Error in SMQ2
Hi,
In our SRM system all the messages coming from one system failing with scheduled error in sxmb_moni. In smq2, we could see the following error,
"Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) in SMQ2"
When i try to reprocess it, queue gets cleared. But the XML message going into Application error state with following error
"An error occured within an XI interface: An unexpected exception was raisedMETH IF_EX_BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADIPURCHASEORDER_SUS ZCL_IM_BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI====CPMETH IF_EX_BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADIPURCHASEORDER_SUS CL_EX_BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI=====CPFORM CALL_BADI_IN SAPLBBP_BD_MAPPING_SAPXML1FUNC BBP_DOCUMENT_FROM_SAPXML1_MAPS SAPLBBP_BD_MAPPING_SAPXML1"
Could anyone please help on this, why all the message first struck in SMQ2 first, but if we reprocess it going?

Hi,
Although it seems strange that reprocessing is enough to get rid of the problems. However, I would still analyze the custom class that was mentioned in the error: ZCL_IM_BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI.

SYSFAIL Error in SMQ2 - Transfer of material from R/3 to CRM
Hi,
We are using standard BDOC to transfer material from R/3 to CRM. BDOC Type is PRODUCT_MAT, Queue name is R3AD_MATERIA<Material No>.
There are some queues which are struck in SMQ2. There are no struck queues in R/3. The struck queue has the status SYSFAIL and when I double click, it shows Message - Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)
I checked transaction - SMW01. The queue name which is in SYSFAIL status is not coming up in SMW01.
I do not understand whereelse I can see the detailed error message.
This error does not occur for all articles.
As I don't have sufficient knowledge in CRM and BDOCs, any pointers regarding the issue will be very much helpful.

Please follow as below:
SMWP-Middleware Monitoring Cockpit- This transaction gathers a wide set of information about the status of the Middleware & Downloads in both the CRM system, the R/3. All statuses should normally be green but there may be some circumstances which stop this occurring. Expand the section Generation Information which refers to the generation of BDoc Types. Where ever you see error you can right click and Select Analysis Tool then right click and check the error.The log shows the error.
SMQ2- Select a Queue and select Display. Queues connected to R/3 start with a queue name of R3A/D.
Double click on the Status field i.e SYSFAIL. Reason will be shown.In your case it is u201CError in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)u201D. Then Continue and select a queue and select Display.You can see the Individual BDocs are beoing displayed.
SMW01- give Bdoc Type as " Product_mat". If it is not displaying then I request you to check if all the objects are generated properly.This may also happen if the objects are not properly generated.Use tx-Genstatus. That will give you a list of error objects to be generated.

Viewing CIF errors in SMQ2 - Technical - ABAP
Hello All - I am CIFing the Master data from ECC to APO and i am getting the error. I was debugging the CIF from SMQ2 and i donot see any issue in the code but i am still getting the error in SMQ2 and i could not see the complete error message in SMQ2.Because of the limited space for the field Status in SMQ2.
My question is there any way to read/view the entire message in QRFC ? What is the Tcode ? or Where can i see the CIF error messages in APO..

You can see the CIF error messages in /SAPAPO/C3 transaction in APO and CFG1 in ECC.Here you can directly enter the External ID from SMQ2 or you can see all the error messages via Object "CIFSCM".

Replicating BPs from ECC to CRM- Error IN SMQ2 as Stop.
Hello Gurus,
I am facing problem in replicating BPs from ECC to CRM. After initial load , when monitoring the In bound Q in transaction SMQ2 it is showing status as Stop.
Kindly let me the possible solution to remove the status.

If you double-click on the queue that is in stop status (so, step one when you have your list of queues, double-click on the one that is in error state, this will give you a one-line entry, then double-click this one line again, and it will give you a detailed view of what is held within that queue), it will give you more information and may have a line in it that is causing the error. This tends to give you more info on why it is in stop status (we have had wide, varied and some weird ones in here!) - most of the time you fix it by just deleting that line that has the error associated with it. then you just go back one level to the queue 'header' and click on the unlock queue button and it should process.

Some time some sales orders are transfering from ECC6 to CRM without that error (succesfully) only some sales orders get that error....

If there is a mapping problem then you should be able to see the error messages in SXMB_MONI.
SMQ2 will show errors in case there are problems with inbound queue.
The various problems can be queue getting stuck, queues not registered, etc.. incase of mapping error you cannot see error in inbound queue (SMQ2).

