I would like to know how many days it takes to configure the MDM BP 7.1 SP02. Could anyone tell the rough estimate for this. Also all search iview should work which comes through business packages.

I just installed MDM 7.1 SP02 server with standard repositories, and configured Portal content in an existing Portal. It is straight forward and took less than a full day, to get to working standard scenarios for Business Partner, Customer and Product for several roles etc.
But you need to consider:
- Does your Portal requirements fit the processes supported by the standard content (i.e. Search->Select->Item Detail Display/Maintain)?
- Do you require special in-process validations, or similar?
- Is the standard look-and-feel acceptable?
- Etc.
If not, you'll need additional configuration and development.

I need help for install and configure password sync from AD to OID

I need to sync passwords from AD to OID, first all, ¿What software do I need? I read some docs and don't find the good config.
I'm trying with:
-Database 11g
-Weblogic 11g
-SOA 11g
-IDM 11g
-IAM 11g
First I install the Database and load the schemas with RCU, next install Weblogic without domian, next install SOA, next install IDM (OID and DIP) in a new Weblogic Domain, next install IAM, next configure IAM in the domain created before, next configure SSL, check the config by using ldapbind, next configure DIP.
It's that ok?

Password sync should work using DIP. if this is not working then check synchronization mapping and verify that password attribute is also part of this AD-OID sync. Enable debug in synchronization profile or raise an Service Request with Oracle support.

I am new to GRC implemetation. I have to estimate number of person days or efforts required to implement RAR at clients place.

As per my consulting experience, this implementation would take from 1 month to 3 months. It doesn't matter how many users the client has but the implementation will depend upon some of following criterias:
1) Is the rule set already built or do you need to build it?
2) How many violation do you expect? Do you expect most of violatons to remediate or mitigate during the course of implementation?
3) Will there be a constant help available from client side?
4) What functionalities of RAR client wants to use?
5) Does client have exposure to NW and Java?

How to install and Configure sharepoint foundation on administrator account ??

I want to try sharepoint foundation for first time .
I installed windows server 2012 ans sql server 2012 and then installed sharepoint foundation 2013 .
now when I want to create a new server farm enter my windows name as database name and then enter my administrator account name as username ans it's passwors as password but after then when I click on next to create new server farm give this error :
"the administrator account can't use for new server "
please help how can I create a new server farm with administrator account .
I don't want to create it with the active directory domain and add new forest and create it with my domain name ?
if does it a way to create a new server farm with administrator account so please help to create it ?

According to your description, my understanding is that you got an error when you created a new farm with the administrator account by runnning configuration wizard.
Is the SQL Server installed in the server that hosted SharePoint 2013 Foudation? If not, please make sure the server hosted SQL Server has the same account with the server hosted SharePoint 2013 Foudation.
Please run the SharePoint 2013 Products Configuration wizard with ‘Run as administrator’.When you entered the user’s name, please use the format ‘domain\user_name’.
In addition, please check the log file to find more information about this issue. The path is : C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.
Also , you can use Event Viewer to find the log by Start->Run->event viewer.

SRM MDM Installation and Configuration
Hi,
I have been asked to install/configure SRM MDM. Ive gone through lot of documentation on SAP service marketplace and am struggling to understand the components I need to install.
I have SRM system already installed and the customer wants to use SRM MDM 5.5.
I was going through the Architecture guide and what I understood from it is that I will have to install the MDM 5.5 Server, clients, a database and a WAS. Now that SMR is already in place do I still have to install WAS on the MDM system ? will the MDM sever use the SRM systems WAs and database ?

MDM is a "stand-alone" component. You do not need a separate WAS.
You need a database instance (the usual SAP supported Databases work) and the MDM Software.
The MDM Client Software (Import Manager, Console, Clix, Workflow, Data Manager) must run on Windows Client. As far as I know the MDM Server can also run on Unix.
For searching the MDM Catalog you need a SAP J2EE (Java) Instance. If you have a EP running this will work for the beginning.

So we just got a new Macbook and I also installed the apple configurator tool. I'm using it to prepare the iPads for deployment and it won't let me prepare them? It gets an error stating "retrieving iOS info from apple" then it stops and says "internet error". My Internet connection is fine with the Mac-book. It shows the iPad is listed under the Prepare logo up top as 1 but under supervise none are shown. Although it does show itself in iTunes. Also the profile I created is fresh and has no errors. We have tryed nearly everything I cna think of and online forums are not giving us to much info on this error.

What is Airwatch MDM?
Airwatch MDM is Mobile Device Management. The Airwatch is an enterprise which helps to manage and secure data traveling through the mobile devices like Laptops, Tablets, Android, iPhones, iPads etc.

Why we need to allow access to Airwatch MDM?
The network administrator can force the guest users to register to Airwatch MDM before they get authenticated and access the internet. So that the network administrator could manage the guest devices through Airwatch Management tool. This can be achieved by CPPM server. To download the Airwatch MDM app and register with the Airwatch MDM server certain domains should be permitted in the captive portal pre-authentication role. This KB provides the configuration steps to allow the guest users to download the Airwatch MDM app and register with the Airwatch MDM server.

As i understand.
In Lotus database you have some data wich you want import to MDM and than syndicate to ECC
Let assume that you already have some data in MDM repository and turn syndication process to ECC
First of all you sould found PI adapter for working with Lotus database.
Than you should create as-is(Lotus) to-be(your mdm repository) model for importing data from lotus to mdm
Than configure your PI(test sending data from Lotus to mdm inbound port)
Than configure your MDM Import server(for importing data from inbound port to repository)
That is all.

I created an iCloud account and also had to get more space so after I have made the purchase, I am unable to backup my phone! I have a stable wifi connection at home and all I see for hours and hours is "Backing Up .. Estimating time remaining"!!!!! Plz help I'm unable to make the backup as I need to transfer all my data on my new iPhone 5S
This may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is causing the backup to fail. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, tap your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup. Then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app or something in your camera roll that is causing the backup to fail. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If the backup is successful, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is causing the backup to fail and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.
In the meantime you can back up your phone to your computer by connect it, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Back Up. Also be sure to transfer your purchases (File>Devices>Transfer Purchases). Then set up your new phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iTunes Backup and follow the prompts to restore this backup to your new phone. This will be much faster than using iCloud anyway. -
SSO Configuration not working - Still asking for Userid and password

I have configured Portal to use with backend server. Configured WAS & ITS and created System Alias.
For Testing SSO I did following steps on portal:
System Administration > Support > SAP Appliction > SAP Transaction
Selected system Alias and tcode se12. Selected SAPGUI for HTML. Pressed Go.
Instead of SE12 screen, I get Logon Screen asking for USERID and password.
I should be getting SE12 screen directly without entering USERID and PASSWORD.
I tested with Transaction iView (SE12) and getting the same logon screen. After entering userid/password it displays SAP Easy Access menu instead of displaying SE12
Please help.

1. Is the username same in the portal and the backend that you are trying to connect, ensure that there is the same username that exists in the system you want to connect to. YES
2. The ticket is imported properly- check the ACL and Certificate list in Tcode STRUSTSSO2.
Ticket is valid from 01 Jan 2009 to 14 Mar 2012.
3. Check for the parameters in place login_accept_ticket = 1 and login_create_ticket = 2 and icm_hostname_full is set to FQDN.
In RZ10 it has 3 parameters:
login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1
login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
icm/host_name_full = sapecc6.tri.com
4. What is the result when you test the system connection?
WAS & ITS Connections are successful.
Connection test for Connectors is giving following results:
