Error Message "User account has been deactivated"

Hello, I'm having some issues with some users because when they try to sign on into Cisco Jabber or Webex Communicator the next error message is shown "User account has been deactivated". I was checking their Active Directory account and have no issues, everything works fine. If any of these users try to SSO on a different computer the same message appears, so I can discard a problem with the app, maybe we have to check something on the server but I don't know where to start or what can I do to solve and prevent future issues. I'm from technical support but if something has to be checked on the server I can involve the administrator.

 You are having this problem with only part of your users, am I correct?
 Are you trying to SSO "users with problems" on a computer that works with some users?

    Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

    Ok here is what is says, "To continue using your account it must be enabled by the itunes Music Store Customer Service." I have looked everywhere and find out what I should do. I have already authorized my itunes and it works fine I just can't buy any music. thanks

    It sounds like you have successfully changed your password twice but you are still being prompted that your Apple ID has been disabled due to security reasons. I would reach out to our Account Security team direcly for your region.

    Hi Expert ,
    I'm working with SAP Business Objects 4.0 SP2 patch 5 and SAP Enterpriseportal. I want to use Single Sign On with trusted authentication in enterprise portal. EP administrator has created an infoview in order to be able to connect the portal and BO.
    I have configured trusted authentication in BO but when I try to use the infoview from the portal the following error appear:
    "Account Information Not Recognized: The user account has been disabled.(FWB 00012) "
    the user used in the sap portal is also defined and active in sap BO.
    In order to activate SSO in BO I executed the following steps:
    1. Log onto the CMC.
    2. Went to the Authentication management area.
    3. Select the Enterprise option. The "Enterprise" dialog box opens.
    4. Scroll down until I see "Trusted Authentication".
    4.a. Click Trusted Authentication is enabled.
    4.b. Click New Shared Secret.
    4.c. Click Download Shared Secret.
    5. Selected Update to commit the shared secret.
    6. Saved the trustedprincipal.conf file in the boe server in the path:
    'D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects
    Enterprise XI 4.0\win32_x86'
    7. Modified the file 'D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP
    BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config\default\global.properties'
    sso.enabled=true
    sso.sap.primary=false
    trusted.auth.shared.secret=
    trusted.auth.user.param=

    Hi Giovanni,
    The configuration you have wonu2019t work. You have two different web application servers: Netweaver and Tomcat. Your user credentials are only established in one of them: Netweaver. When you configure trusted authentication in Tomcat you have to authenticate the user in this Web Application server. The REMOTE_USER canu2019t pass from one server to another.
    You can confirm this capturing your request using Fiddler in your browser.

    i have the same problem with my 3gs and tried to add my email acc+pass in the outgoing server but it got rejected.
    just bin on the phone(45min) with my carrier support about this issue they are pretty much scratching there head, the settings i should use gets verified with no problems when i add the outgoung server, but still cant send mails.

    I am trying to process multiple idocs together which will create/update info records using the program RBDAPP01.  But it is processing correctly only single record and for all other records its giving the error message "This change has been superseded by another"
    The function module used for processing is IDOC_INPUT_INFREC and when I checked this error is coming from it.  Infact it is comparing the output of FM IDOC_SERIALIZATION_CHECK  and populating the error message.
    If we process the same record in single, it is processing correctly and not giving such kind of message.
    I am not sure what is happening here.  Please help.

    I was trying to create multiple PIR for same material using multiple idocs.  And that is the reason it is giving the error when trying to process the idocs together. When I tried changing the same into one record ie different PIR for same article in one idoc, its processing correctly.

    My orcladmin user account has been expired. According to the docs i use oidpasswd connect=SID reset_su_password=true to reset the account. I run that command successfully but i am not able to login through orcladmin user.
    Apps Server - 10.1.X
    Any suggestions?

  • Firefox won't open - get error message "this operation has been cancalled due to restrictions in place on this account..."

    I can't open firefox - every time I try I get the above error message. This has started after no apparent changes or updates to my system, just a normal shut down. I have tried changing the registry .htm, .html etc. file names and reinstalling as suggested but this doesn't work. The only way I can open firefox is after I have reinstalled it and it automatically launches a browser.
    I can open firefox in a new user account which suggests something has changed in the account I usually use but I have no idea what since I have not made any changes myself and can't see anything that would suggest it is blocking firefox from opening. I've run a virus scan and it is coming up clean.
    Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be very grateful for some help.

    Hi mcclausky, you may need to manually remove a policy setting from the registry. You also should scan for malware that might have created this problem.

    I understand you're receiving a message "Wireless communication has been disabled, contact the Administrator". I will do my best to assist you. Before trying a reset on this printer, I would try these steps:
    1) Please follow this HP document on accessing the Embedded Web Server.
    2) On the side, click settings, then Administrator settings
    3) Under connectivity make sure everything has a check mark (Enabled)
    If this doesn't work, then please let me know and I will assist you further.

    Maybe your case is related to this issue.
    In such case you should no use the usersnames and groups (Users (Benutzer) andGuests (Gste) during the first configuration!
    Otherwise try to reinstall the OS using the HDD recovery procedure again!
    Press F8 choose Repair my Computer HDD recovery
