Error starting Web Start App: automation server cannot create object

When starting Web Start Application without java installation just by starting javaws xyz.jnlp in Windows2000 there comes 2 times the Error Message "Microsoft JScript: automation server cannot create object", but the application starts nevertheless.
Where does this error come from?
How can we avoid it?

Hi, This is about msxml4 removal from my application for security reason.
Currently in my application Outlook Addin with VB6 using Office2010 and outlook object is refering with MSOUTL.OLB from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14
When unregister MSXML4.dll to remove the dependacy of it and use MSXML6.dll, My application getting error.
VB6 outlook.Attachments getting ActiveX cannot create object error
if i register msxml4.dll again, then the same is working fine.
Pls suggest how to remove msxml4 dependancy without this error

Firstly, you shouldn't be messing with the system dlls.
Secondly, do you create an instance of the outlook.Attachments object (using "new" etc.)? That object cannot be created, you can only retrieve if from an Outlook item (e.g. MailItem.Attachments property).

Okay, pls check that you are logged in as administrator and installed and now you are logged in as administrator and registering the iAS server. Did you get any installation failures while installing and are you able to register the server using iASAT ?

I've downloaded 3 application on my device 9800.
at last i've download one app from Blackberry App World.
When i open that application, Its throws error.

I'm unble to open it. I've deleted and re install the app. Nothing has been help. I've tried to download others app. Its downloaded. But not open. the same problem has thrown.

Have you tried a Battery Pull Restart ? As you are constantly getting that error and unable to open any Apps that you download then to rule out any Software issue please reload your device Software ,but do a complete Backup of your device before that :

When Customer is Created / Updated using Receivables or TCA APIs in Oracle Apps 11.5.10, all registered Business Events are firing and subscription code (PL/SQL Rule Function) is executing successfully.
In Administrator Workflow window, Notifications tab showing System Error: Warning Message for all the events which are subscribed.
eg:
"System: Error Event WARNING : oracle.apps.ar.hz.CustAccount.create /
oracle.apps.ar.hz.CustAccount.create62829 " Warning Message.

Whenever there is a requirement of raising a Business Event due to some custom activity, you should call wf_event.raise to do this.
Just google to see the parameters you need to pass it while calling it.

Error handling an evaluation process request. Cannot create process. NativeErrorCode:193

Hi,
I always get the following error. This happens every time I try to use Power Query to import data (even if I try to simply load a local CSV file).
I can select the CSV file, or chose the desired online-search data source, but when the data should be pulled into Excel, I get "Error handling an evaluation process request. Cannot create process. NativeErrorCode:193"
and I'm stuck.
I have already tried to:
execute Excel 2013 as Administrator
connect directly to Internet (without the company proxy)
Set “run as administrator” to all users on D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Power Query for Excel\bin\Microsoft.Mashup.Container.exe
I'm running Windows 8 Pro (64 bit), Office 365 ProPlus (32 bit) and
PowerQuery_2.10.3598.81 (32-bit).
Any suggestions?

Are you familiar with using tools like Process Monitor (aka procmon) for debugging? This error suggests to me that there's some kind of bad machine state that's interfering with the loading of the executable, and this kind of problem tends to be pretty hard
to debug.
Some of the easier things to do and check:
1) Run "chkdsk /f" against each of your drives to ensure there are no disk issues.
2) Enable tracing and send us the logs. There's a description for how to enable traces at

I'm getting the following error when I try to obtain the PSReportFactory:
     Cannot create object CrystalEnterprise.PSReportFactory.
I am using BusinessObjects XI R2 .Net sdk and Visual Studio 2005. I am also connecting to Crystal Reports Server 2008. Here is my code:

I solved this issue by installing all the Developer Components from the Crystal Reports XI R2 disk. I had previously installed only the sdk for BusinessObjects XI R2 .Net sdk for .net 2.
Now when I run my application, I get an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error in the viewer. I tried adding a virtual directory in iis pointing to the crystalreportviewer115 folder. But this has not helped.
Is there something else that I should be installing in my deployment? I have tried everything I could find on various forums, but nothing works.
Also, I have simplified my code and removed the creation of the PSReportFactory. Here is what I have now:

Could any one please suggest possible reason and solution for teh below error in Essbase.

I have been trying to update the outline (using data and rules files) When trying to save changes I keep receivng errors similar to this one (object name tends to vary at each attampt).
When making manual changes I am able to save the updated outline (working on TEST database).
Version of essbase is 6.5.6 in unix environment.

Errors starting Portal Admin Server after configuring RDBMS Security Store.

Hi,
I'm using WLST to build and configure the portal domain. I've already had our DBA run all the necessary scripts on the Database.
We are using WLP 10.3 on RHEL 4 and Oracle 10G RAC. I read on some thread that RDBMS is only compatble with verion 10.3.2 but why is the feature in 10.3?
The error below seems to point to the URL; does this mean that the RDBMS config does not support RAC databases?
Hope someone can shed light on this as it's pretty urgent.

Thanks, Ravi - already did all that. I have managed to stand the whole cluster up but two niggly things - one more so!
First, when I start any of the managed servers for the forst time, I get the error below; it's as if the managed server can't download the ldap config from the AdminServer - subsequent restarts work fine though.

Secondly, both managed server are starting in ADMIN mode because some of the libraries aren't getting deployed. Think this is due to clashes in the Implementation-Version. I get the errors below (loads of the libraries - approx a third but I just pasted this for brevity) although after starting them with nodemanager and they go into ADMIN mode, I can always click on resume which then starts them up. Any idea why this is the case?

Error starting the MDM server in client system

Hi MDM Experts,
I am new to MDM and we have just installed MDM 5.5 on our system. We are able to 'Mount the Repository' via the MDM Console on the client side but when we try to 'Start MDM Server', we encounter the error below:
"Error starting MDM server: The machine (server name) is not Windows-based. The MDM server cannot be started from this application; please use CLIX on the machine instead."
What must we do to resolve this error? Please help us on this matter.

Hi ASP,
MDM server operations can Be performed through Console only if your Server is Windows based.
You can perform the some repository options through Console ,but for any Server based operations like Mounting the server,Start/Stop server etc you will have to operate through the CLIX ie Command line interface.
I Guess yours is a Unix based system or something else which is not Windows based.
so it will not allow you,
Either you install your server on a windows based system to operate through Console.
Or if you want to continue with the NON windows based system then you will have to use CLIX for most of your Console opeartions.

This particular log entry looks like your problem:

Check using netstat to see if that port is already in use.
Shared libraries don't need to be on the classpath, they are deployed similar to applications, so I'm confused by your comment about putting them on the classpath. I assume you're using Node Manager to start the server from the AdminConsole, if you want to use a difference classpath either use the StartupScriptEnabled=true in nodemanager.properties OR put the extra classpath entries on the Server Start tab in the console.
