Error while creating Frame work Purchase order

Hi Gurus,
We are trying to implement Frame work order process with following configurations.
1)Item cat  B for acc assingment Y
2)Allow  item catg B with acc *** K and Y.(How to config this in SPRO)
So when i am creating a PO adopted through Purchase Req (account ***  K and item cat B) i am getting error message "Pricing Error :Mandatory condition NAVS is Missing".So how do i configure this pricing process.
Also when i am creating a Frame work order do i need to select the document type both in PO and PR as frame work order or NB order type will work with these config of Item cat B and acc *** Y?
When i am creating a PR or PO with doc type frame work order the order unit is automatically populating as "AU" is this something std or do i have to do anything in configuration?
When i created a PO with ref to PR aith account *** K into the PO and add the item category B the charging information was not maintained so how to maintian this?
How to maintain the accounting info from PR?
Also if there is a complete process link releated to config of frame work order that will be great.

We are trying to implement Frame work order process with following configurations.

Create new acct assignment category in IMG -MM - Purchasing -Account Assignment - Maintain Account Assignment Categories (If you are sure of fields to be used then you can directly create Y, if not then copy existing category say K to new one and choose required fields)
Allow item catg B with acc *** K and Y.(How to config this in SPRO)
In Purchasing - account assignment - Define Combination of Item Categories/Account Assignment Categories - set combination for Y and B.
Hope your documement types (PO & PR) allows item category B.
So when i am creating a PO adopted through Purchase Req (account *** K and item cat B) i am getting error message "Pricing Error :Mandatory condition NAVS is Missing".So how do i configure this pricing process.
Check the pricing procedure in IMG - Purchasing - Conditions - Define Price Determination Process - Define Calculation Schema - Check for calculation schema - NAVS has been maintained.

You need to choose document types while creating purchase transactions. If that document type doesnt support item category B- then you will get an error message.
When i am creating a PR or PO with doc type frame work order the order unit is automatically populating as "AU" is this something std or do i have to do anything in configuration?
For services (D category) we define AU as default unit (IMG - MM - External Services Management - Source Determination and Default Values - for Client/for Purchasing Organizations)
When i created a PO with ref to PR aith account *** K into the PO and add the item category B the charging information was not maintained so how to maintian this?
How to maintain the accounting info from PR?
create Framework requisition and then copy it to a PO.

    Dear Farhan,
    1. Go to T. Code: FS00 and enter GL number and Company Code and go to Tab: Create/bank/interest, write down the field status group.
    2. Go to T. Code: OBC4 and Select your Field Status Variant and Double Click: Field Status Group (From Left-hand Dialog Structure)
    Double-Click on to Field Status Group (as noted down from in Step 1).
    From Select group, Select Additional account assignments and make Earmarked Funds, as optional.

    Its valid only till 4.6. Might give you some idea but.

  • Error while closing the open purchase order for MRP run

    HI expets,
                     We are facing issue while closing the old purchase order(18.12.2007) for MRP run, if we are clicking delivery completed for the particular line item ,system is showing the error NET PRICE MUST BE GREATER THAN ZEROthough we have made GR and IR aganist the line item an value is also showing in the purchase order history tab, but in the condition tab there is no value showing for the particular line item .Kindly suggest the way forward.

    one thing for sure, you cannot proceed without maintaining proper conditions in the PO.
    Why they are not there or not anymore there is probably caused by customizing or vendor master data changes.

  • Frame work Purchase Order Plus Service entry sheet

    Hello,
    We are having the issue of defining this Purchase order process for Non receivable items i:e items which are non goods receipt like PO for services.When we create a PO with one line item and quantity of 5 and total value of PO is 500 .So after the first invoice the system is closing the PO .System is not looking at the quantity and just closing out the PO .So we have to design a process in which we need to create multiple invoice for a Po(Non GR) also we need to set the tolerence limit for the PO which i thing will be set in OMR6 (PP) and also regardless on quantity the system can create multiple invoices .So what is a good process to drive this.Either Frame work PO or service entry sheet??
    Also is there a way in config we can set tolerence limit for the whole amount of PO .Like in OMR6 we define the upper and lower limit of PO .So if the total value of PO is 1000 ,while creating the invoice it vont allow us to create invoices for more than 1050 .can we set the tolerence for the whole amount of PO ?? Regardless of how many invoices we create.

    The problem is the multiple invoices is for non goods receipt item so there will be no delivery.At the time of creating a PO the GR is not checked so there will be no delivery .
    Also this setting is for invoices which are comming from Vendors.But if we are genrating the invoices manually it is not blocking those invoices.Also i there is nowhere mentioned in Incomming invoice to set tolerence for incomming invoice.Are you talking about Vendor tolerences?

