Error when configuring the MDK Plug-in Information

After configuring the MDK Plug-in in Eclipse, I press "Test Settings" and the Mobile Engine is not started. Three things happen:
1) I receive an error: "Cannot find the file '-classpath' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available"
2) I get a message "tools.jar found, Connection to ME successful, Invoking browser was successful"
3) A browser launches with the address http://localhost:4444/me with a "Page cannot be displayed"
I have been able to login to Mobile Engine, and I have had the Tomcat Server running.
At this point, the ME is not pointing to a SAP Server.
Settings were:
ME Installation folder: C:\Program Files\SAPMobileEngine
Java SDK tools.jar file C:\jdk13112\lib\tools.jar
ME Server Name: localhost
ME webapp root: me
ME webapp TCP port: 4444
Command Line to run browser: cmd /C start iexplore
ME Login: brgradst
ME Password: *****
In my environment variables I have
Variable Name: JAVA_HOME
Variable: C:\jdk13112
Variable Name: Path
Variable: %JAVA_HOME%\bin;%PATH%
Variable Name: TOMCAT_HOME
Variable: C:\KILL\tomcat\jakarta-tomcat-3.3.2
The URL of the instructions I was following was: http://localhost:4444/mdk/content/eclipse/eclipsemdkwizardsconfiguration.html

I'm wondering if your SAP Server realy is running on the 'localhost'? Don't you work on a seperate machine? Try the MDK-config with the server name of your SAP server, e.g.: ME SERVER NAME: sapserver or so (in case you're working on a different machine)
With that your browser should display the page.

Using the OUD as user story. When trying to create a userstore in OAM, i am getting the below error. However, when i click on test connection, it shows sucessfully.

Setup was stopped from this point.

Desktop Manager version is 5.0 downloaded from Blackberry website.
ACT version is 2010.

Error message "Error when scheduling the query(JOB_CLOSE)".

While using query extractor (rscrm_bapi) I am getting error message "Error when scheduling the query(JOB_CLOSE)".

Hi Uday,
This problem can occur if you changed the query definition.
In this case the query definition would be inconsistent with the existing extract structure.
Certain Meta information is maintained with each extract defined using the RSCRM_BAPI. If the definition of the query is changed and you need to use the same extract table then you need to delete the extract using the report RSCRMBW_DEL_ALL_EXTRACTS selecting the extract you want
to delete.
After this you could use the same table name for any further extract that you need to create.
One caution is that the extract table should not be deleted through any other transaction before you run the report.

Hi All,
I am facing a peculiar problem while executing an infoset query.I have created 2 customized fields Compa-ratio and PIR in infotype 0008 in an infoset.I have coded in these additional fields.
When I execute a query using 1 of these customized fields the report is generated correctly.But when I put both the fields in the output the report shows an error "Error when generating the report (see long text)". The message# associated with this errAQ_AD_HOC221.
I have also checked the data types and the references. Nothing seems to be wrong here.
Does anybody has any clue about this ?

I had a look at those notes. But the information provided did'nt prove to be helpful. I found out the problem. I was using the same local variable for both the fields in their code. This generated the error. This error is a very generic one and does'nt help in finding out what exactly is the problem.
I changed the other local variable and it started working. When I was using the same variable that time I did'nt forget to clear the values but the query still generated the error.

It can't find an Endeca specific class when running via the clover command line utility. Thus, the classpath being set in that shell script is not incorporating the .jar files where the endeca-specific classes are packaged. I would start by adding an line to see what your classpath is set to. There are actually already some lines of shell script in clover that you can uncomment to see what .jars are getting loaded:

I think so, my error is because otherwise customizing the salary statement is seen in ERP (Back-End) but I can not see through the sap portal (Error: Salary Statement http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/3007/payroll2.jpg)

Error messages in 11g, from a UI standpoint, are severely deficient. How about looking in the content server logs and posting some more information?

Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD

I am working on a scenario JDBC - XI - BW (ABAP Proxies). I configured all the steps required to connect XI & BW systems. The SLDCHECK transaction is all green. I was able to connect to SLD from BW using SXMB_IFR tcode too. I was able to look at all the XI Repository interfaces from SPROXY tcode in BW. Created a new ABAP proxy (class interface and method) for the message interface in XI from BW (SPROXY Tcode). Created all required config in XI Directory. Got the message from JDBC adapter, mapping done successfully, and the message failed in the CALL Adapter Step.
The error is "Error when reading the ID of the business system from the SLD for system BWS and client 100."
What could have gone wrong. Thanks in advance.

While updating Cost Center Planning system(KP06) its giving the below error:
System error when locking the data records.
Message no. KI502
Diagnosis
The lock to protect the data records being processed could not be set. The
probable reason for this is that the SAP locking table is full and no more
entries can be added.
Procedure
Inform your system administrator immediately
No planning data has been changed
Message no. K8038
Diagnosis
You used Post. While preparing the data for posting, the SAP System
determined that no changes were made in the available databank values.

I've created a new datasource for this app, but still faced the same problem.
PS: I also found some error when validate the SampAp application view, so I've changed it a little. I don't know if the application view design may cause this problem. Thanks for your reply.

From another post which I think relates to same sort of issue the solution was :-
On your server > Change your "Standards and formats" into English(United States) in "Regional and Language Options".
This was due to the currency format being in chinese.

It was good practice to redo the security when migrating from XIR2 to XI3.1.
So if you migrate from XIR2 to BI4, I think it might be a good idea to do it also.
Try first to see if you have the same issue by recreating a new group.
If it works fine, then you should use this new one.

When run the same in the test run, there isn't any error log. but when i deselect the same & run iam getting an error like

If there is a programming error, please inform your system administrator.
If this behavior is intentional, you can deactivate error message FAGL_COFI 025 in Customizing or change the error message into a warning message or an information message.