Hi All
I am trying to do an Initial Load on the Customizing Object DNL_CUST_BASIS5 to download the Country realted customizing settings from ECC 6.0 to CRM 2007.
The load failed with queue in SMQ2 in SYSFAIL state. The error is GUID_FOR_LOGSYS_CHANGED.
A few weeks earlier, I donwloaded the same object. I did not face any issues.

Make sure you have same logical system name and GUID in below tables
In ECC -
> CRMPRLS
In CRM -
> CRMMLSGUID
If GUID is not matching, delete the entry from table CRMMLSGUID and restart the load. Entry will create in the table CRMMLSGUID, when first initial load triggers. Below note specifies the same.

I have done basic config steps in SRM & ECC as per SRM Config guide.
When i checked in SMQ2 in SRM system, for Queue - R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD1, status is in SYSFAIL, on double clicking,i am getting the error as *Immport of material type into hierarchy TEST not p ossible (note 432339)
Message no. SR053*
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue ?

In transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT, you specify that the hierarchy specified in the error message is to be used for application 'Purchasing' (02). This means that the material groups would be created in this hierarchy. Delete this setting in Transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT. If hierarchy R3MATCLASS already exists, assign hierarchy R3MATCLASS to application 'Purchasing'. Then the material groups are created in hierarchy R3MATCLASS.
If you want to import the material groups into the hierarchy specified in the error message, you can also keep this hierarchy assigned to application 'Purchasing' and deactivate the error message. Error message "Import of material types into hierarchy &1 not possible". You can do this in Customizing under 'Customer Relationship Management -> Master data -> Basic settings -> Define system message characteristics'.

Error in SMQ2 - Object requested is currently locked by user ...
HI together,
we send IDOCs from SAP R/3 through XI into an other SAP R/3 system (ORDERS). all messages will be processed but only 2 messages are get stuck in XI with the error message:
"Object requested is currently locked by user" in SMQ2.
Do anybody know a solution for that?
If i trigger the IDOC in WE19 again, the same error occurs again and again.

very strange happening!!
i check the mapping of the error message and found out that we have a used a multiply function in the mapping (quantity * price). we have a price > 100000.00 and a quantity of 3. In testtab the mapping runs and runs and runs... nothing happens.
i created u UDF that solve the problem. i do not know why this is needed or what is wrong the the SAP standard mapping function.
Unfortunately we have this issue only in production, not in DEV or QA.

My Interface JDBC -->PROXY messages are succesfull in PI .In inbound queue of ECC 6.0,with status text "ThiSend:bad tm type /connection closed (no data)".
I came to know the message scheduled due to function
module sxms_async_exec
and raising an exception as ThiSend:bad tm type/
connection closed (no data).
This problem is happening only some times .Please throw some light on the issue .
Any help is highly appreciated.

XML error when posting a SUS PO Confirmation

We are on SRM 7 and ECC EhP 4 and implemented MM-SUS.
I managed to confirm a SUS order succesfully.
But when this order is transfered to ECC I'm getting the following errors:
in SMQ2:
XI Error DYNAMIC_CALL_FAILURE.ABAP: Queue stopped
in SXI_MONITOR:

0003216635 is the Purchase order number in ECC.

I'm sorry for the confusion.
What I ment is that when I create the order confirmation in SUS via the portal it is issuing a message saying that the order was confirmed. But acually the process didn't go through succesfully due to this error message.
In the meantime I have spent one hour with the PI consultant trying to debug this error.
We found out that the system is calling at least 2 function modules which are trying to seach for a PO number in SRM. The system is actually searching for a PO using object type BUS2201 (purchase order). Because it can not find it it is throwing ths error message. Since we are on the classic scenario (no PO in SRM) there are no PO's available in SRM. That explains the error. But I don't understand why the system is looking for a PO in SRM while this is only available in ECC.
The system is calling the FM BBP_PROCDOC_LOCK
on line 15: i_object_type = c_po
c_po refers to a PO number in SRM.
I hope that I have given you some insights in order to help me solf this issue.

Error while saving: Dynprooutput without connection to user
Hello experts,
I have following problem:
While creating an sales order, I've implemented a badi
which gives me a popup (POPUP_FOR_INTERACTION)
if the customer has some longtext.
The popup is working fine, but when I save this order,
I get error in smq2 (inqueue) sysfail: no dynprooutput without connection to the user.
It seems that the badi is called while saving the order.
How can I solve this problem ? Another popup-type ?
