When i confirm the BP in IC WebClient I get the following error message
Customizing settings missing. assign partner functions to 0010
Please suggest me how to solve this error message.

Hi Venu,
This can be related to a configuration on table ( DNOC_USERCFGT ). You can use SM30 or go through IMG (
SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario specific settings -> service desk -> Partner Determination Procedure -> Use of own partner functions )
The parameter NO_USER_CHECK has to be set to 1 which means : No Existence Check for User.
Other point you need to check is wheater the user you are logged on in the QAS has the external identification correctly maintained in the respective BP on the Solution Manager side.

Error in Vendor Partner Function

I am getting an error while maintainin Partner Function DP -Delivery Plant for vendor MAster data,
Actually when I am maintaing the Partner function DP in EN logon langauge it is allowing to maintain while when maintain the same Partner function DP in Italian Langauge it is giving error message
The following error message is translated to english
Enter a valid role of partners
N.messaggio ME351
diagnosis
The partner functions contained in the scheme entered is not L1, which is attributed to the type of document purchases.
procedure
Insert a partner functions defined in the schema partners (you can view via the help function allowed values), or add the schema L1 partner functions in the customizing Purchase.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Error show no valid role of partner role in vendor account group.
Why you are using partner schema L1
1st assign Partner Function DP -Delivery Plant (partner role) to vendor account group(ZV01) in following path:
SPRO->MM->Purchasing->Partner Determination-> partner roles->Permissible partner roles per account group
Now define partner schemas (Z111) & keep partner function u201CDPu201D under partner schemas Z111 in following path:
SPRO->MM->Purchasing->Partner Determination->Partner setting in Vendor master record-> Define partner Schema
Then, assign partner schemas Z111 to vendor account group(ZV01) in following path:
SPRO->MM->Purchasing->Partner Determination->Partner setting in Vendor master record-> Assign partner schema to account Group

First let me start by saying that I know next to nothing about Flash. I have inherited a website maintenance project that has a Flash rotating image banner. I have managed to get the images to fade-in and fade-out correctly, but now I need to make these images clickable - linking images to pages in the website. I have read many posts here and have reviewed the video tutorials. I have been able to get the first image clickable using this AS3 action:

Error message when using function module HRIQ_TESTRESULTS_CREATE

Hi,
I need your help, I'm trying to use function module HRIQ_TESTRESULTS_CREATE to create external test results, I've used this function before without subscores, now I need to create subscores, but I get the message: "Grading scale UBID applies".
The test type EXAM_UB_ING has assigned the UBID academic scale, which has a range from 1 to 677. Test type EXAM_UB_ING has 3 subtests (grammar, listening and reading) which also have the UBID academic scale assigned.
I think this isn't a customizing problem because I can create test results with subscores using the PIQST00 transaction, the error message happens just when using the function module.

I just noticed. You are populating SUBTESTSCALE_ID in subtest result structure.That's the reason it's throwing this error. it is trying to match Scale ID from test with value in sub test result scale ID.

Solution: Problem solved. Error was the name of the attribute. It has to be POST_CODE1_IB
and not ZPOST_CODE1_IB.

Problen in assigning partner function at the time of creation of lead .

          I have requirement , where as soon as bp will be created a lead has to be generated mentioning the BP as sales prospect (partner function) . I have to assign employee reponsible partner function too in lead , at the same time .
I have used BAPI :BAPI BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI to create the lead .
But its not accepting the partner function as well as organisation details , giving error like Ref field for Partner ,Orgman are not allowed.
Can any one tell me where and how can I assign the Partner function in case of my reuirement .

There is a requirement to display a error message in vd02 for partner function tab when ship to party is exist in LFA1-KUNNR's .
I am using the User exit EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 to dispaly error message .
The problem is the message is displaying in different tab (general data -contact person),but i need in (sale area data - partner function tab),
And there is a single exit for the t-code (D) EXIT_SIAM_001 .
Please suggest me how to display error message on the same tab of partner function.

Budget Exceeded but no Error message Assign more than allocated

Hi Gurus,
I am stuck in a situation where the Error Message BP603 while creating a PO for a wbs at level 2.
IN cj30 , i found out that Budget = 69500000 and assigned = 69950772
if i create a PO OF even .30 (thirty paisa) the budget exceeded amount = 450772.35, which is actually the diffrecene betweenn assigned and Budgeted values.
Now we are not able to raise any PO
Below is tolerance limit

In Budget report, Assigned value = Actual + Commitment
If your assigned value is great than Budget, then you will get Budget exceeded error when you try to do any further posting against specific WBS element.
So, you will need to supplement Budget to cover shortfall.
You can also refer following SAP note which shows how assigned value is calculated.

Error message in planning function

I have implemented a plausibility check for values in a planning function:
IF { Z6SLSPRIC } = 0 AND NOT {Z6SLSQTY} IS INITIAL.
     MESSAGE E000(ZOP1) .
     MESSAGE E001(ZOP1).
     MESSAGE I003(ZOP1).
ENDIF.
With raising an error message the data will not be saved. Unfortunately the function sends the message '...ended with errors'. I think this is the cas because of raising an error message. How is it possible to raise an error message without getting the function standard message?

I think the syntax is correct. The function works and give the implemented messages without saving the data.
After that I get the following message: "Planning function Z6OPF4 ( Z6OPF4 ) ended with errors".
How is it possible to suppress such system messages?
I think the function is working fine. The message mentioned above is the result of raising an error message in my code...

Hello Vijaya,
Incase of BAPI's they have a return table parameter T_RETURN. Just read that return table to get the error message.
Incase of normal function modules, there will be exceptions raised for the message used inside the function module. Just read the sy-subrc after the FM and based on the sy-subrc value find the respective exception raised.
May be you can try like this, whenever the message is raised it will be stored in the system variable.
CALL FM.
check for the system variables.
sy-msgid = Message ID of the latest message raised.
sy-msgno = message number of the latest message raised.
sy-msgty = message type of the latest message raised.
sy-msgv1 = variable1 of the latest message raised.

Is it possible to circumvent error message within a function module?

Hello friends,
Is it possible to circumvent error message generation from within a function module? My program calls a FM (namely FKK_S_CADOCUMENT_WRITEOFF) to do some updates. However, in certain cases this FM throws error messages and terminates the whole process. I cannot control the aftermath because it never gets back to the calling program.It stops at the FM level and not at my program level.
In essence, what I would like to do is to let the FM do its thing, generate some kind of exception (but no error message), come back to the calling program, and then I can capture the status in my program and do what is necessary from then on.

Do not use Excerption Tab.
Instead declare a variable or Structure at export parameter.
Which will return you error Description or Status of the FM.
For Example.
Goto Se37 ---> key in FM name of yours.
Go to Table tab
At Parameter Name Column key in RETURN, Type as LIKE and Associate type as BAPIRET2.

You fallow these steps this may help you to full fill your requirement.
1.Define the partner function in the IMG-->Sales and Distribution >Basic functions>Partner Dterminatin.
3.You pur that partner function in your ship to party procedure then chek the mark as mandatory.
3.you assign that partner function to your ship to party account group
4.You assign that ship to party procedure to your ship to party account group.
5. Now you create master data with that account group here you enter the sales employee in the Partner functions tab in the sales area data.
(Bur you need to main tain the master data for that sales employee).
6.if you create sales order with that ship to party sales employ also will come in the sales order.
