Error while Document Checkin.

Hi,
While checkin in the document in DIR, following error is comming.
Error While checking in and storing: C:\Documents and Settings\neha.s.JUPITER\Desktop\A
Following customizing has been done, In spro- Define document types, Kpro checkbox is ticked, PC is a default data carrier type, Document path in workstation application is %auto% document applications.
Earlier checkin was possible with same settings, since last fews days , we are facing the above mentioned error.
from CV02N We are able to view the documents which are already checked in, but new document cannot be created from CV01N.
Content repository and storage category are working fine. We have checked in OAC0 and OACT as well as CSADMIN. Connectivity is fine.
Content Server is setup on Linux Box. WHen i see the status . DBstate shows online, Apachectl is also started.
When checkin in the doc from CV01N, while saving, SAPHTTP Destination check is successful. After this check we face the above mentioned error.
Kindly help on this issue.

SAP OSS message was raised for the same, and from there we found that log file for the transactional data was full.
Log file back up was taken and was flused.
Now we are able to check in the documents.
Issue was resolved by following method:
Our Transactional log file was full.
Just executed this command to overwrite the log file
./dbmcli on SDB>db_execute SET LOG AUTO OVERWRITE ON
OK
./dbmcli on SDB>
And documents are getting checked in now.

I am running ECM integration samples included on SDK (included on file ContentIntegrationSuite_10gR3_20081218.zip, folder "oracle-cis-10g\samples\CodeExamples\src\java\com\stellent\cis\sdk\samples"), and I got the error "Content account is not defined. Issue is caused with the way parameters are passed from CIS 8.x onwards where when not giving a parameter that is a required one then it has to be set to blank. Like in the case for dDocAccount setting the value to blank string (i.e. "") would successfully check in the document.
dDocAccount is a required additional paramter that needs to be supplied when checking in contents when UseAccounts=true is set in the config.cfg of the CS.
From the CS checkin page when not specifying the Account it is set as blank which is why the the checkin goes through fine.
This was not the case with CIS 7.6.1 where dDocAccount was not required to pass as parameter even if UseAccounts=true is set in the config.
In case checkins have to be done without giving the Account then add the code for setting the dDocAccount to a blank string (i.e. "") and then recompile the java code and execute the it.
Reason why CIS 7.6.1 did not show this behaviour is since CIS would set that (the value for account parameter) in the binder and pass it to the CS.

You need to reset all clearing for the corresponding FICA document for the print document.
Reset the clearing for the document no. mentioned in the output for EA13 execution.
You need to reset all the clearing for the document, before reversing the same.
To get all the clearing document, go to DFKKOP table, enter the FICA document no. (for the print document on FPL9). Get all AUGBL documents,
Alternatively, you can go on to FPL9 screen, double click on the consumption document, in the basic data you will see the clearing date (if it is cleared), expand the view their (click on + sign), you will se the clearing document no,
Pass the above clearing document no, to FP07, and once all the clearing is reset for the invoice, you can reverse the corresponding invoice through EA13.

Excel service and OWA - getting ERROR while trying to open/edit Excel documents

Hi All,
We have configured SharePoint 2013 with Excel Service and OWA (Office Web Apps).
After configuring, we are able to view/edit Word or PowerPoint documents from the browser (as OWA is configured). But we are getting errors while trying to open/edit Excel documents.
We are not able to view/edit the excel workbook from the browser (through OWA).
To open the excel in the browser, decision has to be taken at the farm level on what to be used – Excel Service or OWA Server? Is it possible to do setting at site collection level?

Error while posting the parked document in ECC 6.0

Hello ABAPers,
After upgrade from R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0, when we try to post the parked documents ,It calls FM :POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT".
Inside it a call transaction is done using FBVB which throws error while posting for more than 4 withholding tax types.
Error : Field WITH_DIALG-WT_BASE(5) does not exist in the screen SAPLFWTD 0100.
On running BDC in foreground mode ,Error is happening when the withholding dialog opens and screen seems to be small to input all the tax codes i.e it shows only 4-5 rows and hence only 4 tax types passes to the screen and remaining is left out and error is thrown. This results in document not getting posted.
But in 4.6 c a bigger screen pops up and no error is thrwon.
We are not able to check FBVB directly, since it does'nt allow Direct call to this transaction.
We have checked lots of thread and notes ,But nothing seems to be relevant or helpful in our case.
Could you please help us in resolving this issue/ let us know if any configuration/ screen variant change is required?

