Error: package 'ORE' was built before R 3.0.0: please re-install it

Question

Hi ,
I am a new in R , I have installed R from cran website version 3.0.1
Then installed ORE server . client,supporting client version 1.3.1
now while running the command from R console > library('ORE')
The error is coming as :
Error: package ‘ORE’ was built before R 3.0.0: please re-install it
I am using windows 7 , so any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot Sherry , I have crossed that phase , now I am getting the following :

From the different forums I found out that this may be due to the setting of tsnames.ora and listener.ora , so here I copied those ones too. Also I am using Oracle 11.2.o.3.
