When you say you're having trouble "opening" the BPM Object, is it possible you instead mean you're having trouble expanding the BPM Object?
Just a guess, but if you're having trouble expanding the BPM Object I'd suspect that the object's xcdl contents might be corrupted. You might want to consider exporting and saving a backup of the project and then try deleting the object from the Project Navigator. Rebuild the BPM Object once you've deleted it.

Error while creating adaptive web service model
Hi All,
There is a requirement where the webdynpro application is deployed in backend system while the web service is created in the front end system. We need to connect to this web service and execute it in our webdynpro application to get response. For this we have created Logical Destination in backend system that points to the web service in the front end system.
The web service, when tested directly through Web Services Navigator, works fine.
Here, while creating an Adaptive Web Service Model in the webdynpro application, after giving name, package, destination name etc when I enter wsdl url and click on Next I am getting an error as u201CError in downloading the WSDL fileu201D.
The error log says u201Ccom.sap.tc.webdynpro.model.webservice.exception.WSModelRuntimeException:Exception on creation of service metadata for WSDL URLu201D.
Even if I try to create model with url only by selecting u201CNo Logical Destinationsu201D, error remains the same.
What may be the reason for this and possible solution?
Appreciate an early response.

Sandip AgarwalSandip sir,
If u can access the webservice in webdynpro in this server,u can check the webservice in wsnavigator also.If its working on some other server, may be its not deployed properly on the server u r using.
If the service is deployed on the server,it will be available on wsnavigator also.
note: If u can't see the service in wsnavigator, how do u check whether the service is working properly? If there is any other method to check the service,do let me know also,so i can try.

KishoreHi,
In the HTTP Receiver what is the Addressing Type used ? (URL Address or HTTP Destination).
If its URL Addressing Type, check if right Authentication Type is used with valid values and for HTTP Addressing Type check this HTTP Client Create Error, it could be helpful.
Also check if the Target system can be reached from the XI server to validate the configuration parameters.

Error while creating PDF object
We are using Adobe Interactive Forms with Guided Procedures. Netweaver 7.0 SP14 (Dual stack Java & Abap). All was working well it appears until we configured SSL for ADS - don't know for sure if this caused the problem but it is the only change we can identify around the time that our problems began.
When we attempt to Create an Impersonalized Form we receive the following error -
Cannot retrieve template structure: Execution ended in an unrecognized state
When we attempt to test a callable object associated with an interactive form we receive -
Error while creating PDF object: PDF object could not be created; object returned from ADS is null.
In both cases the entries in the default trace log are the same -
Service XMLFormService: Native process (PID=0) /usr/sap/UFD/DVEBMGS02/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin/XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally with error code 134
PDF object could not be created; object returned from ADS is null
com.sap.caf.eu.gp.base.exception.EngineException: PDF object could not be created; object returned from ADS is null
at com.sap.caf.eu.gp.model.iforms.adapter.pdf.AdobePDFAdapter.createInstanceDocument(AdobePDFAdapter.java:542)
at com.sap.caf.eu.gp.model.iforms.preproc.FormPreprocessor.execute(FormPreprocessor.java:507)
Like I mentioned earlier this functionality was working successfully in our environment at one time.
Any guidance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
JoeJoe,
If you originally configured ADS without SSL, I would recommend going back through the ADS Configuration Guide for your NetWeaver stack and make sure all the necessary changes for SSL were made. I've seen another case where a step was missed in SSL configuration for ADS which caused a form to error.
If everything looks good based on your SSL configuration, I would recommend creating an OSS Note.

Go to metalink, article: Unable To Connect To OVD 11g Webinterface Using ODSM. [ID 1282757.1]

Error while creating a recipe in plm..
Hi every one,
System throughing below error while creating a recipe.
"Entries in status management Customizing are incorrect"
kindly suggest.
have a good day..
regards,
kirranHi Kirran,
Please see if you have defined a status scheme and assigned it to the recipe type. Before defining a status scheme, you must complete the one time IMG activity 'Collect Object Types and Assigned Attributes' under Recipe Development > Status Management. Then in the next node you define individual statuses and a scheme with transitions. For each status, you must define 'field value' for the field RCP_USAGE which is nothing but a value from Recipe Purposes customizing.
Hope this helps.

Hi all,
I have got an error while creating a PO with an Internal Order. I am trying to post this PO against an Internal Order. The error message says that:
User status BUDG is active (ORD 10034). When I click the perform assistant, it says that according to this status, transaction 'Material purchase order' is not allowed.
Can somebody plss help me in this regards, I will assign points.
Thank you,
SonyWhat you enter in the Cost element master data is only for defaulting the cost center or order when you use that GL account.
When you see a message transction requires an account assignment, you can enter the relevant cost center for which the cost is incurred.
For your information, If an order has been marked as statistical, you can find it in KO02 change order > Control data. there may be check box saying statistical. If it is not available, then, you can't make it statistical until, you make that field available for change for the order type. Usually orders of a particular type can be made as statistical, by providing a model order to the order type. In the model order you specify that it will be statistical. -
