if i send a PDF one of our customer can't open the PDF File and he had the following error message.
Error Message: Die eingebettete Schrift "JWJUIQ+ArialMT" konnte nicht entnommen werden. Einige Zeichen werden u.U. nicht korrekt angezeigt bzw. gedruckt.
Plese help, where i can add this "JWJUIQ+ArialMT" i have no idea.

kann es sein, dass dies eine der JW-Schriften von dort ist: Fonts by JW // Type | dafont.com? Ich vermute 'mal, dass es besser wäre eine ähnliche Schrift aus dem auf Euren Rechnern vorhandenen Schriftarten zu benutzen.

We are having problems with an error using the font DIN in Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro.
It appears when opening from pages 4.3 and keynote 5.3 exported PDFs on several macs running OSX 10.10.1.
The PDFs work fine using preview but with the current version of Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro most of the time the error appears and the PDF is useless.

We never had problems with this working routine for years using the DIN font, this versions of keynote and pages and the current version of the Adobe Reader.
As this error also appears on windows pcs where no PDF viewer other than Adobe Reader is available this is a huge problem.
Any ideas where to look for the problem?

wie encounter the same problem with DIN-RegularAlternate. But we still run macs with 10.9 and we generate PDF from Word documents. But the exact same Problem.
One thing i worked out: Take a "defect" pdf in preview, export it as .ps (postscript), open it again with preview and save this file as pdf again. The resulting pdf will be readable in Acrobat WITH no error message.

Ich kann diesen Fehler in keinem Buch reproduzieren, aber hast Du es mal mit dieser Lösung versucht, siehe: Re: iPhoto 11 - deleted cover page ?
Einfach einmal irgendwo im Buch eine neue leere Doppelseite einfügen und dann diese beiden Seiten zwischen die letzte Seite und den Einband verschieben. In anderen Fällen hat dieses die leerseiten magisch in einen neuen Einband verwandelt.

We are fellow users here on these forums, if you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support then only they can potentially fix it. You've tried logging out and back into your account on your since they said that it should be fixed ?

Wenn ich bei meinem MacBook auf Softwareaktualisierung gehe, dann sucht er erst ne Weile und dann kommt die folgende Meldung:

Und er findet dann natürlich keine Updates. Woran kann das liegen?

Geben Sie es einige Zeit, vielleicht ein paar Tage, wir denke, es ist weil Apple einige Software wie iOS 6 gestern rollte die Server überlastet werden könnte.

I have CS6 Design & Web Premium. I used Acrobat X from the package for several month. I installed test version of Acrobat XI. After test period I deinstalled it and wanted to install Acrobat X again. But every time I start the Set-up.exe I get a message "Folgende Probleme sind aufgetreten: Installer konnte nicht initialisiert werden...." (see screenshot). I tried several times to restart, but it is not working. Could not find a useful help so far in FAQ.

Beim Export von InDesign in PDF wird die Seiteninformation weder angezeigt noch gedruckt.

Ich arbeite auf InDesign CS6, 8.02 sowie auf Adobe Reader 11.0.09. Seit ich mein Betriebssystem auf OSX Yosemite, Version 10.10 aufdatiert habe, funktioniert weder im InDesign noch im Reader die Funktion «Seiteninformation». Beschnittzeichen, Passermarken sowie Farbalken werden korrekt angezeigt und gedruckt. Kennt jemand dieses Problem?

I solved my own problem. Hopefully this will help someone else.
I did a DFU restore, then started it up as a new phone on iTunes. Everything loaded properly, then from iTunes did a restore from backup, selected the one I wanted and it still took me to the same screen with 3 options of restore. I chose the start up as new phone from the actual phone and after all the syncing was completed, my phone is back in working order.
