Error when gathering a distribution

We are currently running ZFS 3.0.2 and are having an error when trying to
distribute a large package with many (over 3000) files. The error is:
Gather (name and path of application) stopped with an unknown error. The
TED.log file has the same information. I haven't seen this before and
cannot find anything on the web. Other packages distribute fine. Anyone
have any ideas?

If there is no extra information in the TED.LOG, see if the log-level in
the distributorobject is set to level 6.
We do have the same error, but ther is extra info in the ted.log that
says *** Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
If you do have the same error, read the TID's about memorytuning. Look at
tuning the User Address Space.

Error when archiving app for distribution

Hey guys here is a bit of info about my problem
Basically I’m getting an error when I try to archive my app for distribution. The error has to do with my certificate/distribution/provisioning profile(s).
Here's the error:
Command /usr/bin/codesign failed with exit code 1
If anybody has any pointers, would be highly appreciated.

Note that 'Command /usr/bin/codesign failed with exit code 1' is a generic error. There can be any number of reasons that can can combine in any number of ways to cause it.
No one can pick your issue apart based on that error alone. You'll waste timing trying this and that, only to wind up back at TN2250, which is flatly your best resource.
I can't emphasize enough that you need to follow it to the letter. A hit/miss trail/error approach WILL dig a hole that you'll never get out of and I suspect you're there now. Visit the iOS Dev Center to witness thread after thread and to see that you're just spinning your wheels otherwise.
Your best approach now is to houseclean and start over. Then step thru TN2250, stopping when you don't understand any step and asking specific questions about it - use the iOS Dev Center forums.

iam getting an error while running a Distribution Cycle KSV5 Resulting in error when deselected the test run chk box.
When run the same in the test run, there isn't any error log. but when i deselect the same & run iam getting an error like

Diagnosis

The balance on segment 9999 is 50.00 (transaction currency), 0.00 (object currency), and 50.00 (controlling area currency).

With the standard settings, postings cannot be made to the document because the balance for segment and partner segment does not amount to zero. This may be due to a programming error, or this setting may have been made (perhaps unintentionally) in the BAdIs for determining the segment or partner segment.
Procedure
If there is a programming error, please inform your system administrator.
If this behavior is intentional, you can deactivate error message FAGL_COFI 025 in Customizing or change the error message into a warning message or an information message.

No Driver Error when including Traditional DAQ in CVI 9.0 Distribution Kit

I have some legacy code (CVI 6.0) that I wanted to upgrade recently. The biggest reason was the ability to add the device drivers to the distribution kit. When I installed the software on a new machine I got a No Driver Error when doing a CounterStart call . In the past that error meant that I had not included CVI support when I installed Traditional DAQ. Since it was installed as part of a distribution kit I can't see what elements were installed. I assume since it was included as part if a CVI distribution kit that CVI support is automatically. How can I get rid of the no driver error?

Error when submitting responses

Some respondents receive an error when submitting survey results. Could there be a timing issue with the server if many responses are coming in at the same time? Or could the error be caused at the senders location?

we are trying to catch it. It flashes quickly before results are submitted (via iPad) and communication is ended. It may be a timing issue. Let me look into this further. Could be the user too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Error when implementing CUA

Hi,
I wanted to implement a test of CUA with my DEV systems (DEV R3, DEV BW, and DEV SRM). When i've created the model distribution in my central system (DEV R3 client 030), and saved the model, i had the following error in my child system (DEV SRM) : "ERROR when starting the text comparison". I didn't have any error in the other systems (DEV R3 and DEV BW).
I've checked my RFC connections, I don't know how to sove this problem.

OK, I've solved the problem by myself.
In fact, I didn't have an RFC user connection between my child system DEV SRM and my central system DEV R3. I had just RFC users connection between my central system and my child systems...

recently bought itunes match since then it stops working when gathering information on the last step . i have up to date itunes and everything ive had no problems before this plz help .

RFC error when sending logon data

We cannot configure the STMS of our development system. When we try to

You are right. The problem was releated with secstore. I found a SAP note ( Note 1532825 - Deleting SECSTORE entries during system export/system copy). I created the program which ise mentioned in the note and than run it. After that everything seems ok now.

Installation error when installing CS6 on Mac?

I keep getting an installation error when I try to install CS6 on my Macbook Pro. It says "installer failed to initialize, this could be due to a missing file". It also shows troubleshooting tips. Error Building LW 2010 Distribution Kit

I get the following error when trying to build my distribution kit on a factory test set PC. The same kit will build on my work laptop.
I have found various posts of similar problems building distributions with LW, LV, Test Stand, etc. but none are exactly like this and none of the other solutions has worked.

I am wondering if there is a difference in software installed on your machine from your laptop to your test machine. Specifically it looks like the NI Security Update has not been included. There were a couple of knowledgebase articles specific to this particular update indicating its importance, especially for pre CVI 2010 SP1 runtimes.

Error when sending infotype 2 via ALE - start date

Hi all,
we are facing the following error when using the standard method for HR distribution: changes in infotype 2 cannot be processed in the receiving system; each change results in a 51 error in the iDoc, with message "PA0002 could not be updatedu201D (msg number 5-108).
For some background: we're using message type HRMD_A06 and the standard configuration as described in the "ALE Quickstart" document. We've sent the full set of employee data via report RHALEINI, and use RBMDIDOC and change pointers to send changes on a daily basis. All infotypes are updated correctly except 2.
From our tests, it seems that the problem is the following:
- the initial send via RHALEINI created infotype 2 records with start date 01.01.1900. The sent iDocs had at the level E1P1TYP for infotype 2, start date 01.01.1800
- the daily report RBMDIDOC is sending the infotype 2 records with their real start date (i.e. birthdate of the employee). Since this is later than 01.01.1900, the replacement of one infotype by another in the receiving system fails. By manually changing the start date of infotype 2 in the receiving system, the next update is successful --but we do not want to manually update all records in the receiving system.
Has anyone else faced this or a similar issue with RHALEINI and infotype start dates?

The mystery has been solved: customer system had a conversion rule for message type HRMD_A in order to send a fixed value of BEGDA for all infotype 2 records.
ALE conversion rules are set via table TBD30.

Olympia error when starting Agent

I am having this error when starting the agent on the new
enterprise edition:

"./oracle_olympia.tcl": no such file or directory
The agent does start (as dbsnmp_status reports running). However,
this error bothers me and I dont know what the impact is.
Any idea?

I am getting the same olympia error message but my agent does not
get started either. I am using Redhat 5.2 and 8.0.5.1EE of Oracle
on Linux. Anything that I might be missing? Thanks ..

Getting an error when upgrading xcode

hi
currently,im getting an error when im trying to upgrade xcode from my mac to the latest version.
the erros is like this:
the product distribution file could not be certified.
it may be damaged or was not signed.
it happen when i trying to upgrade iphoto via app store as well.
hope some one can help me to fix this.

If you would like help from these user forums then saying what the error message was would be useful.

Tried removing dashes from filename, shortenign filename, moving to root directory. No changes. File ends with a .pdf extension.
This is my first attempt to distribute via acrobat.com

I found that I got that same message using Acrobat Professional to send out a document for shared review. I had an exclamation mark in the title of the PDF. When I took out the exclamation mark, it worked.
So maybe try taking out anything "unusual" (parentheses, dashes, exclamation marks, etc.) in the file name and see if that helps.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
