    1. Map all the mandatory fields..
I have mapped all the mandatory fields. If i enter same kind of values in the same fields of BAPI manually (in se37), the table gets updated.
<b>how you can say that data is getting into the right tables...when you are sending the same data..</b>...may be the data is old only..
<b>Perform the Message Mapping  and Interface Mapping test in IR only...</b>
    3. Kindly check the Sender_MM Mapping once more...If it is fine...reactivate and Update the cache..
Its fine and reactivated and even updated cache.
    Now one doubt....
In Message mapping, the sender mesage type is as follows.
    sender_mt 1:1
    ->Row element 1:unbounded
    > zkunnr element xsd:string 1: unbounded
    > zname1 element xsd:string 1: unbounded
    > zstras element xsd:string 1: unbounded
    > zadrnr element xsd:string 1: unbounded
    > ztelf1 element xsd:string 1: unbounded
I have mapped ROW with ZBAPI_DETAILS.
the root of sender message type SENDER_MT is left as it is....
Is there anything need to be done (mapped) with this root of sender message type?
<b>No i don't think so, what i can get from your approach is that you want to receive n similar type of records in a Message and want 2 create n different messages for each record from source structure..  </b>
With this status, i have tested the Test Configuration in Integration Directory. Still getting same error message as follows...
Kindly let me know the name of BAPI.

  • In reciever jdbc adapter config sending data to multiple tables

    Hi Masters,
Can u help me with examples step by step procedure of sending data to multiple tables in reciever jdbc adapter .. configuration....
    thanks in advance,
    jp.

    Hi,
My understanding is you are  trying to use one scenario for ex a file to jdbc and want to post data into multiple tables.
If you are using Message Prortocol XML SQL format then once you define the data type for one structure then juz right click on the statement name and select Duplicate. This will create another statement in the same data type change the table name and the parameters in the duplicates strucutre.

  • Error in configuring JDBC Adapter

    Hi All,
I have configured a sender JDBC Adapter with the following parameters.
    JDBC Drivers: com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver
    Connection: jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://MIS-SERVER\MIS_DEV_SVR;DatabaseName=SEPG_NEWDB
But in Runtime, I am getting error as follows...
Error during database connection to the database URL 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://MIS-SERVER\MIS_DEV_SVR;DatabaseName=SEPG_NEWDB' using the JDBC driver 'com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver': 'com.sap.aii.adapter.jdbc.sql.DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL 'jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://MIS-SERVER\MIS_DEV_SVR;DatabaseName=SEPG_NEWDB': SQLException: [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC]The requested instance is either invalid or not running.'
It has been confirmed that JDBC Drivers are properly deployed.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue?
    Regards
    Pavan

    Hi Pavan,
I think Port is missing and also it should be look like this. (microsoft not required for SQL SERVER 2000).
Make sure msbase.jar, msutil.jar, mssqlserver.jar are the driver files and deployment.
    Connection: jdbc:sqlserver://MIS-SERVER\MIS_DEV_SVR<b>:PORT</b>;DatabaseName=SEPG_NEWDB

  • Error in reciever JDBC Adapater

I have a select query as
    SELECT * FROM ULIDTA2.F5631505 where QSINTF ='Y'
    update query is
    Update  ULIDTA2.F5631505 set QSINTF='Y' where QSINTF ='N'
if there are no rows to update , i am getting a error. wht could be the issue .

    Hi Amit,
A JDBC sender adapter has 2 essential fields,
    1. SQL Statement
    2. Update Statement
Your SQL statement will contain your SELECT statement and once your SQL statement is executed, UPDATE statement is executed. This is done so that records that have been selected by the SQL statement should not be selected again as the JDBC sender adapter will poll over the database for every poll interval.
If you want to SELECT something from your Database, then you will have to go for a JDBC sender adapter.
But, if you want to insert/update your Database, then you can go for a JDBC receiver adapter.
Multiple insertions are possible for a JDBC receiver, but multiple Selection queries (different select queries) are not possible for a single JDBC sender adapter.
Just check these links to understand how JDBC adapters work,
If you wanna do update/insert you will have to follow the

  • Error when calling JDBC Adapter parallel

    Hello,
we have several interfaces which consume data from an AS400 machine via JDBC Adapter.
Interfaces were running for several months without any problem. Now we get the following error message when few interfaces try to deliver data at the same time:
com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Channel has reached maximum concurrency (5,000 concurrent messages) and no free resource found within 5,000 milliseconds; increase the maximum concurrency level
Unfortunatly we didn't find any hints what could cause the appearence of this Error.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks
    Carsten

    Hi,
By default Maximum Concurrency = 1 in communication channel. Which will open one connection with the Database. Since your data volume and call is large so if you define it more then 1 then it will open multiple connection for you and your transaction rate will be faster.
    1. Maximum Concurrency = 1
This is the default value of Maximum Concurrency. This means a single receiver JDBC channel can acquire only one DB connection.
This case does not offer any parallel processing of messaging by single channel.
    2. Maximum Concurrency > 1
This ensures that resource pool size(DB conneciton size) is limited to specified value per single JDBC receiver channel. For instance, setting this parameter to 2 will ensure that a single receiver JDBC channel can acquire 2 DB connections in parallel(if needed).
    And also:
if You are Using PI 7.0 SP 12, You can set the maximum concurrency level for Receiver File & JDBC Adapter.
    By Default Maximum Concurrency level=1.
    Procedure to change:
Go to Receiver Comm Chann of File/JDBC adapter.
Goto Processing Parameters and then check Max Concurrency level
Plz do refer the following docs:

  • How can i replace column name using reciever JDBC adapter on runtime.

    Hi Experts,
I have a problem with reciever JDBC synario.
Target Oracle table has columns named 2 bytes Japanese character like "日本".
Datatype cannot accept 2bytes character as element name.
So, I would like to how to replace column name on runtime.

    Hi Shinya Kawagoe,
I understand there is a column with two Japanese characters in target database table. Now you want to UPDATE or INSERT data in that table. You do not want to rename the column name in the database table (if you want to rename column, ask the target database admin ).
As Japanese characters are not allowed in XML Data Type in ESR. You can [Define a SQL_QUERY Statement|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi711/helpdata/en/44/7b7855fde93673e10000000a114a6b/frameset.htm]. Check the Addres日本s in below code.
