Error when posting to Customer/Business Parnter

Hi,
In payment details, we used the "post to customer" setup so that when we post  in TBB1, it will generate the following entry;
40 - Investment
11 - Customer (BP linked to customer)
The problem is we are encountering this errror;
"Reconciliation account 1239010 or short key 00 is not permitted", recon account that we assigned to BP is actually 2141001.
I believe that there's no configuration on reconciliation account in Treasury, how can I possibly correct this? we have already assigned 2141001 to 1239010 in OBYR.

Hi,
I assume, 1239010 is an alternate G/L account for a spl G/L indicator.  But for posting key 11 you cannot give any spl g/l indicator.  Moreover as far as I know we cannot assign a spl g/l indicator through treasury.
In the the same node, assign the recon account for the customer account symbol.
Moreover if you want a different G/L account other than the one specified in the BP master, create one account and directly assign it to the account symbol.  Now if you look at the document, then at the sub ledger level it will post to BP while it would pick the G/L account specified for the account symbol irrespective of the G/L account specified in the BP master.