It is a standard code. We are calling the FM 'PRELIMINIARY_POSTING_POST_ALL' for posting the parked document. The FM calls internally another FM 'POSTING_INTERFACE_DOCUMENT'. This calls the transaction FBVB where we get the above error.

1. Use T.Code KO31 and enter order and deactivate the control
2. Then try to post the parked document
3. And use T.Code KO30 and enter the order to activate the control
Some times system will check budget availability which already commited for parked documents.

Error while clearing a document.

Dear All,
When I try clear from account 2370500 items, which will generate exchange rate differences, I get the following message: Ex.rate diff.accts are incomplete for account 0002370500 currency EUR. The other items can be cleared. Please complete the account 2570900.
The GL account 2370500 is an Accrued expenses / Other, short-term, external account.
I've already maintained the OBA1 and OB09 settings for this account, But still I'm getting the error while clearing the account.
Is it possible through some Valuation reversal in F.05? If yes, Please let me know the detailed procedure for reversal of the document.
Please help me out in this issue.

I got that field in master data, but I've faced lot of issues as exactly same now,After maintaining the OBA1 settings I always able to post. Do you think maintaing the necessary settings in the master data relating to the exchange rate key I'll be able to clear the documents b'coz previously I've not maintained these kind of settings you're talking about.

Getting a Page Cannot be Displayed error while uploading a Contract Document in SAP E-sourcing for size 500mb

Maximum Size set in Our SYSTEM is :9765MB.
Approx size of the Document tried is more then 300MB.

attachments.maxSizeKB.buyers - "Maximum size in KB of a employer-attached attachment file"
attachments.upload.enable.buyers- " Enable/Disable uploading of attachments by internal users"
Also Please check with other attachment, contracts related properties in the System.

Getting error while opening Excel document from SharePoint site

Hello All,
I am getting following error while opening Excel document from SharePoint site.
This issue appears when we open Excel document from Windows>> Run using below mentioned command:
Excel.exe "{File Name}"
If once I go to Excel back stage and browse for the SharePoint location, then this problem disappears.
I have a work around for this issue but main problem is that i do not have any work around when i need to open Exel document using Excel COM interop in C#.

Heap space error while creating XML document from Resultset

I am getting Heap space error while creating XML document from Resultset.
It was working fine from small result set object but when the size of resultset was more than 25,000, heap space error
I am already using -Xms32m -Xmx1024m
Is there a way to directly write to xml file from resultset instead of creating the whole document first and then writing it to file? Code examples please?

you can increase your heap size..... try setting this as your environment variable.....
variable: JAVA_OPTS
value: -Xms512m -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

        While going for new Plant Creation on a Rollout, i am getting the following error while creating Sales Order,
Kindly suggest the needy to me,
" _Template and one-time material processing is not activated
No determination routine is specified for the SD documents for the
permitted combinations
The combination of sales organization, document category, and
document type or delivery type for the SD document is not permitted_ "

T-code : OVAZ.
Also Check the Sales Applications V/c2

Getting error while uploading a document in a library

Hi,
I'm getting a weird error while uploading the document in the library. And I don't get it all the times but most of the times.
It reads:
The file <library name>/<file name> has been modified by i:0#.<user-id> on <datetime stamp>
How to resolve this ? I have referred many articles on this one, but none helped.

Hi Prajk,
Based on your description, I recommend to check if there are any ItemAdded event receiver or workflows which are triggered when an item is created to update the document properties in the library.
If there is any ItemAdded event receiver on the library, I recommend to wait for ItemAdded to finish before the ListFieldIterator control residing on EditForm.aspx loads (It’s the ListFieldIterator which displays the Item’s fields ).

If there is any workflow on the library, I recommend to add a Pause for Duration step at the beginning of the workflows.
If above cannot work, please check ULS log for detailed error message.
For SharePoint 2013, by default, ULS log is at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.
