Ever since I downloaded FF 4, I try to play Text Twist on 3 different websites and nothing happens. It attempts to load the game and I get a blank screen. All of the other games that I habitually play seem to be working fine. What happened?
I got it working with the help of Live Chat tech support. There was some sort of error happening with my graphics driver... something that was not a problem with my previous version of Photoshop was now a problem with the new version. I updated the graphic card driver and software via the manufacturer's website and that helped me get through.
After updating the driver... at first it felt like I was going backward a bit... I got an expired trial period error again on opening Photoshop the first time, but then I tried again logging out and logging back in to CC as noted previously ( http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately- launch.html ) ... and this time that helped fix the trial error and this time that was not followed by crashing (thanks to the graphics driver update).
I have an ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics card. The previous version of the driver I was running did not work with Photoshop CC. I have now updated the driver to version 12.104.0.0 and everything is working now.
Thanks to the Live Chat technician who quickly identified my graphics card as the issue!

I am having the same issue listed above on my new Mac Mini i just bought, I also contacted Express VPN support and got the same instructions with exception of the command to run in the utilities terminal. I tried the steps listed, and both commands (posted here, and sent to me directly by Express VPN support), and still unable to connect on my Mac Mini running OS X 10.8.2, but I am able to connect on my iPad and my MacBook which is running Mac OS X 10.6.8. Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
If you are using Safari to view YouTube content, with Safari open, press Command + Option + E to empty the Safari cache.
Quit and relaunch Safari, try a video.
And make sure Allow all other plug-Ins is selected in Safari > Preferences > Security
As well as Allow Java. -
Since I downloaded Firefox 5 I cannot get the links to work for accepting or receiving gifts for Farmville & Frontiersville, what can I do. When a request is posted on my FB page and I click on it to send or receive a gift it just shows that its "connecting" and sits there for several minutes then only sometimes actually goes to the gift. I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

Ever since I downloaded the Acrobat Pro 11.0.09, the PDF Maker has not worked, but instead causes MS Word 2013 to crash. I cannot find the cause or the solution.
forumnotifierOK I will try to elaborate this time with pictures so it is clear what I am asking and what the issue I am facing is.
The specific option I want to be able to use from within the Adobe Acrobat Pro user interface is
File\Create\Batch Create Multiple Files
When I select that menu item a floating tool bar thing pops up that I can drag and drop files onto.
If I drag excel or powerpoint documents onto it and press OK it converts them fine. If I drag MS word documents into it the documents appear in the list but when I click OK it says no files processed.
In the process of troubleshooting I also tried using the Add Files button. That is when I discovered that MS word documents (*.doc, *.docx) are not showing up in the list of supported file types.
The same thing happens when I try converting a single file using the File\Create\Create PDF From File menu item. Just like above the MS word documents do not show up in the list of supported file types.
Looking in my registry entries as suggested by the article linked to by one of the posters above I can see both *.doc and *.docx types registered in the correct place.
Unless I can use the batch convert command as intended by the time my trial period runs out in 13 days I cannot justify buying this software. If converting the documents one at a time was acceptable I would just use Save As PDF from within MS Word which works just fine. I need the batch convert function so I can convert my whole library of word documents to PDF at once.
Any further assistance greatly appreciated!

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

ever since I downloaded ios 5. and the battery update on my ipodtouch 4gen it can be fully charged play like three songs then it says 20%left then it dies. My ipod was fine before the download.
Try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing wil be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod
If you still have the problem than an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -

Ever since I downloaded the new Firefox, when I right-click on a link to open it in a different tab, the tab will open but will not load anything, no matter what link I try. The tab will show the website destination in the navigation bar, but will not automatically load it; I have to press the load button in the navigation bar instead of it instantly loading.
