Error while add a stock to an item

hi@all,
here is a difficult problem i wasn't able to solve.
I want to add a new stock to an item in the ItemMasterData at the StockData. After i added the Name of the stock to the table and i click on Update SBO shows me this Message:
Another user-modified table 'items' (OITM) (ODBC - 2039) [Message 131 - 193]
Is there someone who can help me a little bit?

Hi,
In most cases, the error messages comes because after opening the form
at your side, another user opened the same form and applied some
changes. You can close the form, open it again, apply your changes and
then update it to avoid this error message.
But in some cases, even if you close all the clients and login again,
the problem still exists.
Please see if a UDF is causing this. I would suggest to log a message with SAP Business One prodoct support.

Thanks for your quick response. i have created the new payment group(Cash on delivery) and removed creditCard from defaultPaymentGroupType, after that i started getting the above error. So i removed new payment group and kept creditCard as defaultPaymentGroupType.
now i get the below error in my checkout page

Error while saving INtial stock upload thru t-code MB1C

I am getting an error while saving the entered material quantity for initial stock overload thru MB1C
the error is "FOr object RF_BELEG GB10, number range interval 49 doesn't exist FBN1..
I am from SD module. Please help me resolve this issue.

When you are carrying out the MB1C Txn, system document for account ing for the current is not existing, so you are getting this error.
Use FBN1 you will bet the screen Number Ranges for accounting Documents enter Your company code here "XXXX" then click the Intervals push button, you will go to the screen maintain number range Intervals , Check for 49 serial number whether you are having a number range for the current period if not then use the Insert Interval + button and enter 49 ,Year and the from & to number ranges. You can repeat the last years no. range in the current year also.

Dear,
First of all please go to T-code FBKP, click on Document Type, double click on document Type "WA" and check what is the value in Number Range.
For Example there it is 01, then got to FBN1, enter company code and give give 01 and against this maintain number.

It looks like the status you mentioned are of inspection lot.
CRTD mean created status of inspection lot.
CHCR means characterstics required. in your case the the material master inspection view says characterstics required however your inspection plan does not have any cahracterstics.
assign the characterstics to inspection plan & both the status of inspection lot will change. you will be then able to process the inspection lot to move the stock from quality to unrestricted.

since I update Adobe Reader from 10.1.9 to 11.0.07 my old little vb6 PDF-Viewer get an Runtime error by add .Controls.Add("AcroPDF.PDF.1", "AcroPDF1", frmMain)
Error -2147417848 (80010108).
What is change in the Reader-installation or what is the way to slove this error?

This note can not be implemented due to version issue.

Error while editing PO - deleting service line item and creating material line item.

In SAP SRM Extended classic scenario, PO is in 'ordered' status and contains a service line item. While editing this PO, I delete the service line item and create a new material line item. This gives me the following error.
Back end error: Enter G/L account
Back end error: LIne item still contains faulty items.
This happens only with service- material comibination and no other combination(material-service, service-service, material-material).
I need to know the reason for this issue and how it can be solved?

PO Values (Inc Tax):
Item 1: INR 228 L
Item 2: INR 27.83 L   (Payment also done in 2008)
GR for Item 1: INR 207.46 L
Remaining Comm = INR 21.01 L
Item 1 having 73 sub line items.... fo some of the sub-line items GR for some qty already done in last fiscals.
User changing for remaining qty.
Budget Report values:
Previous Years: Budget, Actual & Assigned = 304.85 L
                            Available = 0      (Carry Forward done for Budget & Commitments)
2011:                   Budget = 75.15 L
                            Actual = 53.86 L
                            Comm = 21.01 L   (Same as Remaining Commitment)
                            Avai = 0.28 L

Error while adding the issue for production (item cost not found)

The scenario is,
when the user is trying to add the issue for production system is showing error item cost not
found.The item which is issued is Inventory + purchase item with manual issue method.The valuation
method for that item is FIFO.since the valuation method is FIFO,error related to item cost should
not occur.
Since the valuation method is FIFO.Item cost error should not occur.
The error related to item cost must not occur at the time of issue for production.

Hi Revathy,
I suggest you use SQL Server Management Studio. I am not sure which DTW template you are using. All templatesl map to certain tables in B1. You should perfform a select on that table in SQL Management Studio.
It seems like the column that connects DTW Template in excel to the column in B1 Table do not match. Usually you may have incremental numbers in starting sequence in DTW Template, however, it is different in B1. You may need to copy the numbers over to DTW Template.
If you want to do it automatically, you can achieve it through mapping or you could write your own little program that takes data from B1 tables and replace the one in Excel in that column.
If it is one time effort you may just map them manually.
I hope I am making sense to you.
If you want us to try it out, give the name of the template, the content in the template may be few lines.

To set an error while saving the order when the item categor changed in CRM

Hello SAP Gurus,
As per our current system set up, whenever the order created in CRM once replicated to ERP should not change the item category in CRM .If the item category is changed( allows the system) and saved, it gives an error as u201CItem category should not be changedu201D. We have been encountering this type of issue since long back
To avoid this type of issue, an error should through while saving the order when the user changes the item category in CRM.
Can someone help me to achieve this.

A strange thing that i notice in one of our systems is that we dont have the standard directory structure like this
"/oracle/P01/sapdata1/usr_1/psapuser1d_1.dbf",
but we have the following structure

Getting IPC Exception Error while accessing the R/3 catalog item

Hi All,
I am configuring Internet Sales B2B Scenario for a potential SAP AFS (ECC 6.0) client. For AFS, IPC is mandatory for AFS configurable materials(grid value items).
I was able to configure the AFS(ECC 6.0), ISA(5.0) with NW2004s via XCM and complete the entire B2B scenario.
But when I try to use IPC for my 2nd shop with AFS configurable materials, I am getting the below Error.(I have maintained all the settings mentioned in the SAP Best practices)
Later I came to know, for IPC 7.0 we have seperate installation/connectivity procedure which I found very technical!
I am into pure SAP Functional, not familiar with Java, Basis etc. Can anyone guide me (share with me some useful cookbook) in resolving this and establish the IPC connectivity?
