Event in SubType

Good evening,
Dear friends, can you help me.
When i work in MIGO transaction i have the CREATE event of object /SAPCEM/02 (found by SWEL)
It is nice for me, but i must create new method in /SAPCEM/02.
i have created subtype ZSAPCEM/02 and create my own method in it.
But how can i found the place, where i can add the ZSAPCEM/02 CREATE event nearthe /SAPCEM/02 CREATE event.
Event ZSAPCEM/02 CREATE not works (not found in SWEL) (but task ZSAPCEM/02 released and in SWUE works correct).

Hi You need to delegate your subtype ZSAPCEM/02 to the standard object so you can use your z-method in a task. Then you can use the standard event and the standard object in the workflow.

Use the function module RH_OBJECT_DESCRIPTION_WRITE. Using this function module you can update the descriptions for each of the subtypes you have mentioned for each event.

Trigger Media events in Applescript?

Hello,
I've been searching a lot on this and i cant for the life of me find how to trigger media events in Applescript.
I have found that i can tell specific applications to playpause like itunes for example, this is not what i want.
What im trying to do is make an applescript that behaves like the play/pause button that you can find on any Apple Keyboard when executed.
I imagined that this would be as simple as to tell System Events to trigger a media event, regretfully this does not work.
If anyone could shed some light on this i would greatly appreciate it!

Some time ago I've written a rubycocoa code to post media key events. Here's an AppleScript wrapper for it.
Code is tested under 10.6.8. This won't work under 10.5.8. Don't know about later versions.

PS. If you're just trying to keep iTunes from launching when PLAY_PAUSE key is pressed, this script is not what you need. The rcd daemon is the culprit to launch iTunes by that specific key and so you'd need to "fix" it by modifying its executable. There's a tried and true method to do it, which I myself has employed.

I have a requirement in the HR module to get a list of all the personnel numbers maintained for a Organizational Unit.
Is there any Function Module to find out the Personnel Numbers assigned to a Organizational Unit for HR module ?

For HR tables
All personnel administration tables start with PA and the infotype number behind it.
All personnel development/OM tables start with HRP and infotype (e.g. 1000) behind it.
All recruitment tables start with PB and infotype number behind it.
There also are HR tables that start with HRA, HPD, HRT, etc. The easy way to get a list is to use SAP's 'Application Hierarchy', transaction SE81 (select all HR modes in the tree that you are want a list of tables for, click on the 'Information System' button, under Abap Dictionary --> Basic Objs, double click on 'database tables', increase your 'maximun no. of hits' and execute).
Use transaction se11...type in PA* do dropdown and enter, do the same for HRP* and you will have most of the HR transaparent Tables. To access them look for RP_read_* and RP_provide* in Table TRMAC to read a infotype or use the 'select' statement to access the Transparent table.
Transaction SE16 (data browser) is also useful. As mentioned above, the PA infotype tables all begin with PA and are followed by the infotype number e.g. PA0001 for the Org Man infotype.

What the difference between the transaction codes SE16 & SE16N?
SE16 is a normal transaction.
SE16N is an Enjoy Transaction.
Enjoy Transaction is nothing but having some graphics and look is completely different with the normal transaction.

There also are HR tables that start with HRA, HPD, HRT, etc. The easy way to get a list is to use SAP's 'Application Hierarchy', transaction SE81 (select all HR modes in the tree that you are want a list of tables for, click on the 'Information System' button, under Abap Dictionary --> Basic Objs, double click on 'database tables', increase your 'maximun no. of hits' and execute).
Use transaction se11...type in PA* do dropdown and enter, do the same for HRP* and you will have most of the HR transaparent Tables. To access them look for RP_read_* and RP_provide* in Table TRMAC to read a infotype or use the 'select' statement to access the Transparent table.
Transaction SE16 (data browser) is also useful. As mentioned above, the PA infotype tables all begin with PA and are followed by the infotype number e.g. PA0001 for the Org Man infotype.

Build logic in to xml schema

Hi :
I would like know if there anyway to add some control logic in xml schema,
for example: i have 2 elements : <type> and <subType>. for <type> it can only take on one of the 3 values, "event", "classified" and "QandA" by using xs:enumeration
and if the user chooses "event" as the value for <type>, then <subtype> can only have 3 values "concert", "sales" and "lectures" like the following<type>event</type>
<subType>concert</subType>
sales
lecturesthen how should I write the rules for <subType> in xsd? i.e how do i build in the logic to check to see if "event" is selected for the value of <type>

I don't think schemas can do that.
There is a tool called SchemaTron that is designed to do things like that. You provide XPath statements that are either valid or invalid and it reports appropriately.
I've not used it, but am aware of its capabilities.

If you see the first line you will notice that the "SAXUnmarshallerHandlerImpl.java" class which is generated by the jaxb and put into the folder "impl.runtime".
And hence I am sure that the error lies in the classes generated by the jaxb only.

Subtype event not triggering and supertype event triggers twice!!!!!!

Hi,
We have created a subtype for object bus2030 and also an event created for that. My workflow should trigger whenever an inquiry is created.
I've maintained this as triggering event in SWDD and done type linkage is SWE2 and everything looks fine.
When i simulate or create event the WF is triggered but when create inquiry in VA11 WF does not triggers.
I've checked SWEL for event trace but no event is triggered at all... Am i missing something... I've done almost everything that i used to do...
Even synchronized buffer!!! nothing paid me a solution...
Infact the same was working with 3.1i system but after migration to ECC6 we had to create new WF template for the same Process.
Now I also see that the supertype bus2030-created event is triggered twice but, obviously no receiver type exists. But the zbus2030 event is not being triggered at all!!!!
Kindly help me understanding my mistake...

Hope you have already set the deletegation in SWO6.
Now, event dont get triggered automatically, jus because they are defined in object. They have to be explicitly published in thesystem.
Check for a suitable user exit in your transaction, which makes use of function module to create the event, from that you know how to proceed.
If you dont find user exit, try other triggering techniques such as change documents, logistics, BTEs... etc.
