Error while Import of  OBIEE_Navteq Data

hi,
I have encountered some errors while importing the standard MAPviewer metadata dump from the oracle site into the AIX database
Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning option
Export file created by EXPORT:V11.01.00 via conventional path
import done in WE8MSWIN1252 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
. importing OBIEE_NAVTEQ's objects into OBIEE_NAVTEQ

I have import snapshot successfully, please make sure below points
1. make sure all connected users, should be disconnect the owb. if any user connect the owb you will face below error
MDL1325: Metadata Loader export/import for a snapshot cannot be executed while other user(s) are accessing the OWB repository.
2. Object name cannot be restored from snapshot , because another identically named object with in same namespace context already exists.

    Hi Sandy,
    Kindly follow the check list
    1. Right Click DTW and run it as Administrator.
    2. Is your DTW version is same as SAP B1.
    3. Uninstall and re-install DTW.
    4. If you are using 64-bit DTW, try to use 32-bit one.
    5. Check the Template, is it of the same DTW version.
    6. Remove all the unnecessary columns.
    7. Last try different Template extension.. (e.g: CSV (Comma delimited), or Text (Tab delimited))

    . . . .One workaround may be to use the "exclude" command-line option to exclude the offending table (currently, M5_13791$$).
    EXCLUDE=TABLE:"= 'M5_13791$$')". . . .Another workaround may be to load the data without indexes first, then fuss with rebuilding indexes.

    You cannot import  data prepration templates>>Testcase1_Test Data for Import function>Oitems directly.
    You will have to do certain prerequisites like setting CommissionGroup, CommissionPercent, CommissionSum,CustomsGroupCode etc., in SAP before importing Items.
    So I would like you to try out with minimum fields in the template and import. After understanding, you can import the required fields.
    I suggest you to use the template from "C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\oItems"

    I am new to the concept Tabular Model in SSAS 2014.
    I am trying to create one tabular model based on Adventureworks DW 2014.
    I am getting below error while importing tables to create model.

    But while creating the Datasource, it has created successfully (below img)
    But while importing the facing the below error.
    Note:
    I have multiple instances in my system with unique names.
    Is this causing any ambiguity issues in selecting right instances?

    Based on your screenshots, you fail to open a connection to the data source. Right?
    In this scenario, the first screenshot you post is for creating a connection to server with the current windows authentication, not for connecting a data source. So the "Test Connection succeed" means your current windows user can connect
    to server, not connect to the database your selected in the dropdown list. Then you click next, you can choose account to access the data source. Based on the information, your service account "'ASIAPAC\CSCINDAE732028$" doesn't have permission to
    access the database you selected. Please grant the permission for the service account in SSMS.

    I would take a look at the attribute data associated with each object in your shape file.  Make sure that everything has a value, and that nothing is NULL.

    When you perform a bulk load, you basically tell SQL Server to execute a command local to the SQL server. What that means is that if you pass it a parameter that says load the file :
    C:\Hyperion\products\FinancialDataQuality\Mineapp\Test2\Inbox\mine\load_demo2.txt
    SQL Server is going to look on it's C drive for the file.
    Unless you have SQL Server running on the FDM server, this is going to fail obviously.
    The 'right' thing to do is setup your FDM app using a share name. (i.e. \\FDMSERVER\FDMAPPS\Mineapp instead of c:\Hyperion\products\FinancialDataQuality\Mineapp).
    If you are relatively handy with FDM, there is a config file (in XML) that has the path information for the apps and you just need to change it from the hardcoded C drive reference to the share you create.)
    Your other option is to NOT load the fiels as bulk. If you have a lot of large data files being loaded, this would be a bad idea. If you have relatively small load files every month and not a lot of users on the system, this may not impact performance. I would update the path information if it were me.

    It seems you are performing import via network_link  option.
    Ensure that the database link STAG_RISKCORE is valid and works. Also, check the TNS service associated to connect to remote database.

    I have a dump file named *"system_21Sep2010_DVSD.DMP"* which i'm trying to import in my local database named *"nandita1"*.
    The dump file is found under the following path *"C:\DevSuiteHome_1\BIN"* and i executed the following command for importing the dump file:

    MacBook Pro has stopped playing streaming video from a number of websites, e.g. Comedy Central. Spinner spins then stops and player window is black. Have latest Flash player. Have tried different ISP connections. Have tried different browsers. Reboot

  • Missing plug-ins CS5 - help needed

    In the filter menu I haven't got the first plug-ins. I have blur, noise, pixelate, sharpen, stylize, other and that's all. Where are the others and, more importantly, how can I get them?