    I am trying to implement Outsourced Manufacturing scenario with ECC 604 and SNC 7.0
    We would like to demonstrate "Real Time Consumption" once a phase has been completed for WO in SNC.
    For this, it is necessary create Subcon PO with A/c assignment category F. While trying to create PO, i get the following error:
    1. Acct assignment determination is not poss.in the account assgnmnt manager
    Message no. IAOM220
    Diagnosis
    Errors occurred during the determination of the account assignment in the account assignment manager. Thus it is not possible to determine the account assignment.
    2. Characteristics for Controlling object have errors
    Message no. IAOM034
    Diagnosis
    There are errors in the characteristics that are transferred when creating or changing a Controlling object.
    System Response
    Processing stopped.
    Procedure
    Look at the messages prior to this object in the error log. They give an indication as to which characteristics have errors.

    Did you also experience the following?
    We are at the following step in the scenario:
    Supplier confirms production progress =>Manufacturingworkorderproductionprogressnotification XML is generated => POST component consumption is executed in the R/3 system (ECC 6 EHP4).
    We see the following problems after posting the component consumption
    -     table EKBE_SC is not filled
    -     in transaction kkf3 => CO production order => no booking/posting of progress
    -     Component consumption is reflected in an outbound delivery with movement type 543, but it is missing the link with the purchase order+item (see screenshot below) => as a result any post issue booking is not possible.

    Check  Table KNVV and KNVP, whether the customer is amintained or not.
    Go to SPRO --> IMG --> Sales and Distribution --> Basic Settings --> Partner Determination --> Set up Partner Determination
    Here u have to maintain procedure and its assignments, and then assign Procedure to the account group that you have created, and also maintain relevant partner functions to the account group created by you.
    Also check whether the customer is maintained as SP or not
    Check SP PATNER FUNCTION exist in your customer master or not.

    When I am trying to submit Import Standard Purchase Order Concurrent Program from front end, it gets submitted properly.
    and from backend,I am getting Following error.
    To get the log messages for PDOI, please use the following id to query against FND_LOG_MESSAGES table:

    When I looked in Parameters in both program(manually submitted and called from backend) I found a difference.
    difference is Parameter Operating Unit. It not get submitted while program calling from backend.
    Please anybody tell me solution for this. for setting this parameter.
    (Also I have applied for patch 13001705 as per Metalink suggested).

  • Error while GR against a Purchase Order

    Hi;
    I need to post stock into QI status after GR for this,In material master Purchasing view i have post to inspection stock activated and the QM view does not exist.and while doing GR against a purchase order using MIGO i am getting a message "stock type should be blocked stock" although in Item detail block under where Tab i have selected Quality Inspection.
    Is there any setting in configuration where it says that the stock for this material can only be received into blocked status and what do i need to do to post this material in to QI. I don't want any Inspection lot created for it either.

    Yes we can do the transfer of stock from Blocked to QI Using MB1B Mvmt-321 and QM need not be active.
    this is happening with all materials in this particular plant so i was thinking is there a plant specific setting in customization where its defined that stock should always be posted to Blocked during GR.

    please check if the g/l is maintained as cost element
    also check the setting s of account assignment catergory F and let us on which modifier key is maintained there make sure in OBYC-GBB the g/l is maintained for the material valuation class and which should be cost lement

    HI Experts,
    Purchase Requisition No is not Displaying in the Business Workplace Inbox after my Work  flow got triggered.
    In Work flow i am Using the Task  97600004  which i copied from the Standard Task  65400032. This Task i called in the Activity Step having Work Item Display Tab. In this Tab while i am checking at Work Item Text  for Identification  of Work item in work flow inbox level it is Giving Error "Container element '_WI_OBJECT_ID' does not exist and also Insert Expression is in Disable Mode.
    In Business Workplace Inbox i am getting message as "Purchase requisition  00000 rejected".
    Please Suggest where i am Committing Error.

    I Have Checked the work flow as suggested Dheepak
    In Start Event of Work flow i declared BUS2105 as BOR Object . The Task which i copied contains BUS2009 as default.
    As Raj Suggested In Task i have Created a New Element BUS2105 at Container Tab and set binding in task and set the Binding between Work flow and Task. Now it is working fine and i am getting the PR No in the Message of SBWP inbox.
    But i Having one more doubt regarding this issue only Why BUS2009 BOR object Type is not working which is the Task as default even though its binding is set between work flow and task?
