The comment on this error was "I believe the message to be false" I agree, no one else has access to my HP printer. I removed the color cartridge and cleaned the contacts. I still have the same problem. Please help me

I got a printer (as above) in a yard sale. When I first turned it on, it had an error message: "Remove and check cartridge". I pulled out and looked at the cartridge, nothing seemed wrong (except perhaps the mildly inexplicable twist tie). It says the following about Error 21:
These errors typically occur when security software interferes with the restore and update process. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues to resolve this issue. In rare cases, these errors may be a hardware issue. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server. See iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > Mac OS X > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. If you have software used to perform unauthorized modifications to the iOS device, uninstall this software prior to editing the hosts file to prevent that software from automatically modifying the hosts file again on restart.

If NO to the above and you think it might just be a weird error, you can try resetting the device by pressing the top power button and the home button at the same time until you see an apple appear then let go. your phone will restart.
If it keeps giving you the same error after that, call Applecare.

Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE.
