Hey,
I'm French so i'll try to explain in my best english.
I had the same problem. And i solved it.
In fact i change the dll because the one which php install give us is not compatible.
I choose the one which is provides with wampserver 2.0i.
php_oci8_11g.dll
with instantclient_11_1g
Next i'll create environnement variables
NLS_LANG=FRENCH_FRANCE.WE8ISO8859P15
TNS_ADMIN=d:\oracle
and in path variable add the way to the instantclient11_1
D:\oracle\instantclient_11_1
Then i restart the server and lucky all services start and run perfectly.

We installed a new Server 2008 R2 server this spring. It is configured as a Terminal Server with 16 Wyse t10 thin clients connecting with RDP. We are a small resort so we run Springer Miller Host and SpaSoft. Ever since moving from PCs to the thin clients
and TS we have been seeing SpaSoft randomly crash with KERNELBASE.dll errors and also a lot of c0000005 and c0000006 errors. Springer Miller support says its a Microsoft Networking issue so no help there. The company we worked with to install this has no clue
so I hope to reach out to this community to solve this. I can also open support case with Microsoft Support but I am not sure if they will be of any help. Here are some examples of the errors:

  • 500 - Internal Server Error with webgate.dll on IIS6

I have an instance of OAM setup on IIS6. All the security policies are working fine. However, when a user get's an authorization failure, instead of displaying that Oracle Access Manager Denied page, i get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. The url in the browser window is pointing to http://hostname/access/oblix/apps/webgate/bin/webgate.dll.
However, when i refresh the page, i get:
    "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request
The URL = NULL is reserved for use by Oracle Access Manager and has been used with incorrect parameters."
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
    Thanks,
    Raj

Are you still facing the issue.?
If so please make sure if you have defined any authorization failure URL in the policy Domain.
If not please define a authorization failure URL and verify the issue. If you have already defined authorization failure URL then please ignore this update.

  • C++ build error with LabVIEW DLL

Hi, I'm a student at UC Irvine learning to use LabVIEW.  I am working on a practice project for which I have to use a PID system to control the temperature of an object.  Things are starting to get a little messy with nested control statements, loops, etc., so I figured I'd export a LabVIEW DLL with all the hard to code stuff, such as interfacing with my instruments, and plotting data or whatever, and do the number crunching and keeping track of stuff in C++.
The DLL file I made in LabVIEW went off without a hitch as far as I can tell, but when linking it to my C++ test program (which at this point is just including the LabVIEW's .h file for the DLL and an empty main() function), I get a lot of build errors.  I am using Dev-C++ which uses g++ to compile the code.
Here is a pic of my build errors:

Normal windows apps are not as forgiving about where you can put your DLL as LabVIEW. You have to have a DLL either in the direcotry where the executable file itself resides (that would be your build directory, not the source directory), the windows or system directory, or any directory that is set in the PATH environment variable. Anythin else will most likely not work, or at least not reliably.
No need to add the cintools directory into your include file paths nor the library file paths. you would only need that if you decided to let the DLL export native LabVIEW data types in which case you would need the LabVIEW manager functions to prepare the correct data buffers.

  • Error with oracore10.dll !!!!

    Hello all,
We are implementing a home grown application.
The APP server is MS 2003 and uses IIS 6.0 and contains Oracle Runtime Client 10.2.0.4
The database is 10.2.0.4 on 2 node RAC on Solaris 10.
When we started the UAT, the APP server(IIS) gets hanged at times for around 2-3 mins and would return back as if nothing has happened. This occurs very often. We used the DebugDiag from MS to trace the IIS and took the dump and in it, it seems like a request goes to the DB server and it gets timed out. There are no "timeout" things mentioned at the database side (profile as well as sqlnet.ora).
Below is the message from DebugDiag tool.

  • Report Generation Toolkit - Error message rpcrt4.dll

    Hello
My labview app. calls functions from the Report Generation Toolkit. I tested the runtime version, and this work fine under in Windows NT and Windows 2000, but does not work under Windows 98. I got and error message say "rpcrt4.dll Page not valid" that seem come from Windows and is related to a Remote Procedure Call. I already check the version of this dll 4.71.2900

The rpcrt4.dll is part of the DCom98 package. I have seen other problems, unrelated to LabVIEW, with this .dll arise when other programs have installed different versions of some of the DCom DLLs. You may want to consider trying this program out on another Win98 machine, or you may want to search through the Microsoft Support page for errors with this dll, specifically with the error number in the message you receive. The ones that I have seen have suggested restoring the DCom dlls to the original ones from the Win98 disk. There is also an update to the DCom components for Windows 98 (version 1.3) on the Microsoft website.

    Hi Rangnath,
For running SharePoint Designer 2013, you need to install Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework or higher.
Please uninstall the Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework, and install it again. After that, reboot your machine.

I was recently prompted to update my Itunes player to the latest version. I'm using Windows Vista. I was left with an error message MSVCR80.dll and consequently no new update. I uninstalled the old version and have tried to reinstall manually several times. No luck. Consequently I have no player.
    Any ideas for a fix?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:

  • How do I correct the error; "PluginCoder error: no pligin DLLs" when attempting to burn a DVD with Premiere Elements 13

I just upgraded to PE 13 - removed PE12 prior to installing PE13 and now I cannot burn a DVD on my Win 7 Pro 64bit PC.  In my first attempt at burning a DVD PE 13 did not see the DVD burner - drive "z:".  I have a WD MyBook 4TB USB HD and had Security configured which created a Virtual CD on the drive.  I disabled the virtual CD and rebooted.  This time PE13 recognized the DVD burner but when trying to burn a DVD I received the No DLLs message and had to cancel the burn.  I tried the burn again and the DVD burner was no longer recognized.

    a. The second thread that you pointed rkclarke36 to does talk about resolving this issue by changing the burn to disc frame rate from
24 fps to 30 fps. But, that was for Premiere Pro, not Premiere Elements. In Premiere Pro, can the user really customize an Adobe burn to disc
    preset?
    For Premiere Elements
If the burn to is to DVD disc for DVD-VIDEO, the user is
confined to two frames rate, 25 interlaced frames per second or 29.97 interlaced frames per second. But, he/she cannot change the frame rate
    within the preset.
If the burn to is to DVD disc for AVCHD DVD, the user again meets different presets, but cannot change the frame rate within the preset. For Premiere Elements 13 burn to AVCHD disc, the presets are
    Premiere Elements 13
    H.264 1440 x 1080i NTSC Dolby
    H.264 1440 x 1080i PAL Dolby
    H.264 1440 x 1080p NTSC Dolby
    H.264 1920 x 1080i NTSC Dolby
    H.264 1920 x 1080i PAL Dolby
    H.264 1920 x 1080p NTSC Dolby
Except for the two 1080p presets with frame rate of 23.976 progressive frames per second, the other presets all have a frame rate of 29.97 interlaced frames per second NTSC or 25 interlaced frames per second.
    b. Mark has not yet offered the details of the Timeline content (video and/or stills) being taken to burn to DVD-VIDEO or AVCHD DVD. So, frame size as per your first mentioned link might be an avenue to pursue. I would include that with all my testing of Premiere Elements 4 to 13, I have not gotten this particular dll error
    with any oversized stills.

After failed update of itunes yesterday, now will not run with error message "MSVCR80.dll not found" APSDaemon.exe will not run.  itunes will not now run.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
