ERROR: subscription expired but didn't,  did it? ... WTF?!

When trying to start Photoshop CC a error message pops up telling me that theres a
problem with my subscription / account so I cannot longer use photoshop cc. I need to do some stuff today/tomorrow.
So F*CK!  ( did he just write ..? yeah) The dialog also provides a link to my account management page. So I went there.

Yay, clearly states "expired". So okay, then just re-new it right? Far from it!
When I click on "Photoshop-Fotografieprogramm" I get the following info:
WTF? On the right it shows me, that your SAP soap/web service configuration sucks. On the left side you are telling
me, that my subscription is still valid and will be automatically re-newed on the fourth of mai 2015. You also provide me
with two options: "upgrading" and "qutting" (which does nothing but showing a message that I need to contact support to
quit. Thats cool. Straight forward UX - awesome!)
Subscribing again from the Photoshop CC product page   did not work. Before the very last step in the
order formular, a error message pops up, giving me the advice to try it later or change my browser. This one made my day.
Tried several times now - it does not work.
FIX THIS! Please.

    i just called hbo now.  they are on system overload.  apparently no one can sign in.  she recommended i try to sign in during the middle of the night to see if it works. they "hope" to have the problems resolved in short order.  she said not to sign up for a new subscription because you will be charged for 2 subscriptions.

    Hey everyone. I have a really annoying problem. I have downloaded Photoshop via the Creative Cloud App and once I open it, it tells me that my Subscription is expired. I click on "Try again" and then it tells me, that it was activated successfully. Once I click continue it tells me again, that my subscription expired – This continues infinitely. I have fresh installed my System (OS X Yosemite) and tried it also on my other System. So what's the deal? I appreciate your help a lot! 

    Thank you but all that not worked. I'm stuck in a infinite activation loop. It tells me that my account is activated and right after that, that it's not, and this repeats infinitely on all systems.
    I really think that this is a server-side issue. I never had this issue. It happened when my Subscription expired and I bought a new (yearly) subscription.
    I really appreciate your help, but I think, that this is a bigger issue.

  • Error "Subscription Expired" when starting MUSE

    I recently installed MUSE CC as part of the ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD. I have a current membership and are currently working with InDesign CC, Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC and even Dreamweaver CC in the same machine. I used the installer as with any other program but I get the attached  error when starting MUSE CC. Again, it does happen only with ADOBE MUSE, I am able to work with any other CC application. Moreover, I installed a trial version of MUSE CC on another computer following the suggestion of a ADOBE Support Rep, and I got the same error. I called again, and the support rep asked me to call on Monday!.
    Does anybody knows how to fix this bug? Many thanks in advance

    I already replied:
      - Mac OS X 10.9 but I also use a Dell Windows Laptop
       - No proxies or firewalls
       - I am able to use any other CC app such as Dreamweaver CC, Photoshop CC, Indesign CC, etc.

    Check under App Store/Purchases for your purchase. Install it from there again. ... Hopefully you did buy this from Apple's App Store, right!

    You can't use the IMEI number for tracking it, you can only potentially do that if you had Find My iPhone enabled on it - if you did then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com or the Find My iPhone app on another iOS device.
    For the IMEI number, do you have you got the phone's box or have a backup of the phone on your computer's iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061 ?
    If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

    My Acrobat 8 Pro is failing to print to a pdf from multiple software.  I get an error message that a repair fixes but only for a little while.  Pretty soon the trial version of 9 that I installed pops up telling me it has expired but it would take me to a way to buy a valid serial number and then 8 stops working again.  I’d be happy if the 8 I paid for worked right or I could get 9 for a small cost but I cannot afford $450 or $20/month.  I need a permanent solution that I should be already paid for with 8 pro.

    After multiple repair procedures with reboot in AA8 I was eventually able to restore the printing to pdf function from various software.  However I have again lost my Acrobat tab in Outlook 2007.  I need that back, but today an even bigger problem arose.  AA8 has stopped printing to fax.  It faxes a blank page.  The only fax printing option is “Microsoft Shared Fax Driver”.  My fax software is “Windows Fax and Scan” and it was working fine just a couple weeks ago.  My OS is Windows 7 Professional.
    I have tried doing the updates you referred to but I get error messages like these:
    “No qualifying products found to apply this update, or update has been already applied”
    or
    “The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing , or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.  Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.”

    What is the latest iOS for iPad 2? Is it iOS 7 or can you update to 8?
    all I remember is that my iPad mini performed poorly under iOS 7. Try to update it to the very latest version. Also you will have to use iOS 8.1.3, because 8.1.2 is no longer signed in case you were trying to install that. You can get the latest IPSW from http://IPSW.me just enter in your device and it will forward you to the right Apple ios download link.
    Another thing is keeping your device memory free, if you have a 16 gig device, it's harder to keep space free. my iPad mini is 16 gig, but all I can ever keep free is 1 GB so I keep it at that. Turn off "iCloud photo sharing beta" and that will help a little bit. also when you do a restore from iTunes, don't restore your backup right away, see how it performs fresh, and then add your apps back in one at a time you might have to sacrifice photos and other personal things for performance.

    You must first make the purchase, then you will receive the serial number you are asking about.  YOu do not acquire the serial number thru the software.  You acquire it thru the purchase, possibly via a follow-up confirmation  email.
