Error starting connector for SugarCRM

Question

We are currently in testing the SugarCRM connector and the RivaCRM to find out which solution will be ok for us.
I have installed and configured the connector, but was not able to start it. I get always this error message:
"An error has occurred starting the connector.
Show Details
Error: Please verify that the Connector Manager is running and that the connectors.xml is correctly configured."
The Connector Manager should not be the problem, cause mobility connector, GroupWIse connector and Managment Engine is running.
The SugarCRM version is: Version 5.5.0a (Build 6659)
Here is the XML setting for this connector, my colleague told me these.
The same settings work for RivaCRM connector.

I hope anyone can help to get the connector up and running.
