-908a-e311-b465-005056a27863
Bad assnIndex 4 passed for   654d65c4-0a59-e311-a55a-005056a27863

Bad assnIndex 4 passed for   654d65c4-0a59-e311-a55a-005056a27863
Node Consistency Message:   Summary Resource Assignment Save.
I tried googling this keyword "assnIndex" : it returns no answer. The GUID after the "for" is a ResourceUID. But what means assnIndex ?
Here are some additional info, saying when the project can be publihed, and when it returns an error:
    - if the project contains tasks with only generic resources, it can be publiehed without pb => OK
    - if the project contains tasks assigned to less than 2 named resources  it can be published => OK
    - if the project contains at least 1 task with more than 2 named resource, it fails => KO
    - if I desactivate this task with 3 named resource, the project can be published => OK
The workaround is to split tasks, so that each is assigned to max 2 resources, but it can not be a solution.
If somebody can help me to find a solution, it would be very great !
I looked for some CU but, it seems that I'm up to date:

    Hi,
Since its happening with certain projects only, chances are that it could be due to corrupted project data and confusing details in ULS may can seen as misleading.
you can follow these steps (credit goes to our very dear Dale Howard), he also listed these steps in a blog but i cudnt find it rite now:
    1.  Ask the Project Server administrator to restore the backed up project again (even though it is corrupted).
    2.  Ask the PM to open the project in Microsoft Project 2010.
    3.  Ask the PM to add the Save for Sharing button to the Quick Access Toolbar (File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar).
    4.  Click the Save for Sharing button and save the enterprise project as an MPP file.
    5.  Close the MPP file and then reopen it.
    6.  Save the MPP file with the same name as the enterprise project.
According to Microsoft staff, the Save for Sharing feature is the new way to repair a corrupted enterprise project.

  • Error when publishing project

    Hi,
I am getting the below error when I am trying to publish existing project back to server after making
changes The error message was The project could not be saved to the server.  Please retry
saving the project.  If the probelm persists, save the project as a MPP file and contact your system administrator.
I get this error as an admin when other PM tries to publish don't get any error it shows it publish but its not saving any changes made to the project. As
the tasks doesn't appear in Resources timesheets as well.
    Any help why?

That's weird.. If you published correctly, the timesheet should be populated or at least you should be able to insert the task. Moreover you can see the assignments in the resource assignments page..
Are you sure that the publication was correctly processed, no error message in the queue and the ULS logs?
Have the resources the "New Task Assignment" permission?
Can you try on a blank new project?
The ultimate way will be to delete the task and assignments (or just the assignments) and recreate them.
An intermediate way is to change the assignment owner to another value, publish the project, change back the assignment owner and publish
    again the project.
    Hope this helps,

  • Error in publishing endpoint in service registry

    Hey,
I am gettin the following error while publishing the service registry.
10160A save request exceeded the quantitylimits for a given structure type. #Number of Business Entities exceeds your limit 1(2).
This is with respect to  the endpoint. The endpoint is also not published when  I checked it in the service registry of PI.
    regards,
    Milan.

    Hi Milan,
Open your UDDI client->Select Publish->Select Retrieve My Business
check if you are able to add more than one Business entity.
You find out all the Business entities present in the UDDI, Take their keys (UDDI Keys)
then go to Publish->Select Retrieve My Business
create business entity with the key you have obtained before and then delete that, It will delete the the business entity and then try to publish the your service with end point.
    Thanks,

Now when I go to the "Publish" tab in the Services Registry to provide a definition for this service, after entering the WSDL and clicking on "Next" I get a pop-up for username and password. • BizTalk published WCF service throwing HTTP 404 error using ISA reverse proxy settings

I have published my schemas as a WCF service from BizTalk 2010 "Publish WCF Service" wizard. I used Wcf-basicHTTP adapter in receive port. I am able to run the service successfully on localhost IIS and I tested my biztalk solution by sending request using SOAP UI and got response successfully.... Now: Actually, I need to give this service endpoint to my vendor who will send request from outside my company's network i.e. internet. In my infrastrucrue BizTalk is behind the firewall so, we setup a REVERSE proxy server at DMZ layer and it is configured properly. I have tested a simple WCF service by replacing the localhost with Proxy server configured address <DNSName> and it worked absolutely fine. But when I change localhost in my BizTalk schema based published WCF service it is not working and I am getting following error. Really strugling to get it resolved. I wasted a whole 3 days....very upset. Please help me out by giving the detailed step solution. Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. Requested URL: /BizTalkServiceInstance/MyService.svc I am surprized why other c# code based WCF services are working fine with reverse proxy settings. Server Error in '/' Application. The resource cannot be found. Is there any special things to consider Biztalk exposed wcf servcie over ssl in IIS cluster with ISA

    Hi Singam :)
First I would start by browsing any other files (files other than the one from WCF) just to ensure that the reverse-proxy’s redirection rules are set correctly. If you get the same 404 error when you try to access other service/files “through reverse-proxy”,
then it’s an issue in the redirection rule(s) in reverse-proxy.
If others are fine i.e. no issue in reverse-proxy setup as such, then try the following for WCF service's web.config file. I have seen this issue in WCF service (not just BizTalk’s artifacts exposed as service in reverse-proxy). Add serviceHostingEnvironment
config as show with in serviceModel section.
    <system.serviceModel>
    <serviceHostingEnvironment aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true" multipleSiteBindingsEnabled="true" />
    </system.serviceModel>

  • Errors "Load tModels into the registry" option & publishing proxy services

    Hi,
I'm making a study with BEA Aqualogic Service Bus and BEA Aqualogic Service Registry.
Reading official documentation (Console Help), I added with the BEA ALSB Console two registries. But during the configuration it doesn't allow me to set the *"Load tModels into the registry"* option, in fact when I click "Save" I get this error:
*"Permission to generate key uddi:bea.com:servicebus:servicetype denied".*
However I added two registries without setting this option.
Now, when I want to publish a proxy service (in any registry), following the official procedure, I get this error:
*"The publish completed with error. One or more services can't be published correctly, please see the detailed error messages in the summary table".*
*"CannotCreate The key uddi:bea.com:servicebus:properties does not represent a valid taxonomy!"*
    I don't think it's all right! :)
    Someone can help me?

Thank you for your help (even though you didn't know you were helping). I am also studying ALSB and ALSR, and I had the same problem when I tried to publish a proxy service ("... does not represent a valid taxonomy"). Based on your experience, I updated my registry in ALSB and checked "Load tModels". This was successful. I then published my proxy service and this too was successful.
So the help you've given me was to suggest that publishing proxy services cannot be done unless the BEA tModels are first loaded into the registry.
This means that your real problem is that you can't load the tModels. To do this, I suggest that the user ID you give when you're setting up the registry in ALSB must be an administrative user. When you installed the ALSR, an administrative account was created. Try giving this account information to the ALSB.
If you don't want to give the administrative ID and password, you must set up an account in ALSR that has the ability to create tModels. In the ALSR's console page (probably at http://localhost:7001/registry/uddi/web), look at the administrative account's permissions (you'll find it on the "Manage" tab, under "Permissions"--you won't see the "Manage" tab unless you log in as an administrator). In my system, the administrator account has four permissions; I would guess that the one you need is "org.systinet.uddi.security.permission.ConfigurationManagerPermission".

    Hello Ajaz,
BPM-70801 is a very generic error that can have multiple causes. Please provide the error log from servers log file. From what I understand, you are using a separate soa_server1, so watch out /your_domain/servers/soa_server1/logs/soa_server1.log
