Error loading file assets

Hi All,
I'm more or less new to ATG. I've 2 servers (CA and Production) running and I'm trying to load some file assets into the CA server by using the startRepositoryLoader command. I'm gettig these errors:

Can you please give me some tips to investigate this error?

What parameters are you using to run startSQLRepository?
I created on servers folder 2 "fake" server, one is repositoryVersioned and the other is repositoryNonVersioned, any one has his own config of /atg/dynamo/service/jdbc/(data sources), pointing versioned to publhising and nonversioned to production directly.
And to run I do this, on a shell script.
